Description of Work: Bob was wonderful and gave great and honest advice on the issue at hand, fixed my water heater problem and checked my plumbing and advised of future problems and that he would handle if called back, I will and I will ask for Bob.

Description of Work: Provider installed new water facets for the member. She had already bought the supplies but service provider was not able to use all the product in box so there were additional charges.

Description of Work: My toilet made weird noise and it sometimes didn't flush/drain. The plumber checked my water pressure. Apparently It wasn't the pressure that was an issue. While finding the pressure valve, the plumber broke my closet lock. He did not fix it either. | |Also they looked at my garbage disposal. Nothing was stuck in it. They do not offer replacement parts or repairs. They only replace the whole disposal unit. I had to buy one, and it does have a warranty. | |Overall The guy was professional, and he seemed to fix both of my problems. I would use them again.

Description of Work: The tech was able to fix two of the three items we identified. However, he was not able to correct the main problem, levelling the toilet in the master bath. He did a fine job on the other two items. Overall, the cost turned-out to be much higher than we expected.

Description of Work: I bought a $79 special on Angie's list for an inspection, which would then go toward price of repair. One of our toilets was running. Estimate to replace toilet flapper and another internal item was estimated at over $300 including the $79 credit -- with the possibility that the cost could go up significantly if more internal parts needed to be replaced. The plumper referred to the work as a "partial to full toilet rebuild." I found the price tag a bit daunting so I elected not to use the service and instead went to Home Depot where I bought the full replacement kit for $20. My 17 year old son read the instructions carefully and did the work himself (took him about 2 hours). Runs perfectly now. Thankful to have a handy son.

Description of Work: I had several small issues that I was hoping to get fixed. The biggest was my kitchen sink handle was leaking. The other two were that I wanted to have toilet handles installed and lastly a new toilet flap as the toilet kept running. The first issue was fixed and seems to be fine now. My only complaint is that my sink handle is very loose. I called Majestic up and asked to have the plumber give me a call to see if that was supposed to be like that. It's been two weeks and still haven't received a call back. The second and third issues (toilet handle and flaps) -- I would have thought this would be very easy for a plumber to fix. They didn't want to touch it since I didn't have manufacturer parts and they couldn't warranty the work. I understand that...but I said that I just wanted a very simple task done (installing the new flush handles and new flap on one toilet). They told me that they would do it for $250 but wouldn't warranty the work (I already had the parts....just needed them to install). I thought that was unreasonably expensive and did it myself for free. Took me about an hour. Lastly....they looked at the water pressure coming into the house (they thought this might have contributed to the sink problem) and said that it was a little high. They told me that they could fix it but it would be around $600. I told them to ignore it as it's been that way for 12 years. I normally don't write reviews but I thought that they were looking for ways to run up my bill and didn't think the prices for the simple stuff were fair. The kitchen sink problem was fixed and after two weeks still seems to be fine. My handle is still very loose though and I would still like to know if that is normal. The plumber was very nice and professional.

Description of Work: Bob did a good job. He explained what was going on with the plumbing leaks. He seemed experienced and knowledgeable. With the Angie's list coupon, the price was reasonable.

Description of Work: Upgraded my entire electrical system. From the weather hood to the electrical circuit breaker,and installed a new dryer outlet. Everyone involved from the home office to the service technicians was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not only would I use them again but I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing and electrical work. Majestic plumbing and electric you 🚀 rock!!!

Description of Work: It was good! Plumber found my leak to the main water supply and replaced it so there should be no broken pipes in my future. They also replaced two pipes for my master sinks; original construction never put brass pipes but left the plastic pipes. Currently waiting for the plumbing quote for the future basement work.
