I specifically did not schedule the appointment on Saturday because I am 7th Day Adventist and would never schedule work to be done on the Sabbath. When I called on Monday, I was initially told that the technicians turned their reports in on Thursday and it would be forthcoming then. Since I knew there was a leak, I did not need to wait further for a report. In their eagerness to get th to e job, they also disregarded me as a potential client. I was not sure if I could rely on them to do the job as needed or timely. Because of this, I got a second inspection from another vendor whom I allowed to do the repairs.

These guys are consistently excellent. I have been using them for a number of years and would not call anyone else for an electrical issue. They handled the call professionally, scheduled quickly, came on time, prepared a detailed written price sheet, and completed the work with no issues.

I called them and they couldn?t do the work. There for I am going with someone else.

My plumber...Brian Hicks arrived at my home and was very polite and courteous. Since I had my mother at the house, Brian called me on the phone and explained everything to me himself. He assessed the situation, let me know what needed to be done and gave me the price for the job. I arrived home while he was getting the needed parts for the repair and when he came back he introduced himself to me and went to work on the problem right away. He was very patient with my questions and a very pleasant person to be around. He also referred me to another company to check for mold and such since I had some water damage on the flooring in front of the sink. By the time I got around to asking him how much longer it would be - he said I am done now - that quick! He then turned the water to the house back on, checked for leaks and cleaned up the little bit of water that had come out of the pipe when cut apart. I now have no leaks! Awesome job Brian! If I ever have any sort of plumbing problem again, I will be calling Majestic Plumbing!

We needed to address a couple of electrical issues as a result of a home sale inspection. Majestic was able to get someone out just before Thanksgiving to give us an estimate. We called the following Monday to have the work done and Randy was there promptly at 7:30 Friday morning to start the work. He was very efficient and finished the work in less time than originally estimated. The cost came in under the estimate. Both Randy and his manager, Skip Moody, were awesome answering questions and responding quickly both by phone and email.

They did a great job. The dude showed up on time, and eyeballed the situation, he gave me a number an estimate in a short time, and it was a fair price. He was in and out in half an hour, and so he knew what he was doing, brought the right tools, and the right parts, and took care of it in a timely fashion. He was very professional. I have used them before the other guy was also very professional and knew what he was doing.

Their professionalism stood out. They showed up on time, did an evaluation of what my options were, and I was able to decide what I needed to do, and he was able to come back and do it the same day. It was a very smooth process.

This company has created an inspired brand advocate for them. They do exactly what they say, when they say they will and at a fair price. I shopped around, and while price was similar to other highly rated plumbing companies on AL, their stellar workman made all the difference. I have to call out Sandy - hard worker, followed up after to make sure all was working well - could not be more pleased with the responsiveness and general attitude of everyone I dealt with. I will highly recommend doing business with this company in the future.

The provider was very prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and conscientious. He took the time needed to do a really good quality job. I felt like I could really trust him to do the right thing. We did have one piece of damage to the sink that occurred while he was trying to get the old faucets out, but he addressed it appropriately and voluntarily.

Randy called to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, and was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable during the time he was here. I would definitely hire Majestic Electric again if needed, and I would definitely request Randy.

the provider was prompt and checked the faucets, water heater and toilets plus diagnosed a problem with one of my toilets and my water heater.

We called when a different plumbing company wanted to reschedule our appointment because they got a bigger job that was more important then our job. I called Majestic and they were able to send someone out the next day. Majestic also didn't charge for the call since there was no work for them to do. What a great company!! Thanks!!!

Our original request was to replace angle stop valve on 1 toilet and to rebuild the guts of that toilet as it was running. Technician arrived timely. He looked at the toilet and then checked our pressure. Advised our water pressure was too high and that our Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) was bad and non-functional. Gave me estimate of approx. $600 to repair all. I approved. He left to go to Home Depot and was gone over two hours. He returned and worked on the job for approx two hours. Then advised me the expansion tank on water heater was bad due to high pressure. I authorized repair. He left again to go to Home Depot and was gone approx 1 1/2 hours. Came back and finished the job in 30 minutes. None of the repairs was a major repair. Each individually was fairly simple and no part was expensive. However it took from 9 AM to 3:30 PM due to the long trips to Home Depot. I feel we were billed for his time to run these errands. I do feel the problem was correctly diagnosed but feel it was way too high a bill.

They went over and beyond for me. They came out and I didn't want the disposal that they had on their truck so they went to the supplier for me to get the one I wanted. He spent 30 minutes arguing with the supplier so I could get the one I wanted at the price they originally gave to me. He was amaizing! I will recommend them to all my family and friends. They were patient, courteous, honest, respectful, knowledgeable, and polite. They weren't just good they were superior! They even gave me $50 off for being a first time customer!

They were able to come to my home immediately today. I appreciate that. He was here for @ 1 hour. Al did quality work. He gave ma 10% off the bill with a coupon I downloaded. But, I was not happy with the bill as he charged me a $55.00 trip chanrge as well as an extra 1/2 hour for his drive time. Feels like double dipping to me. He explained that the extra chares were a[pplie to his vehicle maintenance. Sorry, But your company vehicle is not my problem. I also do not agree that you charge me a trip charge and driving time. If they told me they were charging for his drive time on top of my actual bill. I would have said NO THANKS.

The provider was very efficient and professional. What i ended up with was an estimate to perform a much larger task.

This is the 3rd time I have used Majestic Plumbing. I recently had several leaks and found out that I had Polybutylene pipes and knew it was time to have my home re-piped. I obtained several estimates and decided to use Majestic based on my previous experiences with this company. I received an estimate a couple of months prior to having the work done (since I am 68 years old, I was given a senior discount). Majestic is terrific to work with - the management and staff are very pleasant and professional as well as very responsive. On September 9th, Sandy and Allen came to my home and started the work. These guys were FANTASTIC - what a great team! I live alone and was extremely comfortable having them in my home. The work took a little longer than expected, but only because they didn't want me to be without water on any given night. They were very thorough, answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves daily. I waited over a month to write this review because I was nervous about having additional problems after the re-pipe. Everything is working fine. I am so pleased with their service. Phillip was friendly, professional and punctual. He was very persistent regarding find the source of the problem. The issue could not be repaired in one day so, Phillip returned to complete the job with a smile. I will call Majestic Plumbing if I should have any plumbing issues in the future.

They were the only plumbing company who would take on the job of installing a new bathroom vanity. I was very pleased. Today though I had water gushing from the vanity. I called them and they came right out. He said that the guy who did the work had a lot of problems that they had to correct and no longer works for them. They said they will come right out tomorrow and take care of the problem at no cost. I'm very pleased that they are standing by their work.

They came in and did a plumbing inspection, but the quotes were pretty high. I found a different company to go with that was much less with great work.

Majestic Plumbing did an excellent job. They were punctual and on the job within a few days. They were quick to offer suggestions and quotes for the job. They replaced a long water line from the street to the house for less than $1,900. I know that sounds like a lot of money; and it is a lot of money. But I know that with four men on the job site and finishing the job in one day the price was worth it. I am very appreciative to Majestic Plumbing.

Walked around the house, checked all faucets, and flush toilet and did not flush the water heater because the valve would not open.

I picked majestic from several other providers on the list because they gave me an assessment of what they thought might be causing my water leak over the phone that was clearly based on extensive experience. They also gave me ballpark estimates for the repair costs that were lower than other people I had spoken with. I got the impression Majestic is not in the business of inflating costs, but would rather have the repeat business that comes from treating people fairly. On the day of service they gave me the 30 minute phone warning they had promised and showed up at the very beginning of the 3 hour window they had blocked out so we didn't have to sit around waiting for them. When they examined the situation they determined that the likely source of the leak was just a loose drain and tightened it at no cost. If the leak persists they've given me estimates to fix the potential sources that are entirely fair in comparison to what I was told by other companies. Bottom line, I expected that I'd have someone cutting drywall to get to the issue and that I'd be writing a significant check. Instead I had a provider say the issue was minor and the house should be fine. When I had them checkup on the report of another plumber that my water pressure was high they reported it was within the normal range and that I didn't need to spend money on a pressure regulator. This sort of honesty and competence is what you need from service professionals. I recommend Majestic plumbing without reservation and if I have plumbing problems in the future I will be calling them directly.
