I've used Majestic Plumbing on three separate occasions and have always been impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.

Great. Bob Shahidpour, a master plumber, cleaned the grime left behind the old toilet, because he said that I couldn't do it once the new toilet was installed. He drove to Home Depot to get a new shut-off valve. He was polite & explained well. He cleaned a slowly-draining bathroom sink for free, and for the future, told us about a $6 Drain Millipede which can clean clogged hair out of a drain. Also, he gave us a 10% discount because of Angie's List.

It went well. The offer included a water heater flush in which they did not complete, but I was kind of expecting this given the fine print on the offer (although I was hoping they'd still do it). The plumbing inspection was thorough and the tech was professional, informative and communicated effectively. He did find a small leak in which I felt the repair costs were a bit exorbitant, but turns out he couldn't locate the matching part to make the repair. The alternative is to replace the shower faucet which would require tearing up the tile, so I decided to live with the leak until we do a full bathroom renovation.

The technician arrived within the appointment window to try to find the source of a sewer gas smell in our half bath. He was very pleasant and professional and answered all my questions. He recommended pulling up and reseating the toilet in case that was the issue, but couldn't guarantee that was causing the smell. He quoted about $350 to do the work, but didn't have the necessary materials to do the job, which I found a little strange. I would think a plumber would have what is need to do something as routine as reseating a toilet. He said he would go get the materials and come back in about an hour, after lunch. He was gone for two hours, but did call when he was on his way back. Once the job was started, I asked if we should put some plastic down to protect the wood floors. He said no, he would take care of everything. Unfortunately, a moderate amount of water spilled from the bottom of the toilet when he removed it. He did wipe it up, but it still grossed me out a bit. He replaced the wax ring and put the toilet back down, and then proceeded to caulk around the base. Unfortunately, the caulking does not look good at all. It is quite messy and generally looks sloppy. He did very thoroughly wipe up all the water, but the rags used must have been pretty dirty, because the floor is now a mess. All in all, I liked the technician, I just think for the money we paid the finished product should look a lot better.

The plumber arrived at the specified appointment time. He took one look and said it would be cheaper to replace the entire toilet rather than replace the part. He stated that he had seen this problem with quite a few Kohler toilets with this particular style of flushing mechanism. I thanked him and he offered to give me a written proposal to replace the toilet. Later that day I called Kohler and they shipped a replacement part to me free of charge. I called a different plumber recommended by a neighbor and had the part replaced for $95 total. I would never recommend Majestic Plumbing to anyone! I probably saved over $400 by NOT using Majestic Plumbing.

Great, answered phone right away came out for free same day, superior plumbing wanted $39.50 just to quote, installed showerhead and new tube that comes out of the wall for $150, I bought the part at home depot day before, got home and everything works! Same day! Love them.

Matt was great, made some excellent recommendations, repaired toilet and diagnosed how it happened, Will definitely use again.

Phil was great --friendly, professional, knowledgeable, prompt. At one point he needed an extra pair of hands so he called one of his buddies who was out on another job to come by and he was very friendly and prompt as well. I had bought a $75 inspection and water heater flushing deal to which the water line repair costs were added. Unless you have a new (3 years or younger) water heater, that deal probably isn't worth it. He basically just turned on all the faucets and visually inspected the water heater but advised against flushing it because it was too old.

They did a great job. They were very pleasant and courteous to work with. I would definitely use them again.

The service performed by technician Josh B. was excellent! He was courteous and professional! All items advertised by the promo were performed and he even went over and beyond by offering minor installation/repair advice and fine tuning the water heater temp and tightening seals for faucets. He endured me chattering in his ear all day with questions about the plumbing in the house my family had just moved into. Overall, it was a great experience and I would use their services again!

I had them come out to provide a price and they wanted $340 to replace the cartridge, I couldn't believe that this jobs of 15mins of so would cost $340. I received other quotes that were half the price. Needless to say, I told them to leave!

It has been very good. One time there was just a minor thing and they came right back without charge.

The workman arrived to check out the water heater and because of the age of the water heater, we decided not to have the flushing done. Instead he checked out all the drains in the kitchen and bathrooms. He was very professional and cleaned up after his testing. I am keeping his card for future plumbing needs.

Jarron was the technician that came to our home. He was on time and very professional in appearance and manner. He identified the cause of the leaking under our two toilets. The plumber that installed the toilets used cheap adjustable flange materials and did not property seat the toilets. Jarron cut out the old flange and installed a new, higher quality flange, properly aligning the flange to the level of the floor, strapped in the pipe, and seat the toilets. The work was performed a couple weeks ago and there has not been any leaking since. Jarron also successfully replace the old work outdoor spigot and two interior water valves in our basement.

Got immediate attention from Majestic to my Angie's List message (three business days later and still waiting for several other plumbers I messaged to reply). Josh can out the next morning - gave an estimate and did the work same day. He did an excellent job and was very resourceful in making my repairs. New sink trap placement and new ice maker line were a bit tricky but he handled all professionally. I will use again and can recommend to others.

It went very well. The Majestic plumber arrived on time and ready to work. He immediately informed me that my gas line was no longer up to code and provided an estimate for the additional work. After I got over the shock of this unexpected discovery, the plumber was efficient, friendly, and professional in his work. He took great care to ensure that all the new piping was installed correctly and even installed my washing machine for me as well. He made quick work of the hose bib and shower head arm.

Excellent overall. I got a call multiple times throughout the day to let me know about the arrival time. Fink was right within the updated window. He did a quick and efficient diagnosis of the issue and offered a couple of options to resolve the problem. He was also up front about what the price of each option entailed and time he would need to implement either solution. Fink completed the job quickly, checked all the faucets in my home to make sure all were working properly, and checked the water heater to make sure the appropriate valves were working as expected. He also provided some advice on how to diagnose similar issues in the future, which I appreciated. Overall, I would work with Majestic Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

I called Majestic Plumbing and Electric because they did very good service before on my kitchen sink. This time my water heater was old and defective and I had an old leaky toilet upstairs and a clogged toilet downstairs. My call was answered immediately and I got a service call the very next day! Chris the Service Technician was on time, Very Professional, knowledgeable and personable.

The Plumber that came to my house was on time, very knowledgeable of all the plumbing needs & repairs that is needed in my house. He took his time & thoroughly checked everything inside & outside. He was very professional & courteous of the surroundings, he had just come from another job & he changed clothes that represented his company logo & coverings over his shoes. He introduced himself with his ID & clipboard to show my work order. I felt safe that he was who he said he were.
