Majestic informed me they will come to my house from 12 - 3 today. I received a call around 1PM informing me they are running behind and they will call 30 minutes before they arrived. At 4:30 I called Majestic to inform them of the above and the woman who answered the phone was fine. She said she will have the technician call me back. He did call me back within 5 minutes informing me he knew they were running behind. Then he said, "Do you want them to come over or what!" I was done! I will not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I own a rental duplex. It was an emergency service call on a Sunday. If a firm advertises 24-hour emergency service, then I expect that they at least ANSWER the phone and/or return after-hours messages quickly. Majestic did both of those (two smileys) :-) :-) First off... of the ~3 firms I found via Angie's List and called, Majestic was the only company that not only had a LIVE person answer the line. But also returned the call quickly. Second, they listened to my description of the problem and squeezed me into their schedule. In fact, they got me in QUICKER than initially quoted. I was out of town, on the West coast at the time and had no way to see the issue myself. Only could parrot what my tenant told me. I forgot the Technician's name. But he arrived promptly, assessed the problem. Informed me he'd need to get into the upstairs unit to confirm his initial diagnosis. However, the upstairs tenant was not home at the time. It took at least 45 minutes or more before the upstairs tenant returned home. Long story shortened, Majestic fixed the problem, showed patience and professionalism in a challenging situation. I'd will use them again. And when being the owner of rental units, I WILL need plumbing assistance again at some point.

I was really lucky to get Phillip for this issue, he was so great and really went above the call of duty in order to fix the issue for me. Also, I booked the deal on Angie's list in the evening and they came out the next day, great response time!!! I highly recommend these folks and Phillip especially, thanks SO much!

The new water heater was installed promptly and efficiently. The cost was lower than I expected considering some other related items had to be brought up to code. The technician Ben did a great job of explaining the whole process. I also got a follow up call the next business day from a Majestic employee, Anita, asking how the service went and if I had any questions or needed anything else. The call was appreciated. I'll definitely use Majestic again.

I purchased a voucher with Angie's List online, then called to schedule an appointment. MPE was able to fit me in that afternoon - and it wasn't an emergency! I was given a time frame, and an hour before the front end of the time, I was called with notification that I would probably be on the back end of the time frame. Then, I was called again when they were able to reroute another plumber my direction. I was pleased with the continued communication from the company! Allen arrived and immediately introduced himself and noted the nature of my exact service, as I'd described to the scheduler. Upon seeing the area needing service, he said after checking it out, he'd have Plan A and a Plan B, and he estimated the Plan A price. At that time he told me all additional costs - one for gloves, etc (nomimal fee) and another if I paid via credit card - as well. There were no surprises. -- I will insert here that the Angie's List voucher was financially beneficial for me! I saved $100 in the long run by purchasing it!! Fortunately for me, service Plan A worked. Allen showed me what the problem had been and how he fixed it. We discussed the best way to prevent it from happening again. I was pleased with Allen's friendliness, attention to detail, and forthcoming information. I'll use MPE again!

This is the third time we've used them. He arrived 10 minutes to 8, just like the times before. He's really nice and everything turned out just great.

Bob was so great. He was completely professional, knew his stuff and took the time to explain everything he was doing to me. He even went above and beyond and checked out additional things for me. I will call Bob at Majestic Plumbing anytime I need a plumber!

In today's world, it is very rare to meet someone who is clearly an expert in their field, extremely hard-working, and extremely professional and pleasant. Recently, I received estimates from three plumbing companies that I identified from Angie's List and then cross-referenced to the Best Picks Reports. All three had the highest ratings. In addition to receiving those estimates, I was also "interviewing" the individuals that would be doing work in my home. Because I had a significant amount of work to be done, I knew that they would be in my home for at least a full day. Therefore, it was important to me to ensure that I was extremely comfortable with both the company and, if not more important, the individual that would be doing the work. During the very first meeting with Ben, I was impressed with his knowledge and manner. While Majestic's pricing was not the lowest estimate, I was extremely confident that Ben would provide the highest quality of work. From the moment Ben arrived at our home exactly "on time", he worked extremely efficiently and tirelessly throughout the entire day. He kept me appropriately updated on his work and progress. He made excellent suggestions during the day and was extremely careful about protecting inside our home. I will and have highly recommend Ben to my friends and neighbors!

Randy was great. He was our main contact during this process. Randy knows a lot about his trade and does not mind sharing that knowledge... Project was completed in one day. Little details were not overlooked,

Found that the float was stuck because the pump was loose. He fixed it in a few minutes and did not even charge a trip charge. I will be calling them to do a quote on some renovation work we are doing.

Contacted the company and spoke with Anita who was both professional and personable. She scheduled a visit for an estimate to replace the heaters. Sandy came out, looked at the situation, discussed some options and quoted a price. The price was similar to what I had received from others but the time spent by Sandy showing what they planned to do and how was ultimately the deciding factor. A few days later I requested that the work be done and that Sandy do it. Sandy and his apprentice arrived when they said they would and proceeded with the work. They did an excellent job and used the best materials, no shortcuts. Sandy is a great ambassador for the company.

When they came, they did send someone out but the pricing was so high. It was $300 just to screw something down on the toilet and that was with the hundred dollar credit. I just couldn't afford it. So I contacted another plumber to do it for me.

The technician, Ben, was very easy to deal with and negotiated on pricing for the service. He worked hard trying to make a valve work but it didn't so It took him an extra trip to Lowe's in addition to his original Home Depot trip to find what he needed. This time it worked well and he got my pump working as it should. I highly recommend them.

Everything went well. They came on time, gave me a reasonable estimate but because I was without a sink for over 3 days, I did not have a choice but to go with them. I would use them in the future but if I had shopped around some more, I may have found a better price.

Brendan showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and made repairs. He left the work areas imaculate. He was professional in every way.

This did not go well. The technician came to the house, looked at it and said it was leaky. Knowing that was the problem, I said to go ahead and write the estimate. Thank God, I did rather than have him fix it - he gave me a written quote for $375!!! I thought he was joking but he assured me that was their standard price. I asked him why and he said that is just their price list. I told him the online quotes on plumbing sites for my area code were between $102 and $150 but he said "Well, we have to bleed the system." Again, another technical word to confuse people soI said "Oh, I can turn the water off and run the water through the faucet myself. What does it cost now?" He replied "$375 or both for $482. I thanked him and said I was not interested.... he tried to tell me it easy a good deal since I was getting $100 off with my Angie's list coupon. I asked him to go. I called Majestic Plumbing and talked to the Manager and he said the same thing and that I could call Angie's list to get my money back. This is an obvious ploy to get people in by offering them a discount and then almost tripling the going rate and doubling the highest price on the plumbing sites. Integrity is important to me and I would not hire them. By the way, I bought the $8 faucet and had a plumber put it in for me - total cost $69. So buyer, beware!

Their plumbers are very professional. Although labor is guaranteed for one year overall service Is very pricey!

It went great. I would recommend and use Majestic again. Much more reasonable pricing than the "name" companies, such as Estes. My technician, Brendon, did a great job, with a helpful attitude without relying on the book pricing schedule. 5 stars!

Phil reviewed all of my plumbing to make sure everything was working as expected. He was very professional and took the time to educate me on the recommendations he made which included replacing my water heater..

I had requested an inspection report from both plumbers and from the office twice - Never Received it.

Eric was very polite and professional, answered all my questions and did the service fast. He also cleaned the area that he worked and was very careful with his equipment to no scratch the floor. I would use them again

My daughter has a leak in her Master Bathroom. I bought this deal so that the Plumber could come and inspect the issue and do a flush of her water heater as well. He did the flush, but was evidently clueless on how to repair the leak in her bathroom. She felt like he didn't have any solution, but rather said replace it altogether.
