Description of Work: Excellent job. Only negative was plumber was supposed to arrive at 830-930. I received a call saying he had been on emergency call at 930. Arrived at 1230, just as I was about to call and reschedule. Luckily, I'm retired and didn't have anything planned. He finished at 530pm. Did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Outside water facet dripping, inside main turned off for that facet,but was not turning off water to outside. He fixed outside and we thought the inside would have to be replaced so i ok'd the work, but when Joseph got into the wall he said it was just some junk stopping it from turning off completely, so because of his honesty it saved me half the original cost. They will be my plummers from now on.

Description of Work: Our regulator was about to burst..psi was 140 and should be 60....these pipes could burst at anytime. Cain was the service rep. that answered my phone call the night before and also arrived at our home the next morning about 9am. He was so polite and very knowledgeable about his job. He went quickly to work and fixed our pipes/regulator...he even cleaned up afterwards. GOD is so good..,,I was lead to call Majestic ..I am very thankful. I will use this company again. Description of Work: This was my second contact with this company. On this request they offered to come out and give me an estimate because the tenant was complaining about something they had corrected the previous month. Upon inspective they discovered a hose was not elevated enough between the sink and the dishwasher. They corrected this without charging for this service. They assumed it was overlooked by the previous technician. Unheard of in Atlanta!! Great professionalism! I am using them to service my rental and I would certainly use them for my home.

Description of Work: James arrived on time as arranged. He replaced a hose bibb in front of the house. After James tested for leakson the replacement part, he went through out the whole house checking anything that passed water through it.If I have any water issues in the future I will be happy to call Majestic.

Description of Work: Cain did an excellent job servicing our home. Very informative and even gave us some helpful hints. Customer service was definitely there. Angie in the office even made sure that things ran smoothly for us. I would definitely recommend using Majestic!!!

Description of Work: We had a leak on the main water line going into the house at the foundation. I called Majestic plumbing and they sent their representative James Brewer out to repair the leak. He called 30 minutes before arriving and did an exceptional job repairing the leak. He was very professional and answered all questions. He did an excellent job on the repair and called the next day to follow up. I could not have been more satisfied with Majestic Plumbing and Mr James Brewer as their technician.

Description of Work: Mr. James Brewer fixed all of our sinks as specified by the inspector in order to bring our building up to code so we were able to passour inspection and continue the progress of getting our license and opening up our business. We thank Majestic Plumbing & Electric for their quick response and execellent service.

Description of Work: I telephoned Majestic around 2:00 pm and described that I wanted an old kitchen sink and it's disposal uninstalled and a new sink and disposal installed (both of which I had purchased and had on hand). I was informed of and accepted the price. I left my name and telephone number and was told to wait for a call back. Thirty to forty five minutes later I received a call from Majestic and was told they could have a plumber at my house at 3:00 pm. After picking myself up off the floor (grin) I said that would be fine with me. The plumber (Joseph Hartline) and an assistant arrived exactly at 3:00 pm. They were very professional and courteous. They got right to work. During the installation they needed a part of some kind and went to Home Depot and got it. Everything was completed by around 6pm and for the quoted price. I've just realized that I had not written this evaluation, because I need to call Majestic for a different plumbing problem. (Wouldn't do to call Majestic back without having evaluated the first call, here on Angie's). BTW, if the call had not gone as expected, you'd have known about it very quickly. I give Praise when it's do (as with Majestic) and h***, also when it's due. Hope this helps. Bill Suit

Description of Work: Disposal was leaking. Charles arrived on schedule, found the disposal was shot. Her went to Home Depot and purchased the right new disposal and installed. We had purchased an Angie's coupon that gave us a $50 discount. Charles also cleaned out our shower drain - gratis. If he is typical of Majestic's folks, they are first rate!

Description of Work: Joseph was great. My hot water tank was an odd size and there was only 1 in georgia. He located it and was going to get it and discovered it cost $300 more than he estimated. He called me and told me he could get a normal size heater for the original quote and he would reconfigure the space so it would fit. That way in the future I am not paying extra and having to look all over Georgia to find an odd size tank. They left my house clean and undamaged. They were very nice and personal. Jim Price

Description of Work: Very proffesional. Daniel and Jake came out for estimate of a new water line due to old poly propelyne pipe failure. And after getting two other quotes, I decided on Majestic. Both Dainel and Jake are the plumbers who did the actual work. It took a full day and was done to my expectations. I would use Majestic again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Joseph came out to service a stopped toilet. Although I figured this was something I should have done, I could not fix it. He took the time to explain what I could have done and how to prevent it on the future, as I have an old house with old pipes. Great job.

Description of Work: Although the plumber was courteous and polite, that's not as important to me as punctuality, price, and quality of work performed. I purchased the $69 plumbing inspection because the home I purchased was a foreclosure and the plumbing was idle for several months. I called and arranged for an appt between 11-1pm. They were nice enough to call around one pm to advise me that the plumber was due to arrive in about fourty minutes. So my wait time for him was about three hours waiting for the plumber to arrive. Which he did around 2pm and neither he or the dispatcher offered up any apology for the long wait time at all. Now I did call them and ask them in advance, if that friday, which was Good Friday okay for their scheduling and they advised me that it was. Now I know that things happen, but to not forewarn me or even apologize for my inconvience is very unprofessional and reveals their "I don't care about your time because I am the important one here attitude." Really! The second issue I have with them is there very high pricing for services. When I called the company to ask for an estimate to install a garbage disposal they would not divulge their pricing. So when the tech finally arrives he tells me the job will cost $316 dollars to install a disposal. I considered that exorbitant but I could use the coupon price to reduce the cost of the install. Whoopee, saved 69 dollars off the so called "book price" of the company. If that was the company "book price" why couldn't they tell me that when I first phoned? Getting back to the initial reason for the visit, the plumbing inspection and water heater flush. I was not informed either way, about the condition of my plumbing. So much for that and I suppose the flush, flushed okay. Thanks but no thanks. In the future I will take my business elsewhere.

Description of Work: Had an issue with a master bathroom sink I was trying to rehab. Easy solution was found and confirmed my original thinking. Was able to use a first time customer coupon. Great overall experience. Plan on having them provide an electrical quote on the same rental property.
