Recommended new hot water heater (70 gal) to provide enough hot water for the spa, and replacing the pressure relief valve, due to high PSI of 75+.

Their charges are outrageous! They honored a $50 coupon from Angie's List however, they charged us for 4 hours on the first visit ($70 per hour) even though they were only there 1 hour. Whatever happened to the free estimate? When they came back to actually do the work they charged us another 3 hours plus the trip charges at $55 each visit. Keep in mind, they were only at our house for ONE hour. When I addressed the overcharges, they said they gave me all the discounts they could. I feel like they should have given us the $280 back since we were suppose to give a free estimate and adjust the time that they were actually at the house. Breakdown of Charges: $92 for Material $280 for First First (1 hour vs the 4 hours they say) NO "Free Estimate" given $210 for the Second Visit $110 for 2 Trip Charge $19.26 for CC Processing Fee ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! Be very wary of the reviews. They do not honor their free estimate, which they never gave us the estimate, and I asked for it at least three times, they will charge you for the time they are not at your house. I have nothing good to say about this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

The plumber was very polite and thorough with his explanation, and he fixed the problem very quickly. I would definitely use them again!

"Original sprayer began leaking. We decided to replace the entire unit. Plumber had to cut corroded unit from sink in order to replace it. Access to the plumbing under the kitchen sink was awful and difficult. Plumber was efficient, and completed the work in a timely manner - professional throughout. Cleaned up when done. We used the Coupon from Angie's List or the cost would have been more. Quite satisfied with the result. Coupon $100 for $200 of service.

Arrived as promised. promptly got to work after explaining what would be done. Explained detail of how the circuit worked and how the problem likely arose. Initially couldn't find the GFI for the circuit so began electrical testing of each outlet then subsequently found the GFCI which we missed. Charged only for the GFCI survey and not for the outlet check work. Gave me some tips and estimate on future repair. Fair, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

Ben was courteous, professional and answered all questions to my satisfaction. In checking the PRV (pressure regulation valve) that was installed only a couple of years ago, he found that it had been set too high, thus potentially accelerating the wear on the water heater and the HET (that was due to be replaced).

He had to come back and he didn't like the fact that he had to redo some things. The handles were loose on both toilets which is not a big deal other than the fact that it shouldn't have happened. There was no plugs on the bolts sticking through the floor so he had to kind of make one up and then the one toilet was leaking and when I pointed that out he said that's right the way it's supposed to be and this came with the toilet. He didn't like the fact that he had to go to the track and get another one and redo the thing. He didn't say anything but I just got the feeling that he didn't want to do it.

Very well. The gentleman was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done quickly. Would definitely use again.

Arrived on time, analyzed the problem, offered estimate, purchased materials in a timely manner and resolved the problems. Not used to plumbing rates and was a bit surprised at the cost. However, the work was done to expectations and the provider explained each of the issues and potential resolutions.

Jerron Vyphuis is very courteous and a great professional who did the inspection for Water Leakage caused by the toilet that damaged the Laundry room's roof. Also, checked the pressure in the basement and recommended to replace the Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) and also damaged the compressed pressure tank as the PSI showed more than 100 instead of 50-60. So, did a great job of replacing the damaged parts & products with a professionalism and a smile. on the fun side, we were talking about the games too :) very nice professional to be known. thanks to Majastic Team who have these very good professionals.

The plumber that I had was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I called majestic plumbing because there was evidence of water damage on my sheet rock ceiling and i wanted to have it inspected to ensure that the leak wasn't getting worse. Thankfully once the inspection was done it was concluded that whatever leak that lead to the water stains on my ceiling was no longer active and that there was no damage done to my joist or sub flooring which was very reassuring. I am vey pleased with the work that was done.

I wasn't there, my husband was. Was not thrilled that the stove had been hooked up against code, but provider completed hookup. No problems; good job.

The service was fine but, the prices were a little bit of a surprise. I had to pay a lot more than the big deal purchase. It was $140 on top of the big deal. The workers were fine.

Dustin was great. He was on time and very professional and explained everything he was doing and why. The pipes were banging very loudly anytime the washing machine was operated. Even faucet use created a noise. Installing the pressure release valve solved the problem. We highly recommend Majestic and Dustin.

Brendan was a very nice guy,.,,.explained things to me and showed me his work. Very pleased with him and Majestic...have referred them numerous times to friends and family.

He came in and fixed the broken part that was causing the leak in the shower but didn't bring the knob all the way back to the hot water. We called the company back and the company quickly sent the same repairman the next day and adjusted the knob to have more hot water come out. It was greatly appreciated considering cold showers are really not the best thing in the world,

The service went ok. Tech came out and did a walk through. I asked him about a possible leak and he stated that it appears to be a tub overflow since the area was dry and it had been raining hard for the past couple days.
