Majestic Plumbing & Electric

House went under contract and during the inspection they found a small leak coming out of our master bathroom down to the garage ceiling. Had a good experience with Majestic Plumbing 6 or so years ago so called them out again to diagnose and repair. They were right on time and got to work immediately. Diagnosed the leak, repaired it, and tested to ensure it was fixed all in less than 2 hours.

After calling them to confirm arrival, still arrived outside of time frame. Work to be performed was not done. Price quote estimated was over $500 for a approximately an hour's worth of work. That is an indication to me that they do not want to do the job. I would never use this company again. I would not recommend them either.

I found Majestic Plumbing & Electric through Angie’s List and requested a quote. They came out to my home and took the necessary measurements and said that they would be in touch with a quote in a week. 8 days later they email me a quote of roughly $2300. I accept. So far so good. Then everything goes off the rails. I had to reach out to them a few times to get on the schedule. Apparently one of their guys was on vacation, so they needed to wait until he got back to to schedule me. A little annoying but fair enough. 12 days later the guy gets back from vacation and they finally get me in the schedule for the next week. On the very morning that they are scheduled to come do the work I get a phone call from Majestic saying that they the job was now going to cost upwards of $5,000, and nonchalantly asked if I still wanted him to come out?!?! They refused to honor the quote that they drew up themselves! The over 100% price increase was one thing but the callously casual tone of the man on the other end of the line was another. It was as if he was halfway through binging Stranger Things and really didn’t want to come out. As if he was happy to suggest a cancellation, so he could get back to binging or whatever else he was doing that was seemingly more important than the job he was hired to do. They were extremely unprofessional. Needless to say I did not let them do anything at my house. After they wasted nearly a month of my time, I hired another company and couldn’t be happier with the work they did. A bit of advice for Majestic Plumbing and Electric: Next time try doing your research BEFORE giving a quote. If you do give a quote, HONOR IT! If something changes, try letting the client know before the day of. Do better. A bit of advice for anyone else reading this who’s looking to hire a plumber or electrician: keep looking. These guys are extremely unprofessional.

They arrived promptly at 8:00. Our water heater is in a small closet and it is not easy to get into. They quoted 2 hours and were finished on time. Allen was very positive and professional. They cleaned up immaculately. Definitely deserved an A.

They were nice to deal with and worked quickly.

Bob came just hours after I first called, after I'd found Majestic through Angie's List. It took some doing, because it is an old faucet and Bob had to go to Home Depot to get what he needed to fix it, but he did and then made sure it was adjusted just right. He is very pleasant and well spoken, and he gave me the best price he could, though it was still expensive for this senior citizen, which is why the Price rating is just C, whereas I gave an A to every other category. Bob also gave me a quote to replace my old water heater, which I'm afraid I'll have to take advantage of in the next several months. Although spending so much money for this is tough for me, I won't hesitate to ask Bob to replace it. All in all, I was happy with the service I got from Majestic and hope I can continue to say that as I call on them in the future.

We bought all the lights ahead of time. Everything went great - our technician was very straight forward from quote through install. Very friendly as well and efficient. The job went quickly and smoothly and the updated fixtures make a huge difference! We replaced: 2 chandeliers (1 was very tall and required a large ladder to be brought in), 5 hall lights, 1 half-sconce, and 1 ceiling fan.

The technician was very prompt and courteous. The work was performed professionally and quickly at a great price. They even had a coupon for first time customers. We will definitely use majestic again!

Excellent service! I am super pleased. Chris came out and did everything Roto Rooter didn't. He checked and found the issue, all the while being professional and personable. WILL HIRE AGAIN!

It was good. The tech tried to up-sell my mother on some items, but we worked it out and the install went very smoothly.

It went well The plumber knew what he was doing our Tubs backed up and our toilets were backed up . I’m a very happy person and he got right to it.

no one has called me in 5 days with the invoice or any recognition of the work done by Majestic which was actually inspected by the county inspector so i'm sure its on the county books. the office persons seem to be confused a lot....the workers are good however....

Josh showed on time, was very professional and advisory. He added a new circuits breaker, changed couple of outlets, added a electric box and replaced old stove hook with new microwave. He left the place very clean and organized. very happy about his work. This job was done after less than a week from a plumbing job that was done also by Majestic with the technician Micheal at same place. He was also very professional and did a great job.

Electrical was acceptable - please stay away from Plumbing, they work on commission and will rob you for substandard work - be careful!!!! Only hire by the hour if possible, and watch their work.

Inspection/recommendations good, follow-up not so good. Rep from Majestic, Terry, made a number of recommended changes/ upgrades to be done during his inspection on Saturday.. He said I would get a copy of his report with the recommendation and prices the following Monday. After a number of phone calls and emails to obtain a copy of the inspection report so that I could review and schedule work to be done, I have yet to receive the report.I would hesitate to recommend this company because of the lack of follow-up.

I was so glad to have someone who could come out on my schedule and without a premium upcharge for a Saturday. The service tech was excellent and quoted simple service and rebuild price with warranty. He also had parts on hand and was quick, efficient, and spoke in layman easy to understand terms. I will call them back again for other work and I recommend, theyre not cheap, but in the range of previous quotes.

Michael was the utmost professional and you can tell how much Majestic values their customers. From the introduction to the goodbye, Michael was friendly, informative and most of all, made me feel like the most important customer he had that day. I never got the sense he felt rushed to complete this job just so he could move on to another client. Michael should be commended for providing me with honestly the best service I've received from service company in a long, long time.

I thought I had a leak from the bathroom or laundry room above the garage, because there was an increasing water stain on the garage ceiling. After Eric opened up the ceiling in the garage and thoroughly troubleshot every possible water source, he found out the water was coming from a roof leak above the garage. Eric was extremely meticulous, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company and will indeed use them again!

Let me start by saying that Terry, electrician, did an excellent job on my recessed lighting install. If I were simply reviewing Terry’s work, I would provide a 5 star review. When my expectation differed from the reality, Terry offered advice based on professional experience. Further, when challenges arose, Terry consulted me at every step of the way, worked neatly and quickly, and left my home in great condition. But truth in disclosure requires that I share more. It took several attempts in order to get someone from Majestic out to my home. After taking a day off from work to meet with their technician that never showed up, and then a second technician failed to show on the same day. Ashley at the home office tried to make things right by apologizing profusely. Unfortunately as this cost me money, I shouldn’t have had to be the one to bring up a customer discount. The $615 Angie’s List deal that led to my calling Majestic was not honored either. I was advised that it required existing overhead lighting in the same room, and I was told I did not have it. I had a wired overhead chandelier in the same room. If your time, money and energy are valuable, consider my experience as well as the outcome prior to scheduling.

I used Majestic for a water heater replacement project for my new condo on a recommendation from a coworker. From the start, this business was very straightforward with scheduling, and the plumber that came out for the free estimate was friendly, professional, and very forthcoming with details of what it would take to replace my heater. After getting a couple of other quotes from other plumbing operations, I decided to go with Majestic as I felt that they would do the job the best based on how transparent they were during the quote and the fact that they followed up with me to see if I had any questions. The new water heater was installed on time and on budget in-line with the estimate provided, and the plumbing team was very thorough with installing all required copper piping and an expansion tank as well. They also cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated in a new condo. I would use Majestic again for plumbing services as I am very pleased with their thorough job on the water heater.
