Description of Work: Loud vibration coming from our pressure regulator valve (PRV). Told them I thought it needed to be replaced, and it turned out that was exactly the case. The technician gave me the cost up front, once he confirmed the issue, and did give a 10% discount for being an Angie's List customer. Later, however, he did figure out that he had quoted me the wrong price but let the original price stand since it was quoted. He was there for several hours, and let me inspect his work before he left. Later that night, we noticed that one of the new joints on the street side of the regulator had a fast drip leak. This was around 11pm, so I called their dispatch line and explained. They were very courteous and called back within 10 minutes to let me know that the technician had been re-dispatched and would be there in about 1-1.5 hours. The tech was apologetic and quickly started working on the fix. He completed the fix and it hasn't leaked since then.

Description of Work: We purchased a Big Deal from this company in Nov of 2013 for: $85 for $155 of Professional Plumbing Services. That turned out just fine.

Description of Work: Complete plumbing inspection of entire house which took approximately 2 hours. Randall took his time and answered my many questions. After having many "bad plumbers" in the past, he was wonderful.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet and waited until I went to purchase it and promptly installed. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Unfortunately I do not remember the date of service.

Description of Work: I purchased the $75 home plumbing inspection plus Water heater drain. The tech drained the hot water heater and found a few things - slow drains and toilet & tubs running. We agreed to fix the toilet flappers and tub faucets which were dripping water. Everything seemed fine and in working order. Later that day one of the toilets completely stopped filling with water. We called and got immediate assistance and the toilet was fixed the next day. Two weeks later another toilet began running continuously again. We called and the tech came out but the toilet is still running. I am calling the company again this week. Each time I have spoken to someone they are always courteous. I would be willing to use this company again because so far they have stepped up and corrected all the issues.

Description of Work: Our credit card was charged twice for the work and when we called to inform the company, they indicated they could not simply refund the card and we would need to wait for a mailed check refund. This refund did not come within 30 days and therefore had to be paid on the CC to avoid interest charges. The plumber dispatched was professional, punctual, and performed a decent job. However, the price was far overpriced (unfortunately due to timing we did not have adequate time to price out multiple providers until after the work was completed). All in all, the plumber did an adequate job repairing our issue.

Description of Work: Full inspection and quoted my concern areas. Price a little higher than expected for simple tasks (wanted $100 to unclog a bathtub that drano ended up taking care of)

Description of Work: They replaced a PRV valve and snaked my shower drain. Everything went as planned. This is my 4th time using this company and I have had a good experience each time.

Description of Work: We found a leak behind the drywall, but didn't know the source. Phil carefully removed drywall and trim pieces until the leak was located. (nail in pipe). He replaced the pipe, which was ultimately in a difficult position in the ceiling. The job was completed in a timely manner with as little damage as possible. I would hire Majestic Plumbing again.

Description of Work: They replaced my "frozen" garbage disposal with a new one that they provided. The plumber, Bill, was very pleasant and tried for quit a while to make the blades move but even blunt force did not work. The disposal was rusted. He was very efficient in removing it and putting in a new one. He also gave me some advise to keep the new one running. I was impressed with how careful he was to keep my home clean during his work. I have used Majestic before and will again.

Description of Work: They fixed the garbage disposal. The garbage disposal has been giving me problems again for the last six months. Scheduling was not a problem with them.
