Eric was thoroughly professional. He quickly sized up the job, quoted a very fair price, and skillfully completed the work. I will definitely use Majestic the next time I need a plumber.

What they didn't do was consider the water that was coming through the pipe all the time would put debris into my other pipes. There's red water coming out, and now they're telling me I need to pay $1800 to have those completely replaced. The man who did perform the work has mysteriously left and they don't know why, but there's no forwarding information. The man who did the actual work was wonderful. However, the subcontractors were sitting around talking around talking on the phone, and they were arrogant. Basically it was one man doing everything, while they sat around and laying around. Update 6/16/15: I changed the grade from an F to a C because of lack of thoroughness in their original diagnosis and lack luster attitude of the post inspection clean up crew. I had to micro manage every step of the restoration of my lawn. They were about to leave dangerous holes after removing pipes. However, the owner made a personal visit to review the work. He was respectful and attentive to my concerns. Update 8/4/15: I called the owner Lonnie for advice on a Home Depot toilet installation. He had me fax over the agreement from Home Depot, took time to read it, and called me back with his professional opinions and very very valuable advice. He honestly told me that their cost for installtion would be above that of Home Depot and advised me of the questions I should ask up front to ensure that I would not be overcharged at the time of installation. He cares about his past customers the way he cares about his present customers.

Randy from Majestic was really the best you could ask for. He called in the morning to touch base and reconfirm when he was coming. Then called when he arrived. I live in a condo building where there are strict insurance requirements for contractors, but Majestic was up to date with everything. When he arrived he explained the pricing (hour minimum, what the hourly rate was, etc. - standard stuff). Then he quickly identified the issue and resolved it. He wore slip covers on his shoes, and cleaned up the minimal amount of dust that fell on the floor when he removed the light cannister. Overall I was very pleased. I will definitely use Majestic again, and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Back in January 2014, a technician came out to replace my 40 gallon water heater. Kevin had a lot of problems (he spent a lot of time on the phone talking to his girlfriend, dropped tools and parts all over my driveway), but he took the time to explain everything he did and genuinely seemed like a nice guy, so I didn't pursue the matter any further. I guess, after paying upwards of $1200, I also just wanted to believe good things about the service that was provided. Fast forward to two weeks ago, when a home inspection revealed that the water heater was not installed to code. I called Majestic to give them a chance to right the wrong. They said they would send a tech out on Wednesday, April 22nd (sometime between 2 and 5). At 3:40, I got a call from their office saying the tech wouldn't be able to make it. This is after I had left work early, mind you. I rescheduled for Friday the 24th, also between 2 and 5. At 3:40 (the magic hour), I receive a courtesy call that the technician is on his way. At 5:00, I called their office to ask where the tech is. I was then told that they would call the tech and call me back. I called the office again at 5:15, at which time I was told they hadn't called the tech yet. Within 5 minutes, they called me back to say that the tech was stuck in traffic. Wouldn't that be a more appropriate phone call to make within my quoted time frame? Traffic is to be expected on a Friday, but a call with an updated time quote would've gone a long way. As of yet, my water has not been fixed.

They had a special going and I needed service and they responded quickly. I would recommend them.

We had a minor pipe burst emergency and while we could get the water off to the entire house that left us without water. He came on Saturday but the repair was not a quick one and it was fairly late when he got here. That was not his fault though. I had waited on an appliance repair man to come and fix the fridge but he told us it was a job for a plumber. The plumber from Majestic got the water to the broken waterline turned off so we could have the water on in the house till he could get back on Sunday. On Sunday he was here at the time we had agreed on. He got the repair done in a reasonable amount of time and he also cleaned up after he finished .. there was drilling of cabinets and such to get the new line to the fridge. Mainly because the braided line was slightly bigger than the cheap plastic line that burst. He was very courteous and professional. He was also warm and friendly. The repair is working perfectly.

The worker was very professional, straight forward, and he fixed the problem in which we have had no issue since. The tech went above and beyond on our service and also gave us quotes on replacing our water heater or to fix it.

I called Majestic for a bid on replacing my gas hot water heater and PRV. An appointment was made for a free estimate and was scheduled at my request for a couple of days out. The plumber (named Shack) showed up on time and in uniform to make the bid. He was a pleasant, competent and not a high pressure fellow. Majestic's bid was a few dollars higher than the competition and Shack recommended a water heater brand that I was not familiar with, but upon a little research I found this unit had better reviews than the competition's recommendation, and had a much better manufacturer's warranty. This gave me a solid feeling that I was dealing with a plumber that knew his business. I chose Majestic to do the job. The job was scheduled for the next day (this was not an emergency situation) and Shack arrived on time and in uniform. He got right to work and the replacement went very smoothly. The unit was plumbed in with copper pipe and the quality of the work was outstanding. All joints were straight and true and the new unit looks better installed than the old one! There were no leaks. I also had my PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) replaced because my house water pressure was too high and the existing PRV was nearly 17 years old. This installation was also done in copper and looked good upon completion. All valves and components used in the install were brass and appeared very high quality. When I contemplated starting this project, I planned to do it myself. I am glad I did not. I did not realize that a permit was required and the codes had changed and required a few new components. I was stunned when I got a follow up letter from Majestic that they were ready to schedule my plumbing inspection. I called and they made the appointment for me. No effort on my part. Excellent. I am so satisfied with this company and how they handled this project. The plumber was great and his work was top notch. There were no surprise costs and the final price was exactly what was on the bid. I recommend them.

the service went well. Bob spent around 30-60 minutes inspecting the sinks, bathtubs and the water heater. Measure the water pressure for the entire house. He made some recommendations that will help me maintain the hot water supply in good working condition.

Sorry this is too time consuming! The provider's representative was very thorough & explained /showed me everything he was doing. Encouraged me to call him back if my water bill was still high next billing date.

These guys took advantage of my sister-in-law and scared her into doing more work then they were assigned to do.

Phil came on time as promised and he was very professional. He informed me every step of the way. After the pipes were replaced they cleaned up and advised me with regards to restoring my lawn. Most of all they gave 10 year warranty.

It went well, they did a good job. They were here when they said they would be here and when I needed them to comeback for a check up they would show up right away.

It went fine; however, another company that I was also getting a quote for Sewer Line Repair showed up. Unfortunately the two gentlemen knew one another. I warned them "not to sound to audacious" not to get to comfortable with one another, and that "collusion" was frowned upon to say the least. The other company let me know that when they were giving me their price quote that they were going to offer the gentleman who was working from Majestic a job offer. Lo and behold their quotes come in not 5 minutes from one another, and do you think that Majestic had a chance in this deal? Of course not. So this review is not totally fair to the company Majestic because they were also the victims here, but at the end of the day it was their employee involved with this nonsense.

I had an issue with the work that was originally done, I notified the company and was able to speak to Lonnie, the owner. Lonnie was very nice and professional, reimbursed me $225 and is coming back to fix the issue today.

Majestic was very prompt on scheduling my appointment to come out, they called the morning off when they were on their way out. They were very professional and though in explaining everything. . Very pleased with service. Would definitely use again.

All jobs completed in 2 hours. I will use this company again.

It went pretty good, first visit identified leak problem and recomended couple of options and went with one of the option which requires to visit again and on next visit installed new faucet and no more leaks now.

They were able to send someone out same day and showed up one time. I showed them the water heater and then they wrote up the quote. After looking at the quote, he was gong to charge me for expansion tank even though it was just replaced. He said he had to so i said ok. They I looked at the price. 3 times the cost at lowes or home depot. It's $50 for one at Lowes and he was charging $150. The second thing that caught my attention was the City Permit that he needed. http://www.mariettaga.gov/City/media/Docs/Inspections/plumbingpermit.pdf The actual cost is $30 and he was charging $100. Hummm something is rotten in Denmark. Needless to say he's not putting in my new water heater. Also I had a quote from Superior Plumbing that was $200 less.

After running into problems from previous work done by someone else, proper plumbing equipment and connections/corrections were made and new equipment installed. Had to call back three times due to a problem with a very small leak that had nothing to do with the installation. Just a weird issue with the pipes that just wouldn't repair. Finally found the issue, replaced the already new defective part, and is just fine. Very attentive to problem and Phil does a great job. Would absolutely call them again.

Very professional and responsive. Would use Majestic again for plumbing needs. Love our new garbage dispoosal, got a higher end one installed and is super quiet.
