Description of Work: Before he would stop a dripping faucet I had to agree to a $179 diagnostic fee. This was not the agreement ($39 service fee and $100 toward repair) that had been advertised. I did not do the deal.

Description of Work: The work cost $1,675 and extended over two days because of unforeseen problems dealing with a 65 year old house. So, I was not totally taken by surprise with the cost. But, it was higher than I felt it should have been. | |I had two projects I was considering when I purchased the $100 value for $39 deal, knowing that it would exceed that amount. One project was replacing fixtures for a bath tub/shower combination that I had purchased. But, as it turned out I bought the wrong type of fixtures. | |So, the other was to replace an older toilet (1950)with a new low-flow. I bought that earlier also. That was estimated to be around $300. But, with an older house there were problems. The old cast iron drain line had corroded and had to be replaced. My house is on a very tight crawl space, so I was charged $400 extra, which I thought was unusual. | |All in all, the plumber was good at explaining things and letting me know long it would take.

Description of Work: The plumber was very nice, explained everything to us. He installed 2 shower filters, removed a drinking water thing from the kitchen sink, installed a water regulator which we didn't know we did not have and he replaced the top of the hot water heater which was installed incorrectly. |He was very courteous and answered all our questions. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: It went well. The plumbers were professional and prompt. The price for services was too high in my opinion.

Description of Work: They installed temperature regulator for my shower. The installer was great. He supported the area where it went. He was professional. However, they messed up my original appointment. It was scheduled for Friday 7/3 between 8-10 then I got an email same day at 7:58 am stating it was scheduled for 7/6. Did not even call me. I had to call them and tell them that it was not acceptable. They did rectify and send a plumber to do the work. It was a little pricey.
