Good. Brendon was very nice and extremely helpful. He provided quotes for additional work that needs to be done. I would recommend this company to others. Pricing seems a little high.

The provider did a great job replacing the 3 valves. The time it took was approximately 20 minutes. He did a great job, and the only issue I had was the cost associated with it. I realize that there is overhead, but the $100 credit coupon towards service didn't seem to put a dent in the price. Without the Angies List deal, would the price to replace 3 on/off valves be $600 ($200 each)? Again, the work that Majestic plumbing does is very good, but the "Deal" didn't seem like a deal.

They came out the following morning, ran a continuity test to confirm the line was broken, and found the break. Due to the nature of the break, a new cable had to be run from my apartment on the top floor all the way down to the basement where the phone lines were exposed. These guys did the job quickly and correctly. (I can't say the same about whoever installed the wiring incorrectly in the first place.) They laid the new cable and were in and out same day (the whole process, including investigating the problem and laying new cable in the walls took no more than 5 hours).

The plumber arrived on time. He was polite, knowledgable, and professional . The job was to change the fill valve, and it took him less than 30 minutes. The part costs about $12 online. In Majestic Plumbing & Electriic pricing book the labor cost for the job is $290. I was also made to pay $10 in misc. fees. With the $100 coupon from the Angies List, which cost me $39, my total was $239. This is a ripoff: the hourly labor charge is more than $400. I would not use Majestic again for this reason.

Our plumber Ben arrived within the specific time allotted. He was pleasant, professional and answered all questions and concerns. Would recommend this company without reservation.

It was alright. The work done was fine. The two different technicians were not on the same page.

The individual came out and looked everything over. He quoted me at $2400. He told me that I needed to replace my water heater and two toilets. My insurance company was going to cover what needed to be done. The insurance company came out and looked over everything. They told me that everything that the person from Majestic told me that needed to be replaced didn?t need to be replaced at all. They told me that there were glad I called because I was going to be ripped off. It took them about 45 minutes to repair everything that Majestic told me that I needed to replace. The cost on that ended up being less the $100 deductible. The person who came out from Majestic was Dustin Jenkins.

Ben was the specialist who came to do the inspection and estimate. Then, returned to complete the work. He did an excellent job. Ben is professional and knowledgeable. He was honest and direct, giving us the ability to make an informed decision on how to proceed. The estimate was fair and included explanation of all the work to be performed. Once we decided it was necessary to replace the faulty line Ben gave us a timeline of the steps involved. All of the work was completed as described and finished on time. I would recommend Ben to anyone and would definitely hire him again.

They did a great job! They were responsive, prompt and on top of both of our appointments. The service agent was professional, patient and was willing to take the time to do the job right. On both service calls he walked through what he was there to do and then when the job was completed we walked through the things he had done and found. We re-hired Majestic to replace the hot water heater. I am relieved we found Majestic as I feel like so may plumbers do not take pride in their work and could careless. Brandon and the Majestic team have my stamp of approval!

Very disappointed in pricing. I did not see the value in purchasing a "deal". My net cost for a $68 garbage disposal $349.00 for an hours work.

The plumber was friendly, concerned, and diligent in completing each task. The plumber also inspected the water closets, faucets, water heater and piping. He noted that the water copper line is pressed up against the natural gas line in the basement. A shim was installed to stop the corrosion the union was causing.

Prompt, super-polite, very patient, he took the time to answer my questions and go into detail about what needed to be repaired. This is the third time that we have had a Majestic electrician help us out. One time it was to put in a floor electric outlet. It all went very smoothly. The other time an outside safety spotlight switches were not functioning properly - again superb service. It is so wonderful to know exactly who to call when we need an electrician!

Called on Thursday had the job done within two days. Very through. Highly recommend Majestic.

He fixed the sink quickly. I also asked him to evaluate a "rushing" sound coming out of the cabinet in my bathroom as I thought it was possibly a leak. He eventually figured out that it was a faulty overflow valve under that bathroom sink. He said it was an unusual place to fine the valve. To fix it he said he would have to reconfigure the plumbing under my sink and add an overflow device on top of the hot water heater in my garage. He gave me an estimate of approximately $850. But told me I could get a second opinion if I wanted to. I called the plumbing company I had used before and they immediately knew it was a faulty overflow valve that is attached to the plumbing in the garage. They had it fixed in less than an hour for a price of $349.00 There was no need to redo any plumbing and the price was reasonable to me. That company was Marshall Plumbing Majestic Plumbing called a couple of days after they were at my house and asked to schedule the work that had been estimated. I told them I was waiting for a second opinion. They were polite and understanding about that. A week later they called again and I tole them that I was going to use the company that gave me the second opinion. There was no actual problem with Majestic. I do think the plumber they sent out was not very experienced as it took him a long time to come to an opinion of what was needed and the fix he suggested was not the most economical, yet appropriate, route to take.

The blue reservoir on top of the tank started leaking a lot. Majestic was able to get out there the day I called them. The hot water heater was old so we replaced the entire thing. He had one on the truck and was able to do it that afternoon. Also had to replace a pressure velve and cam back early the nest morning to check on it and make sure there were no more leaks.

I don't like them that much. I think the guy that came here ended up causing more damage than repairing it so I ended up calling somebody else. I used him in conjunction with the offer they had on a bigger job and that made it worse. They came out right away after I purchased the Big Deal. I believe through the drain clean, they actually damaged the drain and I had to hire someone else to replace it. They used a power jet that ran sewage down back into the house and actually in my belief is causing the main drain to bow a little bit. I would not use nor recommend them. They were polite.

I removed everything from inside our 2 base cabinets I bought a 1 ½" drill bit & drilled holes for the gasoline to go from the stove base cabinet through the 2 next 2 cabinets for the gas line to pass through. this helped me to save some of the cost & time to have the gas line installed. The guy that came from Majestic was through & professional. I did not want to have to fool with lugging heavy propane tanks in & out of our home & driving it in any of our cars. Our Kitchen is on our 2nd floor. Although we have an elevator I did not want any part of moving & transporting a propane gas tank & we will always have plenty of gas when needed.

fixed powder room toilet it no longer runs master bath toilet - replaced flapper with the wrong size told me to go get a smaller one and showed me how to replace it. I came home Thursday and saw water on the floor under the toilet tank. I placed a towel on the floor and didn't use the toilet again. I went to home depot and purchased a flapper and installed it the way he showed me and now the toilet doesn't flush unless I push down the handle twice. I can live with it until I replace the toilet within the next 90 days. Attempted to check water pressure but his gauge broke.

The technician was honest and efficient in doing the work. He didn't mind my naive questions and took time to address those.

DO NOT USE MAJESTIC PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC! I signed up for a $39 special with $100 credit for service. First they had to reschedule after my wife took the day off work to be home for them with NO apology. When they came back, all I needed was installation of a toilet I already bought and was in the bathroom. They quoted $305!! When I called another plumbing company (in Atlanta for years) the price was 1/2 of that. SO... they were obviously over charging to absorb the $100 special credit. A typical BAIT AND SWITCH. Shame on Angies List for representing such a disreputable company. DO NOt USE Majestic Plumbing and electrical!!!!!!!

I suspected that I had a water leak because my ceiling was wet. Provider promised they would be there between 1-4; they did not show up until 7. Technician did not have supplies with him - had to go to Home Depot to buy tarp (and charged me $27 to do so). In the end, he cut open the ceiling (even though I mentioned that water was pooling on second floor), looked around and said there is no water leak - must have been an overflow in the second floor bathroom. While I think that $65 trip charge is fair, $175 leak finding fee was unreasonable as there was no leak and it only took a few minutes to determine that.

We purchased a deal on Angie's List for $39 which got us a service call and $100 towards repairs. Scheduling was easy. We were expecting to have powder room toilet repaired then relocated to the basement and purchase a new toilet for powder room. The plumber arrived on time and gave a quote for work to be done. I wasn't expecting labor costs to be as high as they were and hadn't shopped around because of the deal. Word has it that plumbing costs have skyrocketed in the past few years. I hope that is really the case. Cost to replace flush valve on a 5 year old toilet was going to be almost as much as cost to install a new toilet, so we decided to just replace both toilets instead of repairing/moving one. After the initial cost shock, things went well and about 4 hours later (including run to Home Depot to pick up toilets) we had two brand new toilets. Plumber was courteous and conscientious. We have used Majestic before (December 2010) and will use them again.

This service occurred at a time when many people were having pipes break due to freezing weather. They came on time and did what they said they would do. They came at about 4 in the afternoon and did the entire service from start to finish, ensuring it got done.
