Brendan did a great job of explaining the issue and was very professional. He took the time to discuss the issue with me and did a very thorough job. I could easily tell that he wanted to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Bottom line, the leak was fixed and the price was reasonable especially with the Angie's List coupon that I purchased. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, technically it went well and the plumber was courteous and professional. I was shocked by the $425 labor price that was net of the $100 Angie's List discount and other discounts by Majestic Plumbing. I could not believe that it would cost $425 for a plumber to do the straightforward removal and installation work after all discounts were applied. There was nothing unusual or time-consuming in the removal and installation process. The plumber said this was the best price he could give me after calling his manager and applying the Angie's List discount. What a disappointment!

The leak of the water supply did not stop because the replacement line was defective. They did replace that line free of charge. The water heater was fine but coincidentally a few days later a valve started leaking. Majestic repaired the valve and it works fine now. They also replaced a flapper valve. They followed up a few days later to ensure the work was performed as I expected. Professional and very responsive.

Ben was quick to determine the easiest solution to see if that would work, which was replacing the cartridge in our master shower (another plumber had replaced it a couple of years ago, which could have been the beginnings of the water hammer!!). Replacing the cartridge worked!! My walls are so quiet now! Will definitely use them again.

Bob was very professional and attentive! We had a few areas of our home that we wanted him to evaluate. He patiently addressed each of our concerns. The prices were fair and affordable and the work was of good quality. We will definitely be using Majestic Plumbing and Electric again in the future.

I got the plumbing come in and it was a stellar experience. It was very good but the communication of the company is a disaster. The service technician who came out was very good. The communication with the company was poor. They were expensive. The punctuality was terrible. The professionalism was pretty good. The technician was very good and the communication with the company was very poor.

It was difficult to get them scheduled to come out. They kind of just did there own thing.

I purchased a coupon for hot water heater flush and inspection. The tech came out and finished within ten minutes. I was busy at the time and did not notice that he did not perform the flush and drain of the water heater. I called afterwards and asked them to come out and they did. They inspected the water heater and agreed. The office is professional and courteous. They responded quickly to my complaint and corrected it. While it is an issue that the original tech did not do the work required, they follow up was more than satisfactory.

after getting everything done. the price was a little bit high, but i needed to get it done. it was a probably a two hour job, but he had to run out to home depot to get the parts during rush hour. it could have been an hour and half job actually. overall, everything was completed on a friday night and i'm pleased. will i call them again? probably not, their pricing is a bit high.

The plumber did a great job. He was punctual and professional. He talked me through all of the checks that he performed and explained the systems in place in the condo. This was especially useful since I had just purchased the condo and was mostly unfamiliar with its plumbing. While checking things, he identified a couple issues and provided recommendations for how I can move forward with fixing them.

Th installation was fine. I am not happy with what I paid, but I wanted it done and did not have the time to reschedule. $700 was after the $100 off promotion from Angie's List. That means for the hour and a half he was here, the charge would have been $800. I don't believe these $100 promotions mean anything in this case. I thought an Angie's List partner would have been better. Hard lesson learnt!

The repair itself went well, plumber was on time and nice. However the cost estimation and total charges were fairly ridiculous bill came out to over $800 dollars for less than 2 hours of work really felt ripped off for the work performed.

It did Not go well! I had asked the Plumber it would probably be best if he removed the toilet from the floor to see if the Cap was still in the way and he told me that I would need to Buy a new toilet and that it would Cost me $300 should I need the job done. Instead, I hired Mr. Plumber who only charged me $180 of which he removed the toilet from the floor and found the Cap problem.

This service was excellent. Randy was the electrician and he was absolutely excellent! He pointed out things that needed to be repaired and that should be looked at to ensure my house is up to code.

Majectic did a dianogis test and explain in detail what needed to be fix. Financially didnt have the money to get it done however we have had several people come to the house and not explain. Communication is the key and that was accomplished.

They came out here and tightened up a bolt on a leaky faucet and charged me $100. I should have gone on Google and looked. Actually, they wanted to charge me for a new faucet to start with. Then they dillydallied around and tried to upcharge me.

The company and technician were very responsive. Explanations for all repair were provided. Had to return to fix refrigerator connection and did so timely.

The old hot water connection was frozen and washing machine installers recommended we get a plumber to complete the install. Even with the Angie's list prepaid amount, this was a very expensive few minutes of work. But, the new washing has a new connection and all is working well.

I had thought the deal got us work by the hour and it should have take 1 hour to install sink I had previously purchased. I was surprised when plumber said installation cost was $315 less the $100 that I had paid $39 for. The deal needs to be more forthright in the description. However, the worked performed was excellent.

Service man arrived when scheduled after the office called and verified time of arrival & that someone would be home. The service man was professional, polite, and fix the problem very quickly.

Cold showers suck! The water heater went out and needed a new burner assembly. First experience with Majestic Plumbing and we were pleased. Office and technician gave a courtesy call at the beginning of my appointment window and made it when they said they would! Technician, Sandy (a dude), was professional and friendly. Diagnosed the matter, ordered the part, explained the tracking process and estimated arrival time and installation time; followed up after part arrived to see whether we wanted the part installed earlier than estimated time; came to install; tested the unit; even checked on a faucet aerator that had given us trouble! Although we are regulars of another Angie's-listed provider, we plan to check out Majestic's electrical services because Sandy is the type of professional with whom we felt comfortable dealing: he explained what he was doing and why, educating us and putting us at ease. Majestic followed up with a customer satisfaction call. All aspects of the project went well.

The Angie's List offer is $39 for $100 worth of services. First, the appointment on Thursday in a 2-5p window, with a promised call 45 minutes in advance, was not met. I received no call 45 min in advance and called for a second time at 5pm Thursday to ask about my appointment. The person answering the phone was courteous and rescheduled me for first thing in the morning. Friday morning I got no call 45 minutes prior to showing up - Again. Even though I was promised the same. Instead, I got a call 20 min before the appointment that the plumber (a nice guy, by the way) was here at my home. A small leak in my kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself was quoted at my residence out of their 'rate book' at $380!!!!! The price was not quoted to me on the phone after explaining the issue to the person I called in advance, and sending pictures to them and providing faucet make and model # (it 100% could have been). That's right. Regardless of the level of effort and time it would take to fix an issue, you are beholden to their rate book. And they knowingly skipped this important info when I was live on the phone with them 1:1 explaining the issue and after sending pics illustrating the issue in advance of their visit to my home. They failed to let me know any of this when they had an opportunity to do so in advance of their visit (the second one - given they did not show up at the originally scheduled time day prior). Shame on me for assuming an hourly rate or reasonable fee commiserate with the work required to get the job done. Majestic Plumbing and Electric COULD have: (1)Specified prominently in the ad that a flat rate book would be used to price all jobs and that this was NOT an hourly or other rate structure. (2)Advised me on the phone when I asked about pricing and described the issue and provided faucet model number and pictures in advance that the rate for this specific job is $380 regardless of time to fix. I would have canceled and not taken time off of work. (3)Okayed the plumber to do the job and charge a rate consistent with the effort to address (or hourly) once he called his boss at my request from my residence. Anyone with a minor issue would be tweaked at this practice and handling of the issue once identified. Absolutely disappointing. Turns out I've seen other comments from customers frustrated by this same issue with this Angie's List 'deal.' I welcome a call from the owner to do the right thing here. My next step is to take this to broader social media next week if I don't receive a call to make things right from Majestic.

Plumber was here about 15 minutes. Used 18 inch plastic "snake" to clear drain- took 20 seconds. Was told fee for "snake" usage was $229. With the $100 discount, fee was $129 (plus pre-paid $39 service call fee). This is a complete rip off for what was done.
