I called before to verify the price of the service, and I had a good experience.

It was a very good experience, they diagnosed the problem. They helped me with the County, because it turned out it was a problem with the County sewer line. They helped me with the information I needed to get the County to take responsibility for, which they did. There were some things I needed to do as a result of that, and they took care of .I thought it was reasonable priced, and they were prompt. I had to pay out of pocket for what they did. Ultimately, the repairs were covered by insurance, but getting them out here initially, to determine what the problem was, wasn't covered by insurance. After we discovered our unusual situation, and the way our house connects to the County sewer line, it was recommended we take some precautionary measures. For example, putting the property line clean out, and a back water valve in the line. That was something not covered by insurance, but was a precautionary measure. They're easy to contact, and they're here when they say they're going to be here. When they're going to be here, they do what they say they're going to do. All of the folks I?ve worked with are very pleasant. They gave me a substantial discount on the follow up work, given the fact that they had done the initial diagnosis, and actually ran a clean up through my sewer line, which helped diagnose the problem with my sewer line. I have nothing but high praise for the company.

My experience was very good. They were very helpful with getting the permits we needed. Scheduling the appointment was good and everything was done well.

I noticed the leak in my front yard near the water meter on Saturday morning. I called Majestic and they scheduled to have a plumber to my house b/w 2-5 pm that same day. they provided a courtesy call during the window and the tech showed up shortly after the courtesy call. The tech was professional and knowledgeable and performed a thorough evaluation to determine the cause of the problem. Once identified he provided a quote to repair the broken pipe (old galvanized pipe). He mentioned that replacing the entire system was the best solution but that it would be costly, so he only left me with the written estimate to make the repair, to which he could come back on Monday to complete. AFter thinking it over for a day, I called on Monday morning to inquire about the price to replace the entire system rather than just making the repair. Later on Monday afternoon i received an estimate via email. Due to the timing I ended up choosing another company to do the work, but overall I was pleased with my experience. Majestic offered a free estimate which I really appreciated given the circumstances, and the tech spent at least an hour at my house digging a hole in my front yard to find the leak. I will call them again for plumbing needs as I feel they can be trusted and their pricing is competitive with what i actually paid to have the work done.

Randy, our electrician, called when he was on his way. He was courteous, respectful of our home, and pets, and explained every step of the process as he was working on the job. His recommendations proved that he is a knowledgeable and skilled professional. Randy discovered that the exhaust fan was not ducted properly. He also came up with a solution for replacing our old fan that involved the least amount of disruption and repair. Randy did a great job - he was quick, thorough, saved us money by offering us options for the repair, and we will certainly hire him again!

It went well. The technician did a good job communicating with me. It took him two hours and he had to leave to get some parts. They made three different repairs

Installer was suppose to call 30 mins ahead of time but did not to make sure that I was home. Luckily, I was home when he rang the doorbell. He was very professional and responsive to my questions. What I found odd was that when I asked for the model of the water heater, he gave me a model that the manufacturer does not even carry. I researched all of the manufacturer models. After about 20 mins talking to his boss, he gave me a model. The installer also took my water pressure and told me that my pressure was 75 and that I needed a new pressure regulator (costing $345). Well, little did he know, I had 3 other Plumbers check the pressure and they all came back with a pressure rating of 70. I later took the pressure myself and it was 70. When I was presented with 2 quotes, 1 for $1,842 and 1 for $2,098 for a standard 50 gallon water heater, I told the Installer that I don't mind a company making a profit but a $1,700 profit -- not happening at my house. They have done a small job once before and they were reasonable and fixed the issue but I'm not sure if I would contact them again.

That turned out good. They were very thorough and did what they were supposed to do. Just one technician came out and it took him about an hour. He was also very informative with what was going on and what to look out for.

Identified a slow and quite leaking toilet...repaired. However, my water bill is still extremely high..so I don't know if repair took.

The service turned out very good. They came at the time that they said they would. The technician was nice and he explained what he was doing.

The company was able to start the work just a day after I accepted the estimate, it did thorough work, and it completed the project in just one day. Furthermore, they did a quality job because the city inspector was very impressed, and the entire inspection process went smoothly. The technician also did a very good job of explaining what he was doing and why certain actions were necessary.

Majestic was initially called to do overall check of all related plumbing. There were no identified problems by them at that time. Less than 3 weeks later, our sewage pump caused water in our basement. We determined, after the fact, that we could have bought the the liberty pump installed for between 300-350. That would make the Majestic's labor costs around 650.00 for roughly 1 1/2 hours work on site. We felt that the labor costs were too high. Others can be the judge of that. I would suggest getting competitive bids if you have the time (non emergency). Unfortunately, we didn't.

That turned out well. They were professional. They showed up on time and he fixed another problem that I was having on my toilet too. They also knew what they were doing.

The tech was on time and very professional. After turning on all the faucets and flushing all the toilets and validating I had no apparent leaks, the tech did point out the reason for the water hammering. So there, maybe that was worth $75... undecided on that still. He indicated that the pressure relief value was bad on the incoming water main line. He didn't test anything, just said it's bad because he see's it all the time. To replace the value they wanted $450!! I was like holy F@!k... really?? After a quick view on YouTube, I went to Home Depot, bought the same valve for $50 and installed it in in less than 30 minutes. And yes, Home Depot had the same valve that I had, but the tech would have put a higher quality part on. My only issue was value. The amount of time quoted and it only took me, a novice project guy, was pretty far out of bounds I thought. Yes, I know I know... a good journeymen plumber costs. Yes they do, but too much for my pocket book. Moral of my story... watch more YouTube and save cash.

The guy came to the house, I told him the problem and with out even testing anything he said it was the pressure pump that was defective on my piping. I asked him to adjust the pressure pump to see if that fixed it and he didn't want to because he was for sure that was the problem. I understand he is a professional, but he should have at least "showed" me it was defective for proof. I felt like the guy was ripping me off. Don't like that feeling

Scheduling was good and he showed up on time. He was good, but he switched the sides of the hot and cold water handles on the kitchen sink.

Charles the plumber found the leaking problem right away. Due to the worn out PRV (40 years old) the water pressure of 90 created leaking of 3 toilets. Only by testing them with food color I put into the water tanks I could see a very slight leaking after several hours of waiting. I shut the water supply to the toilets off, however, the new installed water meter by Dekalb County contractors was still moving. Prior to that none of the experts (Dekalb County contractor, county inspector) were able to find the problem of the moving water meter. They suggested to replace my water line. I hired H & G Plumbing from Jonesborough for this job. Those guys did not test anything, they started digging to replace the old water line. After the job was completed the water meter was still moving. I could have saved this high expense of the water line replacement had I known Majestic Plumbing since it was the PRV and not the old water line.
