Description of Work: We had a shower leak in the master bathroom that had leaked into the ceiling in the living room below. The plumber very effectively identified the leak as being a tear in the shower pan. This cost $200 and if we had stopped there we would have been very happy. However the plumber said he could tear out the tile and replace the pan and then we could hire someone else to retile. That would cost an additional $800. We agreed. When that part was done and we had a professional tile layer come, he stated that he could not tile over the pan which was wrinkled and that some tile that was saved would have to be replaced since it was chipped. He stated the plumbers should not deal with tile and he redid the pan laying. Majestic did refund $250 when I complained to their credit.
