Description of Work: Ended up paying more for than what was agreed and written up. The rep said the problem was with the water supply in my house and will have to charge additional, then he found the issue was due to a defective part that he procured and replaced...yet did not adjust the price back. oh well...

Description of Work: I felt like my service tech, Bob, was honest and knowledgeable. He was polite and took the time to properly diagnose my problem, offer various solutions, and complete the work the same day. I haven't had any problems with the work he completed after a month of use. I plan to use Bob, who is a master plumber, by the way, again.
