Description of Work: Fixed all running toilets and installed new outside pressure reduction valve.

Description of Work: Dustin did an inspection on a prior visit that showed a small leak in a vanity faucet in guest bathroom, so this visit was to replace the 2 faucets. We had to reschedule once because I was out stuck out of town and a second time because a job ran over. He performed all of the work very quickly and professionally. He then walked me through what had a done and left the bathroom clean and neat like he had never been there - except now I have 2 new faucets. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Very carefully checked everything water related in my home and gave me some great recommendations. They did provide a detailed estimate for additional work that they recommended but I felt that the prices were on the high side.

Description of Work: Installed kitchen faucet, reworked kitchen sink plumbing, and installed shut off valve. Great customer service. Technician arrived within the service window, and completed all of the work within 4 hours. I will always use them for any plumbing work. Courteous staff and reasonable pricing.

Description of Work: Nothing . Majestic cancelled my scheduled service visit 2 hours before expected arrival. I scheduled my entire work day on the The company company and I agreed and entered into a verbal contract for services to be provided for an advance payment by Angie's list.

Description of Work: One of my toilets was running. He told me that I needed a new toilet without first elimunating less costly reasons: replace flapper etc. I did some research and stopped the running water for $4 by replacing the flapper

Description of Work: Saint Mark would certainly use Majestic Plumbing in the future. Our job was completed on time. Their staff was very professional and easy to work with and the pricing on the job was way below the competitors.

Description of Work: Majestic was called in to originally look at a leaky kitchen faucet, but after a pressure test he identified the underlying issue as a faulty Pressure Reducing Valve. This turned out to be an expensive fix, but he replaced the PRV with a new one for about $450.00 and replaced the defective faucet for about $350 with one we picked up from Home Depot for about $200. In addition he repaired two bathroom sinks that were not draining properly for about $240. All told, he spent about 5 hours at the house doing the repairs, and did a great job from all I can see. (Faucet is working and the drains are draining.) Hopefully the new PRV valve with prevent future issues from arising. All in all I was very satisfied with the work, but I did have some concerns over the cost, as I have no way of knowing if what we paid is pretty average or not.

Description of Work: Actually they made the problem worse and didn't listen to our request to hydro jet the lines and we trusted them when they said they were 99.9% sure they could fix the grease in pipes. It didn't work and it made the situation worse where we couldn't even wash dishes anymore. So we went with another plumber and after they did the hydro jetting all was fixed. With all that said we now wait to see if majestic was correct saying hydro jetting was a temporary fix. We wait to see how long it is fixed.
