Description of Work: Majestic plumbers (i have had 2 visits from them) arrive on time and are neatly attired and professional ! The 5 Point Check-Up was performed to my satisfaction. And i was so pleased with Majestic that i called them when my kitchen sink developed a leak. From now on, this will be the plumber i will call!!

Description of Work: After an initial problem getting a callback on a weekend emergency call, we were very happy with Majestic's work. The plumber they sent was thorough an professional. He discovered the leak was coming from an improperly installed Master toilet, and checked to make sure there weren't any other issues. He even took the time to make suggestions about other minor repairs I could do to prevent future issues in other parts of the bathroom, and took the time to clean up the drywall he had to remove to find the problem. Very happy with the work.

Description of Work: The plumbing company came out for a sub-pump issue in my mechanical room on a Friday. They literally shook the pipes and said that should do it. They didn't charge me, I was impressed. Then by Saturday night, my mechanical room and two other rooms were flooded. They came back out on Sunday. Literally removed a toilet put on a new wax ring and then put the toilet back. The plumber said well, that wasn't the problem. They then charged me $400 and said call us next time it leaks and we will see if we can figure it out. Total rip off. I think they caused the problem and they wouldn't or couldn't fix it . . .

Description of Work: I had several leaks which Dimitri repaired by replacing several gaskets. The kitchen sink took a very long time but he did thorough testing and I've not seen any leaks since. He also replaced the gasket on my outdoor spicket and put on a sleeve on one of the sinks in my master bath. Overall, I was pleased with the service for the repairs made.

Description of Work: My master bath toilet was clogged on December 22, the Saturday just before Christmas. I called a couple of companies and both made it clear that they would not help me on that day. The lady at Majestic said they were very busy but that she would check and call me back, which she did. Within a couple of hours James showed up to help me out. I was pleased to find that he was very experienced and that he was familiar with the Toto toilet. He told me how much it would be for him to snake the pipe. Even though the snake and plungers didn't work, I was heartened when he told me he had been awarded the golden plunger as the most succedssful drain unclogger. He was not to be deterred. He gave me how much it would cost for the next steps he would take and I told him to go ahead. By this time he had my confidence. After four and a half hours and two machines, he got the job done and cleaned up. Old cast iron pipes and new low flow toilet were the culprits so he gave me advice on how to keep it from happening again. I was very grateful and will definitely call him in the furture.

Description of Work: I did not end up using Majestic Plumbing , as the Plumber who visited us was generous with his knowledge, and let us know what we needed to buy to fix the problem ourselves. We had an old faucet in the shower, which ended up being replaced, along with the spout. My husband was able to the work, but we were very grateful for the information we received from the gentleman who gave us a cost estimate.

Description of Work: I needed to have plumbing channged to switch from a tub to a shower. Majestic was on time for the meeting. He assessed the sitution. Gave me a fair price and completed the work according to our agreement. He also looked at another plumbing issue and told me that I was better off replacing the unit than repairing it. When I ran the numbers myself he was absolutely right. I appreciate the job and the integrity during the visit.

Description of Work: There were 4 little plumbing challenges in my home that had become intolerable. A toilet needed its insides replaced, a kitchen faucet squeaked and needed lubrication, a bathrub faucet did not turn on and off correctly and a valve that controlled the outdoor faucets was damaged.. Joseph knew exactly what to do and explained each of my problems and the appropriate fix. He was precisely on time, worked efficiently, shared a great deal of information and, all and all, was a very pleasant person to have in my home;

Description of Work: I had a leak from my water heater, they gave me a price for replaced emergency shut-off valve, I decided not to replace it.

Description of Work: Very nice reception and response over phone. Sent a tech exactly when they said and he arrived on time. He stated that I needed a new thermal unit on water heater. I schedule a time for him to come back. He asked me to sign a sheet saying he had been there. My husband decided that just resetting the unit was good for now and asked me to cancel the appt for installing new unit. When I called, again, the lady with whom I spoke was kind and receptive. She told me that I had already paid for the service, so I shouldn't cancel. I was quite puzzled. After a discussion, they told me that he had submitted paperwork to them stating I had pre-paid. They stated that he was no longer with the company. I told them that I had NOT paid in advance and they seemed to "get" what he had done. I imagine he was going to state it was paid on the bill/paperwork he submitted, then get me to pay him so he could rip the company off. Am sure they knew, because they told me a few times that they had parted ways with this tech. Still, they were so responsive, I will absolutely call them again, it was not their fault. Description of Work: Although they did a good job, we continue to have problems with the sink. There just does not seem to be a good fix or they have not recommended one.

Description of Work: We had a severely clogged exterior drain. Tree roots were the problem. The plumber from Majestic ran a camera into the drain so we could see what the problem was, then ran a machine into it to chop up the roots. This part of the service was on special with Angie's List for $99. He also installed an outside drain cleaning port since ours was in the basement and would have been very messy to service. That was $279. We received an estimate to replace the exterior drain which was over $3,000 due to the length and depth of the present drain (over 8 feet deep in some places). We opted not to do this. Since this service and the use of some root dissolving liquid, the indoor plumbing has worked very well. This is the second time I've used Majestic's services and will certainly call on them again.

Description of Work: They drained the waterheater and inspected it. They said all was in good order and it looked like it was in great shape since there was no rust of significant sediment in the bottom when they drained it.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon , which came in really handy because it was the time when my disposal was broken. Because of the deal they were pretty busy, so they scheduled me a week later, but the day and the time they scheduled, they showed up on time, they fixed the disposal and did some drain cleaning on extra without charging. Very professional, honest and communicative. Other than the service had to be scheduled for a week later everything was great.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for plumbing service. They did some plumbing work in my rental property. They repaired a loose faucet in the kitchen and repaired a leak under the sink.
