I am not sure why we received an "F" rating from this client. She purchased a Home Inspection deal from the Angie's List Storefront. We arrived at her home in the early part of her scheduled time frame. We performed a full home inspection as described on the deal. We found that the homeowner had over 90 lbs of pressure in the house. We also found that the water heater was leaking as well. We gave a quote to replace the PRV and water heater. The heater also needed numerous code upgrades including thermal expansion tank and gas line with shut off valve. We included a permit as required by GA law. As of this response, she has yet to return our phone calls.

Description of Work: The initial assessment turned out to be inaccurate and the leak became a huge problem. I called them back and ended up spending nearly $1,000 to fix everything. Initially told me that there was a leak in the sprinkler system and turned it off. The leak continued and grew more serious. They could not find the main valve, and had to dig up my yard to finally find it. They found a second valve that apparently was so old it needed to be replaced, so they did this. A job I thought would be about $100 turned out to be easily 10X that. In the end, I don't even know if my discount was used. They eventually fixed everything.
