Description of Work: the plumber came to check out the toilet in question and determined that there was no blockage. so he did not charge me. He was very professional and knowledgable about the matter.

Description of Work: Repaired water line underneath slab. Had to jackhammer through concrete floor, locate leak (due to American Leak Detection not finding the correct spot), repair leak in pipe, and repair concrete. Did an excellent job on time at the estimated price. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Took care of a sprinkler leak in the front yard. I believe the technician's name was Eric. Our second time to use Majestic (and Eric came the first time, as well). Excellent service-polite, professional, and proficient.

Description of Work: They replace my garbage disposal (which required a new p-trap). Snaked the laundry drain (p-trap within wall clogged). Service overall was very professional, if a little more expensive than expected.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet with one I purchased and replaced drains in kitchen sinks, which had corroded in last few years. | |When Angie told me someone could come out the same day I was really excited. The kitchen faucet was leaking so severely, we had stopped using it weeks ago while waiting for the ordered faucet to arrive. He arrived earlier than expected and quickly assessed the situation and gave us our quote. It all went extremely well, and we are very pleased with Majestic. This was our first experience with them and we will definitely call upon them again, though I hope not too soon!

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for 100 towards a plumbing job. When plumber came out he estimated that the work would cost at least 150 dollars extra. I decided to reject the offer/estimate.

Description of Work: Remove an old toilet, install a new toilet, install a new water shut-off valve and a new flange extender under the toilet. Details: We liked Sandy, who was polite, honest, and explained well. When he removed the old toilet, he discovered that the old flange (a connector that the toilet sits on) was broken. He saved us $175 by just installing a flange extender, which worked just as well as installing a complete new flange. And he gave us a 5-year warranty on his labor.

Description of Work: Part of the deal was just their cost for coming out $100 I think. Then they tried to sell me a 20ft piece of insulated pipe for $600! Not that dumb.
