Description of Work: I understood the $39 to cover the service visit; which in my mind means to visit find and find the problem. Then if I want the problem fixed by this provider the $100 discount goes toward the repair. I must be wrong because the company rep came out did a test to find the leak, but did not repair anything. He $250 dollars minus the $100 coupon I paid $39 plus $150. I contacted the office to discuss this and was told a manager would have to call me back. They called once, I was not available, they never called again. In my opinion, this deal is misleading. If the service visit means $39 just to come to my front door, it is not worth it.
