great! Turned out to more expensive than I thought, but the tech who came was so great and personable, I felt I got the best service.

They replaced a faucet. They did a good job. They were trustworthy. The customer service rep, Lisa was very kind and attentive. They are a great company. I plan to use them again.

Omar provided a thorough estimate and demonstrated expertise that prompted us to select Majestic to replace our water heater and provide some additional plumbing services (e.g. walk-in shower fixture removal, main water shut off repair). He was a punctual, professional, personable, and highly competent. He kept us informed throughout the process and provided guidance on how to properly care for our new water heater in efforts to maximize the life of the tank. Omar was an absolute pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him.

I called to have a light switch replaced with a new one that controls a fan. I was told that a technician needed to come and see the light switch for $49. This seemed reasonable as they would apply this fee to the job total if you decided on the same day. I then asked the next logical question for a range of cost for similar jobs; just to be sure that they would not charge $200-$300 or something for a simple switch installation. At this point, the kind phone scheduler had no help or information. I could not recommend them for a small residential job.

I called on Sunday afternoon and the pump was installed the next day. Great customer service. After reading reviews around the internet I expected to pay between $1050.00 and $2500.00. I ended up paying $1450.00. It would have been $400 less but our holding tank isn't buried creating extra work for the plumber.

That was a mistake. They charged too much. They charged me $150 for five minutes work. There was no best part; the worst part was the price. What they could do better in the future is reduce their price.They responded all right.

Majestic worked quickly. This was a moderate-sized job that required the plumbers to trench under our driveway to lay a new mainline between the water meter and our house. The burst old pipe was causing water to leak into our house, and Majestic was able to complete the job within 24 hours after we agreed to their estimate. Very quick and professional, we would hire them again.

The plumber did a very through job of replacing the toilet with a new one. He spent like ten minutes just getting the seat positioned just right. This level of attention to detail let me know that he did a great job that will last a good long time.

Perfect. They accidentally billed me twice, but were prompt and professional about getting it corrected.

This turned out ok and well. They did the job and I haven’t had any complaints from the tenants.

Chris F. was the plumber. He was very personable and professional. Chris first went over what the job would cost and what he would need to change to complete the work the way I wanted it.. It was apparent that Chris knew exactly what to do. He completed the work and cleaned up after himself. Both my husband and I were very pleased with the work and still are. He's the best plumber we have had since moving to our current home.

I can't remember the technician's name, but he was very helpful in dealing with our tenants complaints regarding water regulation issues. It started out just being the pressure regulator, which he was very patient and easy to deal with about, and turned out to also have a major issue with the water heater. We had had another company out, and they didn't even take the courtesy to at least check on that issue. My tenants are very happy and I would use them again.

Great very professional guys, and knowledgeable. My job was pretty tough because my plumbing line goes out the back of my house and straight down under a retaining wall. These guys were able to come up with a solution that cost me $2,000 instead of $20,000. Omar and Matt were great and there was another guy but I forgot his name, also great!

they said it was all fine with the circuit breakers. it was up to code and don't use vacuums there. bathroom light trim had to be replaced as it broke when he removed it. (he said it was the wrong light bulb in there too hot and made it melt). not happy that he upped the price fifty five dollars after he gave estimate and we okayed it the price to go buy a new trim for the light holder. after he left...we called about it and nothing could be done. I guess it wiped out the angies coupon. why bother with the coupon. I guess times are tough

Excellent, our plumber identified several items that were not functioning or missing. We recently purchased the home. Our inspector said that there were alternatives installed, however these proved to not function. We believe we would have had extreme losses had these issues not been identified and corrected. The gentleman who performed the work was pleasant, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. When the scope of the work changed during the visit, he made sure we understood the costs involved. We will depend upon Majestic for any future needs.

Quoted $350 to replace a garbage disposal that I provided the new unit. They were needed to do the labor only. Lowes quoted $99 to install it when I bought it. Another firm quoted $110 .... Majestic was 3x the price. Will not have them do the work or call them again.

The quote that was provided was prompt and transparent (included many things that another company did not mention what was needed) and included all aspects of removing the old water heaters and installing the new ones. In addition, after inquiring of more expensive options (tankless or consolidating to one), the service person (Allan i believe) was honest that these were not good options for our needs and didn't try to upsell. this was very appreciated.

It never feels good to be ripped off. After booking the time slot, describing what needed to be done and taking time off work, I arrive home to hear from the electrician "we typically don't do vent hoods. I wasn't told abut this". He did not have a second tech/helper with him so, I volunteered to jump in and help with the lifting and installation if it meant me getting the job done and not having wasted hours off work. When all was said and done, the price was $310.00 (after a 10% Angie's List discount), a considerably hefty price for the job. Only later did I discover that it was literally 2.6 times more costly than if I had just let the Geek Squad deliver and install it. Needless to say, I will never be using Majestic Plumbing again nor, will I be recommending them. Heck, I am considering sending them an invoice for my half of the labor.

I am so thankful to Phil Grott, and all the team of plumbers and electricians that came to help us with our quick one-day "small" project that turned into 4 days of complication after complication. Master plumber Phil was so patient, responsive and made himself available both by phone and in person to assist my family with obtaining hot water in the middle of a tankless water heater installation that coincided with a gas conversion on our property from propane to natural gas. Having to coordinate gas line installation crews, plumbers, roofers, electricians and inspectors to oversee those installations along the way proved to be quite a challenge for all of us, and Phil managed all the chaos like the professional that he is and helped to coordinate all the services we needed promptly to keep our project moving forward. I cannot thank Phil, Bob, Jimmy and "Tiny" enough for all of their assistance in bringing the hot water back to our chilly household!

It was okay, no problems at all. I didn't have good rapport with them. The gentleman who came did the job but he charged me $498. ANgie's List said it was $39 for service call and labor. He released the area and when he finished the job he charged $498. I was shocked, I couldn't believe it. I said, no, so he said, how much I have? I gave him $150 and it wasn't worth $150 because I went to Home Depot and they told me what I should have done. Maybe he saw me as just one woman there and he was trying to rip me off, that's how I looked at it. I was shocked to know he did that.

I spent $375 and I would not call that a good price..

Of the 7 companies I called, this company was most responsive. They got out to my house so quickly, within an hour of my call to them. The plumber who came out was knowledgeable, professional and very nice. He resolved my problem quickly. However, $440 for 30 minutes of work seems most unreasonable. (I used Angie's coupon of 10% off to lower the price to $390) Because I had a leak, I didn't feel that I had the luxury to shop around. My landscaper had already identified the leak, turned off my water, and dug the space to expose the pipe. I understand that these plumbers do the job based on what service was performed, not time or effort involved, however, in this instance, my plumber did not have to look for the leak, nor did he even have to dig the ground to expose it. The job was well done but at an exorbitant price, especially considering the time spent.

Went well! Chris F arrived on time and was fast and efficient. Faucet works and looks great. I also felt he was straight forward and honest with me regarding the price of his work.
