Description of Work: I had purchased the Angies List service special for $75 and was not told that it would require an additional charge to do the plumbing inspection required for a rental property in DeKalb County. I had clearly stated what my service request was for on the Angies List order form. They did agree to sign the plumbing inspection without an additional charge. But they did nothing more than look at the bathroom faucets, toilet and kitchen faucet and the hot water tank. They didn't do the other service listed which was to flush the hot water tank. I was probably talking longer with the office than the plumber spent looking at the subject plumbing at the property.

Description of Work: After our pipes froze and burst, we contacted several plumbing companies to come fix the problem. Majestic plumbing was the most responsive of all of the companies we talked to and came out on the weekend to fix the problem. The employee who fixed the pipe was courteous, professional and friendly. I would definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: My water heater burst in the middle of the night early one Sunday morning. They came out one Sunday early afternoon to fix. The leak was stopped and the heater had to be replaced. It took several days because of other unforeseen complications. The workmen were prompt, courteous and kind.
