Description of Work: I'm disappointed in the company. I used the service as part of a promotional offer to inspect the plumbing system at my rental property. I specifically told the company of a problem with the kitchen sink. There was also an issue with the one of the toilets. I figured any issues would be found during inspection. | |My tenant called me after the appointment and told me I should expect a call from the company with the price to fix the kitchen sink. I never heard from the actual company. Not only did the company never contact me inform me of the price to fix the sink, but they also never inspected and gave a price for the toilet. This lets me know plumbing system was never inspected. The guy simply went straight to the kitchen since that's the problem he was informed of. | |I contacted the company and was emailed on Nov 13, 2014, with an apology. I was also told someone would contact me but that never happened either. Simply pathetic!

Description of Work: I requested the $75 service for whole-house inspection, water heater flush, and coupon price deduction from additional services. While there they removed/replaced house pressure regulator and removed/replaced garbage disposal. They did not flush water heater based on its age. I've since requested an itemized invoice, as it's needed for my insurance claim (but have still not received it). Also want to verify the seemingly high cost for garbage disposal line items and ensure $75 voucher credit was applied. Will be inclined to improve the F's on Responsiveness and Professionalism once I get an invoice. Will be inclined to improve the price score a little once I can see what they charged-for on the invoice. Same goes for Overall score.

Description of Work: I ordered this service for my rental property. According to the tenant, the technician came out and walked around with a bucket, and left after advising that there was a leak and he was unable to perform the repair. He left no paperwork and I have not heard from the technician. I would like a full refund as the technician did not notify me of the problem, nor did he perform any repairs, and also, it does not appear that he performed a water heater flush as outlined in the voucher details.

Description of Work: Excellent service and the service tech (Todd) was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed of everything that need to be done.Finished the job in a timely manner cleaned up the site. I would highly recommend.
