Description of Work: The guy they sent was great, nice guy and competent. The deal was supposed to be $39 for a service call plus $100 towards repair. It was a simple tighten-down the faucet job, and when it was over I wrote a check for over $100. All sorts of doublespeak over just what exactly the $39 covered. Not a good deal

Response from Majestic Plumbing & Electric
We had over 1 hour drive time to this members home and 40 minutes on site to perform this "simple" repair. As the Big Deal states, the $39 is for a service call and $100 credit towards repairs. Angie's List keeps the $39 Service Call charge as an advertising fee. We collected an additional $38.95, which does not even cover Majestic's travel expenses or the plumbers Labor to provide our expertise and experience to perform what this members calls a "simple" fix. We had to spend time and money to diagnose and repair his leak. If the leak was so simple, why did he not repair the problem himself instead of calling a professional plumbing expert? We are professionals and can not stay in business if we work for free.

Description of Work: Full checkup on plumbing systems and some electrical. Checked for mold behind bathroom walls. Fixed light socket and 2 bathroom fans. Checked sinks, water pressure, water heater, etc. Fixed small items as needed and advised on other fixes. Also replaced toilet in one bathroom. They were on-time, worked with us on scheduling, gave estimates, and completed the work well. Overall, we are very pleased, and we'll definitely go back to them again.

Description of Work: I purchased the water heater cleaning and plumbing inspection deal. The plumber was very professional and great to work with. I hired him on the spot to work on a couple of projects and he did an excellent job. I was the happiest I have ever been with a service provider. Bravo on a great job!
