The $39 fee for a small job somehow turned into us having to hand over a check for $129.00! For a faucet tightening. Sorry, but this didn't feel like a deal at all. The workmanship was fine.

Quoted very high price for the service and I was not happy and did not use the service.

For the water heater we've used Majestic several times and they were wonderful. They've done some electrical work for us at one time and then they put in the hot water heater and we're satisfied with them, they're fabulous. Well, I had to call them to come back because they had an apprentice do some work and they didn't do it properly the first time.

Jerron the tech was professional and polite while inspecting all of my plumbling he found some out side fauset leaks which he fixed at no charge. He was even singing to himself the few hours he was working. (tells me he enjoys his work) The only problam I had (that had nothing to do with Majestic work} was after he left ,I put newspapers down to see if there were any water spots on the paper, indactaing a water leak. I found one in the area he was working. I called him and they were out the next day. Turned out there was a cluster of pipes in that area and the one that was leaking was a totaling differtent pipe when he fix and did not charge me. Another problem again not anything to do with Majest was that I orderd al the parts he rplaced my sefl. though Amonzon.com even though he had the parts in the truck. Its just a habit of mine that I like to pick out whatever part I'am buying. So I know the part is from a reptacall compamiyy Well the Delta fauset he replaced to sprayer hose snap of the fauset. I called Delta and they sent me a new sprayer hose attachment which I just snap on myself. All in all from a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10. Also he left my home clean and wore plasitic covering over his shoes. The PRV valued he reeplaced also cut my water bill down by about 25% as when I turn on the water it does not come out like a fire hydren. I recall calling out a Plumber from I better not name, but they sell Kenmore products. to fix my tollit. he left my batroom a mess leveing behind my old tolet parts on a wet floor then billed me about half of what Majestic did. I would highly recommend them. I have a 16 year old water heater that I plan on having them replace when it squrits out its last drop of hot water.

Ben from Majestic Plumbing showed up at 8am on time to do a generic plumbing inspection on the new house. He went over all of the plumbing with a fine tooth comb and showed me that my expansion tank for the water heater had completely failed. Replacement of that was quick and easy, he had all the parts available on his truck. Since I have a tree sitting almost on top of a sewer clean-out he recommended we do a video inspection of the sewer line. This is where things turned interesting. Ben started opening up the sewer clean-out in the basement where we was going to insert the video camera and was met with a high pressure stream of sewage to the face. After giving him a towel to wipe himself with he proceeded to tell me that there is a slow blockage somewhere in my line. To make a long story short, the sewer line right outside the foundation had settled resulting in a broken line. Ben quickly and efficiently dug up the affected area, cut out the broken pipe, replaced it and packed it with sand to prevent it from settling again. After replacing the line he ran the camera through the entire length of the line to make sure that there are no more blockages anywhere in the line. Although its frustrating to have a $75 Angies List special turn into a $1200 bill, I would have been more frustrated had sewage backed up into the house and destroyed our brand new hardwood floors. I feel that I got a really good deal considering the amount of work that was performed, I will definitely be using majestic again when I finish my basement. Thanks Majestic!

Majestic Plumbing was very thorough in checking my complaints about water pipe knocking. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They installed a new expansion tank on my water heater. I think that may have corrected the problem as I haven't noticed the knocking since. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

Went fine, guy did what he said he would do. No problems. Total was $467 before $149 Angie's List deal.

He went thru both bathrooms and tried the hot water in both the sinks and showers. He then checked the hot water heater. He went outside and checked the water pressure coming into the house. He then determined that there was no real problem. Hot water was getting to the shower that was farthest from the hot water heater but it did take a long time to get there. The water heater is 16 years old and will probably have to be replaced soon. He gave us an estimate to replace it plus an estimate of a device that would get the hot water to the distant bath a lot quicker. He was very thorough in his explanations and we felt that he was telling us exactly what we wanted to know. We will definitely consider this company when we need future plumbing problems solved.

I purchased a 50+ year old home 10/2015 and have had a need for a plumber several times during the first six months of owning the home. This was the first time I used Majestic Plumbing & Electric. The service tech, Jerron, was on time, courteous and very professional. He looked at the issue and provided a quote before work was approved. The work was done on the spot and problem was solved. No more rocky toilet! I was pleased enough to add them to my list of contacts and will use them again when a plumber is needed.

The Good: Very professional and the toilet works great now (possibly better than before it broke). He hung around to make sure it worked correctly after the tank refilled with water. In addition to the requested service, he checked the plumbing throughout the house and made sure my water pressure regulator was working correctly, as there had been some issues with other houses in my neighborhood. I really appreciated the extra effort, and the knowledge of neighborhood issues was a definite plus! The Less Than Great: In my experience, home repair workers clean up after themselves and their work about 50% of the time. I don't expect it, but it's very nice when they do. I definitely had to spend time cleaning up after he left. Also, I felt the overall cost (Angie's List deal + additional service/parts) was a bit high per a friend who works in building maintenance, but I would still recommend Majestic.

The estimates were ridiculous (way too much).

Courteous and professional. Mostly happy with work with the exception a few minor details. Water heater working well. Inspection scheduled to determine if it was done properly. No doubt that it was.

This company did a fantastic job. The technician kept me informed throughout the entire process and informed me of a few toilet issues to which he repaired right then.

Absolutely great! When I called they gave me advice on how to check out an electrical repair that I thought I needed. I did and was able to fix the problem (very minor) myself. Without that advice, however, I would have paid for an electrical call that I didn't really neeed, and I appreciate their willingness not to take advantage of my ignorance! The plumber was very communicative and problem solving. He checked out all my list of plumbing concerns and then sat down with me and worked out the best prices from his book. I liked the quality of work done and highly recommend this company.

We've had a lot of things to fix. The last visit they hung a chandelier. They are kind of expensive.

Bob was great. Very professional, courteous, and efficient. I asked him to do more than I originally anticipated and he did it all willingly and told me what everything would cost before he did it. He also gave me tips on routine plumbing maintenance.

Excellent. He stayed 6 hours to make sure it worked perfect. He was here till almost 9 pm and pleasant the whole time. He really went out of his way to make sure everything went just right. He did a fantastic job. He was very reasonable with his rates too. He is worth every penny.

They provided the service for me, but I think they over charged me. They quoted me $397.00, but it ended being $467.00 total. I felt that I was taken advantage of. The part itself was $23.00 at Home Depot, but he charged me $40.00 for the part.

OMG, when I tell you that this was quick service, I mean QUICK!!! I love it. I called to schedule an appointment for Thursday and low and behold the dispatcher called back and asked if I wanted an appointment on the same day I scheduled. I wasn't at home when the serviceman arrived but he waited the five minutes it took me to get there. Chris was kind, friendly and courteous. I loved this. I cannot begin to tell you how this made my day!

They replaced/repaired both issues. Brand new garbage disposal as well as replacing bolt on toilet that repaired toilet seal. Did work fast and complete in 1 visit. Also flushed out hot water heater.

Great. The "deal" was for one flush, but the provider extended the deal price to our second unit. The survey of all plumbing did not result in any additional work or recommendations.

They said that I needed a new water heater, quoted me a price of about fourteen hundred dollars, and when I Googled the price at Lowe's and Home Depot, it was half of that so I told him that I was not interested. They came at the time I expected. I think they came within 48 hours. I told the guy I'm going to compare stuff and once I found out what the price was I told him no. They were trying to get my money and it didn't work. The worker was friendly but he seemed surprised when I did research on the price.

It was awful on labor. Everything that he did, everything he touched, he wanted a $100 bill. I tried to get him to do something, he would look at me and say that it'd be $100. I needed a washer, one sink, two toilet lids for the toilet bowls, and I already had the parts. It cost me $500 before he got out the door. Instead of putting a washer on the leaking faucet, he said that he needed a new one, so my wife had to go to the store, and buy a faucet. I couldn't get him out of the house fast enough. He was expensive and I did get a $100 discount because of Angie's List. I still had to pay $500, it shouldn't have cost that much for what he did. He charged me $50 to clean out the end of a pipe. I ended up running him off half way through. He answered my questions quickly. He came on time, he was here when he said he would be, I thought he did good. He was a talker, he was good, he could have sold me the Brooklyn Bridge if he had wanted too. He was professional and I wouldn't let him back into my house.

Everything is great! They were too expensive!

This was a $49 big deal purchase. It was decent. There was additional cost. I was a little bit disappointed because I was under the impression it was a full flush and not necessarily just draining it out and draining it back in. I was not totally satisfied with it. He did not really do much. The workers who came out were fairly decent for plumbers. They came out about two weeks after I bought the deal.
