Description of Work: I had a broken valve in my shower that is a custom part. The technician told me it was going to be an expensive repair and went out of his way to find the least expensive solution by calling different vendors. Very good work!

Description of Work: Brandon from Majestic was the service provider. We could not afford the full repairs so he did what we thought was most important and we postponed the rest to a later time. Description of Work: I purchased two bathroom faucets and needed to have them installed. I was given a $700 price to install two small faucets. I found another licensed plumber who installed them for $150 total and it took him 1.5 hrs. This company is too expensive!

Description of Work: My shower faucet had locked up and I called them out for an estimate. I appreciated that they gave me two options, one to repair and one to replace if I wanted to update the hardware (it made sense for me to do the latter). The tech (Ben I think) was professional, courteous and was able to come back later that day after I purchased the part. I will use Majestic the next time I need plumbing help.
