It took four hours to install and it cost over $2,000. The technician broke the water spigot on the front of the house and it leaked water for two weeks before we discovered it. I would not have bought the deal if I had known they were going to double the price and damage my property. Do not buy this deal. Go to Home Depot instead. Better yet, for $2,000 get a tankless.

I called them because, they do good work. This time, the first guy that came didn't put the seal on properly. He used the wrong size seal, so I had to have someone come back when it started leaking.

OUTRAGEOUS PRICING AMOUNTS TO $1,500.00 / Hr: Professional staff in office. Polite service technician wore protective gauze shoes for wood floors. Work seemed satisfactory. I agreed to all work and price given beforehand. I was responding to an email they apparently send out to everyone. Other than below, there were no surprises. ISSUES: After reading the fine print on the receipt I found this company REFUSES to itemize for material and labor calling it flat rate work. After giving me a written quote AMOUNT of $225, the technician fixed my faucet in about 6.5 minutes but let's be fair and say it was 8 minutes. The final bill was still $210 for 8 minutes even after he deducted a $25 coupon. The few plastic parts provided were negligible and not even listed. Maybe a washer or something. So, today I essentially agreed to and paid his rate that if itemized would amount to $1,500.00 / hour !! To me, I just wanted it fixed and was willing to pay. But beware to the average customer! ADDITIONALLY: The tech never told me that what I was paying for would take less than 8 minutes (really 6 Minutes because he walked to his truck and back ). Also, this company pre-prints an automatic charge on their receipts to EVERY customer for " misc supplies " of $9.95 I believe because they "just want more money; those gauze booties were re-used and prob cost about $0.60 each ". I feel like the "majestic owner" of this company is sitting back in his chair laughing at people like me. They attempt to defend citing their investment in 'office staff' truck and equipment' but ANY company has these costs. NEVER A CUSTOMER AGAIN. DEFINITELY FEELING GOUGED even if I was a willing participant. . I feel the reasonable value of what I received from them should have been about $129.00 or so for that six minutes.

I just had a repair man at my house --- wait for it... $429.00 for replacing a thermal coupler on my 6 year old water heater--- To put the absurdity of 429 dollars in perspective - I bought it from Home Depot (40gallon GE model) and with install it was TOTAL of 364 dollars. Now, the parts are FREE under warranty- or you can buy a thermal coupler for less than 20- there are hundreds of videos on YouTube to diy replace a thermal coupler and/or the manufacturer provides instructions. Even with overhead costs --- how do you tell customers 429 with a straight face??? Folks--- NEVER open your wallet for any repairs (even auto) without researching and finding out how much things costs--- I contacted dispatch immediately and relayed this to Jessica- I also told her I would share this on Angie's List-

This was a $39 big deal purchase. The good thing that stood out is they did a good job. The bad is that it takes forever to get done. He missed the first appointment he was supposed to come to. Then he eventually came out and had to cancel another one and then had to order parts so it took a long time. He kind of left us hanging and did not even tell us when he was coming. That was a little frustrating. He did a good job overall of rebuilding it and the faucets. That was kind of one issue and then I thought he was a little bit pricey considering all the hassle I had gone through, but I probably would use them again. You have to just stay on top of them. Usually a plumbing service they complete it pretty quickly. I understand in some cases you might have to order parts. The $39 was a credit towards the service. I think I paid an additional $550. They were very professional. I would use them again, but I would negotiate with them and hold them accountable.

Our technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job!

It went okay. I've never done that before so he tried something else. I ended up getting them for toilets. I really liked the person they sent. He was very good.

The gentlemen's name was Bob. He was on time and very professional and friendly. He took his time finding and fixing all of the issues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and use him again in the future.

Took about 6 hours, including a short one hour break to get a specialty part at a nearby Home Depot. The price above included parts and labor. Replaced and installed a broken garbage disposal, installed a pressure regulator for the water coming into the home since we have too much pressure according to his pressure gauge, repaired a toilet that was always running slowly, and unclogged a bathtub drain that our liquid Mr. Plumber would not touch. That's a lot of work for the price of $1,100 considering the typical cost of plumbers

The technician (Allen), identified a broken portion of the cast iron drain line imbedded in the concrete foundation. The major problem that I encountered was the price that he quoted to repair the pipe. I asked him how long it would take to do the repair and I was told that it would take 12 hours. The price he quoted (which I have in writing) was $4,800 to break into roughly a 2-3 foot section of the slab to replace the broken section. That's $400.00/hr to do plumbing work. This is totally outrageous. Especially in light of the fact that I had another Angie's list plumber come over to provide a second quote. The second plumber completed the entire job in 5 hours and charged me $1,700.00. I need to emphasize that the plumber that did the work for a reasonable price was also found on Angie's list. It was not some fly by night handyman. Majestic should be ashamed for trying to charge such an outlandish fee. Needless to say, I would never use Majestic in the future nor recommend their services to anyone. I wasted roughly $500.00 to scope the line (which the other plumber charged $250.00 using the same equipment).

There was nothing unexpected. They were not an A because of price.

Fantastic! Examined pump, determined problem and solved it quickly. Cleaned the entire work area, left it spotless! We will use Majestic again! We will recommend them to all our friends and family! Honest and dependable! Josh, the service technician, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and kind! Fantastic!!

Chris did a great job of explaining the process: what he was going to do and what he found. He had excellent interpersonal skills and gave us a couple of options on our pressure problem.

They were alright. They were fine. There were no additional charges. They were professional. He came on time. He measured it and gave me the estimate that I needed. He was not within my price range, but he did the job. It took him, maybe, 25 minutes. To me, the price was high, but I know plumbing is always high.

I contacted the provider to check out the water heater and the leakage. When Jay came, he said that the T&P valve needs to be replaced. He also said that the main valve needs replacement. The manufacturer of the water heater sent a T&P valve because the water heater was under warranty. Jay came back and he replaced the valves but the leakage did not stop. He said the water heater needs to be replaced. Note that by this time, his and his company charged me closer to $575 for the labor work. After couple of weeks, I contacted the provider and Jessica scheduled Jay to come to our house on Friday April 22nd between 8am and 10am. That morning, Jessica kept calling every two hours saying that Jay is running late and he will be at your house in 45 minutes to one hour. The last time she called was at 1:40pm and she said that Jay will be at my house in one hour. I told her I am gone at 2pm and won't be back before night. They offered to re-schedule but what is the point of scheduling if the company does not know what scheduling means.

We sent email through Angie's List on Sunday and had a plumber out by 1 pm that Monday. They would have come earlier but we had scheduling conflict. Sandy came to do the service and was polite and pleasant to work with. He explained the process before starting and he stopped along the way to share what he found in clogged drain. He gave two options and explained what those were and how much the cost would be before completing the work. The job to unclog drain was the lesser in money and scope of work; there was no pressure to purchase additional services or more expensive fixes to drain. He found a blockage other then hair and then checked the rest of our drains to be sure there was no clogs further along the system. Sandy noticed another issue and asked if we were aware of problem. We discussed it and felt it was not necessary at this time to repair. We have used Majestic before for Hot water tank, pressure regulator valve and over flow valve and were quite pleased with the knowledge and work ethic of the plumbers sent. We will use this company in the future and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

It was not a big deal and I asked him about a recirculating pump to get the hot water going faster and he said he would get back to me. A week went by and I called the office and they said he would call me back and I never heard back. It wasn't a really big priority for me. If they do not call back I do not think that is good service. I have used them in the past but probably would not now. They did fax me a price but it was outrageous, like $1600 but I thought it would be a few hundred. The window was between 8-12 and he showed up a little before 8am.

I didn’t like anything about them. They did two things that we had to get another plummer to look on it. They were not a good experience, I would not recommend them.

The gave us the estimate on Friday, scheduled installment on Monday, finished quickly. We have no complaints. Totally happy with the work. One of the best companies I have every used. This is our second time using them. Really nice people.

Majestic was very easy to work with. The plumber assigned to my job was punctual, courteous and very professional. Unfortunately the cause of the problem ended up being substantial. I did not use them to fix the larger problem simply because I was able to find a company that was substantially less expensive.

The company kept calling saying the plumber would be there, but then continually had to reschedule. the plumber who did the work did a good job.

We had a lot of plumbing work that needed done and Kerry did a great job. He fixed the previous mistakes that a plumber had made for our washing machine and replaced a PRV that was going out. In the process we realized the house shut-off was going out as well and so he replaced that. All the suggestions he made were well-thought out and he was very professional. The main office kept in good contact for scheduling. Good plumbing is always more expensive than you want it to be, but then again it's pretty important! I'd definitely use Majestic again.

It was not so good. The valve replacement was like $350 for a $20 part. It was an inspection with credit toward doing some work. I thought the pricing was ridiculous that I didn't let them do it.
