Description of Work: The plumber who showed up at my house was polite and did a great job. Where my concern comes in is that the Angie's list deal really only covers the service call, pay 39 for a service call and get 100 toward services. This company has a book of prices and the least expensive fee in there was around $250 which meant another $150 out of pocket. I was expecting to be charged by the hour and not by the job. Will have to be very particular buying something like this in the future.

Description of Work: Estimate only, $257.41, after deducting Angie's $100 credit, to replace a toilet fill valve (tech agreed this was a 1/2 hour job max) and clean out a sink drain, all plus parts. No thanks!

Description of Work: Used technicians from both electricians and plumbers. Had a bathroom exhaust fan installed in less than 2 hours. The plumber made arrangements to come back when he had a longer block of time for switching out a shower/tub faucets. It required a back access panel through a bedroom. He did a great job and we are really pleased with both or them.

Description of Work: He came to fix food waste disposer in sink of kitchen, and told to some other stuff in all toilets, added more then 400 cost in bill, and after that my toilet flush is not working properly, and main problem is still not solved yet.

Description of Work: What they did was fine. I chose to use them because what they told me needed to be done was complicated. Well, they did not do it. I was not at home when they came or I would have gotten more info. I needed more plumbing and chose someone else.

Description of Work: Their response was very prompt in an emergency; the plumber was polite and patient and seems to have done a good job. The price was higher than I would have liked but not insane.
