Description of Work: we had a leaky pipe that turned out to be a failing pressure regulator coming into the house. Majestic came on Saturday and was very professional, polite, and competent. However I do question the $400+ charge for the labor and parts, even some soldering was required. When I looked up estimates online, parts and labor were showing a little over $200. We had no choice but to go ahead and have them fix this, as it was very leaky and on a Saturday, but we'll probably go with a different Angie's list plumber next time due to the cost.

Description of Work: Whole house pumbling inspection. Original service man had an emergency. The company was very good about letting me know there was a delay. Would have appreciated a read out of what would be inspected. Sandy was very clear about what he found and showed me. Very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: the problem we had was..water leakage from laundry to garage area..i explained the technician about the problem...he had a chat on phone for 5 mts..then came back with a quotation..as i was not aware of anything about the plumbing..so i accepted for the quotation as to get the problem fixed..he bought some rotor machinery after using that..he said there is no problem..just showing the little hair has come out from the pipe line..and gave 1year warranty..if anything happens..they will come and fix it.when my brothers came at home ..i explained the whole situation..they were little upset about the quotation and the amount i have spent..after few days same problem started..i called my brother and he gave me other plumbing technician number..they explained and rectified the problem..it is not due to pipe line.they have spend about an hour and charged only $70. since then we have no problem.

Description of Work: They inspected the plumbing at a house we had just purchased. The hot water heater dates from 1991. We were not ready to replace it at this time. The plumber flushed the existing hot water heater but strongly recommended we replace it. After purchasing our first home, it's not in the cards to replace it right now. After flushing the tank the drain valve wouldn't stop leaking so it had to be replaced. Our service call suddenly became really expensive to install a $15 part. The plumber was upfront about his opinion of what we needed to replace, which we appreciated, but it was a bit heavy on the side of making recommendations of things that needed to be replaced. They did what they said they would do and were very prompt.

Description of Work: Serviceman Eric was given th4e wrong plumbing part by parts company and once installed caused water to pour out of the recessed lights in the kitchen. I was not happy. However, Majestic made it all right, paying to have ceiling sealed and painted. Overall, very satisfied.

Description of Work: I wasn't home but my wife said it was a pleasant experience. They inspected everything and found the root of our problem. It cost more than we wanted to pay but that's probably the issue of the high cost of plumbing jobs in general, not of this particular plumber. They then followed up and we'll definitely use them in the future.
