Description of Work: They wanted $199.00 to change a toilet flapper in addition to the $39 service fee paid through Angie's list. The disappointing thing is that the service guy wouldn't take a picture of the what was wrong with the toilet and text them to me. He said I would have to pay for him to send the picture. So I that point I told them I don't want them to fix the toilet.
