Description of Work: Service was to outside leaky faucet which had to be replaced. The technician accidentally burned some of my siding which was initially upsetting. Majestic was very professional about it and promptly sent out a contractor to fix the inadvertent error. The siding looks great now and the faucet is fixed. Majestic bent over backwards to fix the problem and even adjusted the price. I would definitely use them again based on their response and the professionalism of their employees.

Description of Work: Purchased Angie's List coupon for flushing hot water heater and household plumbing check. The plumber checked household plumbing including toilets. However, the plumber told me that there is a small chance that the hot water heater faucet may leak after it was opened as this may be the first flush in 10 years for this hot water heater. Thus, we decided not to do the hot water heater flush.

Description of Work: Prompt appointment and arrival time. Paid close to $500 to have toilet insides rebuilt even with Angie's list coupon. First plumber had to come back out because handle was loose. Two weeks later toilet tank was leaking. Prompt response to request for another call. This time asked for Master Plumber. He replaced more parts to prevent leak and also replaced the handle again to the appropriate one for that tank. Master Plumber Bob was competent. Overall very high priced and three times to get it right.
