Description of Work: Brendan was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and committed to solving my plumbing issues. He took the initiative and special ordered a Grohe part no longer in stock to fix a broken Grohe faucet. He also found a leaking problem in one of my basement pipes that I didn't know about and fixed it. Much appreciated!

Description of Work: They came out to investigate a leak, and they found that I needed to replace some parts in 3 toilets. I found Brandon to be very knowledgeable and helpful and very qualified for the work that I needed done. They had great customer service, great with responding to phone calls and following up, they were prompt and professional to work with. After the service I still had an issue with my toilet leaking. I called them and they came back out and replaced some valves. They said that if they had to come out again it may cost more, yet I am still having the issue. After the amount I paid them, I don't feel like I should have to pay more money for them to fix the problem correctly.

Description of Work: Firstly, I have to say overall the company is very good and professional. The technician, Sandy came to my house and looked at what I concerned. Then he went back to his truck and made an estimation of repair for me. He gave me two options and one of which cost $479.11 and another cost $663.73 which far exceeded my budget and expectation. I told Sandy that I couldn't offer the repairing at this time. At the end, Sandy respected my choice and indicated that I could request the refund from Angie's list.

Description of Work: Trap arm cut out and reinstalled new trap for garbage disposal. Services were fine. Was surprised at the amount...after the $100 credit, we paid $195 to the vendor. This vendor does not charge by time invested. Each task has a set price. My expectations of cost were not met. Perhaps I did not read or understand what I did read on line at your website.

Description of Work: I needed a simple repair of a toilet that required two items costing $10.00 retail. Majestic priced this repair at $219.00 after a $100.00 Angie's List "discount."I purchase the parts and completed the repairs myself in 30 minutes. By the way, I most certainly am NOT a plumber. By my estimate, their hourly rate comes to about $400/hour. Not a good deal no matter how good their so-called warranty might be. I would like to get my $39 Angie's List fee refunded.
