Description of Work: Stopped dripping facuet in bedroom tub/shower. Water tank was not flushed as advertised. Plumber suggested against flushing/draining new hot water tank because it had a plastic Mfg's drain valve that he was not sure would completely shut off after draining tank. Plumber went to Home Depot to get part (that I could have purchased my self) and installed it at a very high labor rate. Even with coupon discount, I was not convinced that the 5 minutes to change part to stop dripping tub faucet & home inspection was worth paying $200+ dollars. In retrospect, I could have gone on |U-Tube and probably made the repair myself. |CLM

Description of Work: I had purchased new dishwasher and was told by Lowe's installer that Bosch would not honor warranty of dishwasher if I did not have my attachment upgraded, and the installer was not licensed to do this update. |My original connection went to a pipe in the basement. That connection needed to be capped off and a new connection attaching to dishwasher created. The provider was very professional, explained what needed to be done and did it promptly and efficiently. I thought the cost was high since this was my third dishwasher and there had not been a problem with installing previous dishwashers. I would recommend Majestic Plumbing and will use them again if needed. My new dishwasher works perfectly.

Description of Work: Replaced a broken water line in front yard. He was supposed to be at my house between 12 and 3:00. He got there around 2:45. I thought the service was a little high. I asked about replacing a cartridge in my bathroom sink faucet. He said that would be another $200 and something, but he recommended replacing the entire faucet. I was actually able to make the repair myself.
