The gentleman who came to my house was top notch. Very professional and explained everything to me. I found the cost of the home inspection and hot water heater work very affordable. The replacement of the flush mechanism was VERY expensive. So the overall cost of the project was acceptable.

Couldn't have had a better experience! From the person who initially answered the phone when I called to schedule to the tech. who arrived at my home...everyone was great! Phil was on time even though the office was courteous enough to call & inform me that he might be a bit late...now that's customer service! Phil was professional, efficient and answered all my questions. Have already scheduled a date to have the hot water heater replaced! Very, very pleased with Majestic & would highly recommend.

Brian Hicks came out - arrived promptly - had to run to Home Depot for a part, came right back and got to work. He did a great job of installing my kitchen faucet and then as he was testing everything he noticed my old garbage disposal was leaking at the bottom by the screws. He gave me an estimate, had one on his truck, went out and installed it in a flash. He was very professional, courteous, and nice. Did a great job and even though I'm sure the garbage disposal was much more than if I had tried to put it in myself, it was worth every penny. I am very pleased with all the folks at Majestic and would use them again!

Had a home inspection on house and multiple leaks where found in sinks. They came in and fixed everything. In addition checked for leaks in the whole house.

Professional showed up. He assessed the bathtub issue. Stated how much it would cost to even proceed. Gave us suggestions on how to mitigate costs. Very professional.

We were advised to shut off the water at the hot water heater in order to get the water to stop flowing through the night. We were very grateful for the advice since it was very late in the evening when this problem occurred. They offered to come out right then to fix the problem. However, since shutting off the hot water at the water heater had worked they gave us the option to wait until the morning to save money. It was nice that they gave us the option. The repair took all of 20 minutes. The technician was very nice and professional.

Chris was very professional and friendly, punctual and carried out the maintenance in a timely and orderly manner. I would highly recommend Empire Heating, and I can see why they carry an "A" rating.

This service provider performed the service exactly as they said they would and gave me an Angie's List discount. Brian H., the plumber who performed the service, was professional and friendly. It was a cold, rainy day but he worked for two hours in the dwindling twilight to make all of the repairs that were needed. Previously I had gotten a quote on replacing the leaky pipe elbow under the house (from another well-rated Angie's list company) and the cost for that alone was $500. I found Majestic to not only be professional and hard-working, but the total cost for all of the things I needed done seemed reasonable. I will be calling them again for future services.

They did a great job! They knew exactly what to do and were very professional. Would definitely use them again!

I had to have another company to redo a lot of the work.

Technician immediately identified the problem with both items, completed the work within the time span promised, at a cost of more than $200 less than estimate by another vendor. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing work.

I scheduled a plumbing appointments with Majestic to take a look at my garbage disposal that suddenly stopped working. I spoke to Anita on the phone and she was awesome. She scheduled the appointment for the next day AND let me know about the electrical services they also provide. I explained that I'd had some issues so she encouraged me to go back to Angie's list and purchase the whole home electrical inspection coupon. I did and I couldn't be happier with the services provided by both Phil (I don't remember his last name) and Randy Belcher. Phil did a great job of explaining everything step by step regarding the plumbing inspection and the issue with my garbage disposal. Randy quickly provided answers to many of our electrical woes and addressed them all (there were many) within @ 3hrs. Again, each items resolution was explained in layman's terms so that I could digest it all. The prices were extremely reasonable also. I highly recommend Majestic Plumbing & Electrical overall to my neighbors. Furthermore, I have the utmost confidence in the master plumber and electrician that were dispatched as well. 1. Flushed water heater, but can't close the tap properly. After the person left, I closed it with my wrench. Talking as if like a lawyer instead of a plumber 2. Just visually inspected, and said everything good. I can say this. He has no tool, just too much talking. Insterested in selling his product.

Quote to install ice maker was $1300 for a one day job. More than $100 per hour for the 10 hour job. I think that's high.

They came right away and did a good job. I've used them before. They try very hard to do a good job. They even go out to get parts and come back again. They're just totally committed to the job and get it done. They do a good job.

Very quick to arrive during a very busy time with pipes breaking all over town. Our guy, Ben, was polite, clean and worked hard. He went above and beyond and stayed very late to get us back to functionality that night, and returned the next day to ensure everything was done right. He had good recommendations for a water mitigation company with availability. Very polite. My 5 year old even commented "Ben, he's a nice guy..." Will definitely call again for emergencies and other work as needed.

After waiting for a plumber to be assigned, a professional team assigned one to me. Both the team and plumber were very nice, professional, and clean. The plumber talked so much, and worked so little at times, I wonder if he charges by the word or hour. Eventually the problem was fixed properly, and we've had no problems. However for a very simple repair to a pipe in the garage, the cost was rather high and the time required was way more than I felt it should've been had the plumber just been polite and done his job. While he was there (and apparently not in a hurry to leave), I asked him to quote two other little household projects we had quoted from others and were considering in the coming months. His prices were significantly higher than the other Angie's List rated providers. Again, they weren't bad and were very professional. It's just that their pricing was fit for a king.

I used Majestic three times over the year to modernize my forty year old brick ranch. The first task was to replace the rusted corrouded sewage pipe. This was the pipe with the very suspicious stalactites of feces dangling from it. The plumber and his helper removed multiple sections of pipe with the least mess possible. When the work went past 1700, they stayed later to ensure that what needed to get done was done. I knew that the project was going to be well beyond a simple task. When Saturday was done, the plumber came on Sunday just to get it done so that we had the least number of days with the water shut off. I now have a PVC pipe that the house inspector was impressed with. On additional work, the plumber came out and installed two high quality toilets and replaced multiple drops from the old iron pipes. In each case, the work was done in one day and with the minimal delay. When the plumber could not get the fittings to stop bursting, he determined that I had over pressure from the water main. He quickly attached a damper which fixed that problem and probably saved my dishwasher from blowing a gasket. On a return trip, the plumber also corrected the bubba fix attachment to the water heater, which included a flue and other items that the home inspector also commented on as being a very good job. Each time that the Majestic plumber had a problem, he over came the issue instead of just quitting or leaving me with a half unfinished job. I am sure that I could have found a lower price, but with this kind of work, I do not want a cheap job, I want and I got a good job. The only problem I ever had with Majestic, is that they double billed my credit card for a $3,000 billing. Apparently they had changed their billing service and there was a month long delay in correcting this. Once I got hold of the office manager, I had an immediate return of my funds and a very apologetic phone call from the owner. I only hope that when I move to Hiram, that they will still be able to come out and provide the same high quality service.

I called around to get estimates for this work. Most of the competition wanted me to pay them to come out and then they would credit the charge towards the work. That meant that I would either have to use them no matter the price or I would lose the $60-$100 service fee. Majestic came out for a free estimate. The technician (Eric) was very professional. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and did some testing for me as part of the free estimate. Because of this, I decided to go ahead and have him fix the problems. He estimated it would take 2-3 hours to do it and that's what it took. I would use them in the future.

Our service rep was thorough and very knowledgable. He checked other units (hot water heater, expansion tank, meter, etc.) just to be sure all was working well - no extra charge. At this time I cannot tell you his name or the price, but it was reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

It went very well and they got everything up to code. They did good work and they were professional. They got the job done in one day. They did the job while I was not at the property.

We'd tried everything to get this toilet working, augered it ourselves to no avail. He augered it and then it drained, but still wasn't flushing properly. He asked if we had small children who might have put something down it, but we're all adults. Nevertheless, he insisted there was some obstruction and he needed to take the toilet off the wall. That would cost an additional $100, but I said OK. What else was I going to do? Off it came and jammed deep down in the pipe was a full bottle of contact lens solution that a cat had apparently knocked in there. After a good bit of fighting with it, he got it out ... to everyone's cheers! Toilet's working fine now. Lesson learned: keep the lid shut.

The plumber came out to flush the system but there was no water. He attempted to find the problem but could not determine the root cause at that time. To get the water back on to the house he recommended a full service line replacement ($2400). As I did not have time to shop around (no water) I had the work done. So the B rating on price may or may not be accurate as I don't know what any other company would have cost. The leak fixes took a few hours but the water line install took several days (again, not sure how that compares to any other company so I can't rate that). The plumber sent by the company was very professional and explained all the work. The company also responded promptly when this job inadvertently resulted in another resident of the townhome complex losing access to water due to the original home builder incorrectly installing the water lines during construction. They addressed my neighbors needs as well as an act of goodwill.

The provider came and did not the do the complete inspection in the first go. Water heater flush was never done. They also did not help in locating the hose bibs which I requested at the time of placing the appointment. The water heater quote was a separate issue. They gave a quote for replacing the water heater and credit was supposed to be used for replacement. However, on the day of replacement, they called and told me that they cannot honor their quote and demanded $200 more if I have to get that water heater replaced with the one they quoted. I refused and they asked me to call Angie's list to get a refund. After reading the provider's response, I would like to clarify few things. I booked the appointment only because I asked them to help me located shutoff valves for the hose bibs. The first technician came at 4:30 pm for a 2-5 pm appointment. His office called that he will be there by 3:30 pm but he never bothered to call and say that he will be late. When he showed up, the first thing he said before entering our home is that his boss has only allowed to be be there for 30 minutes or less. What kind of response is that?When I asked him atleast he should have called and mentioned that he was running late, he said he forgot. He was always in hurry and went to give me a quote for replacing the water heater as quickly as he saw it even though the heater has been working properly. I was expecting that he would put more time in home inspection. And the provider is saying that I called their office and complained vehemently for this issue. We currently have a 12 year warranty water heater. I asked him to give me a quote for replacing the same type. When the second technician came, he said that they will honor the quote they had provided. Why did they back out on the day of installation? The provider gave a quote for 12 year water heater on the paper. The equivalent Bradford White is a 9 year water heater which they wrote in their response. I even tried to work with you guys by buying water heater myself but the technician was not at all accommodating. It is really bad you want to place the blame on the customer for your fault.
