I called the next morning. The person answering the phones was professional and courteous. She was communicative as the technicians had earlier slots. They came and had shoe covers! I was already happy. Phillip was informative as they worked through the issue, only to find that a new washing machine I had installed was not secured properly. They stayed to ensure no further leaking. I was very happy I called them.

The only reason I didn't give an A was because the two fans that were put up had the same remote and he didn't change the codes so I was turning on one and the other one would turn on or off too, talk about weirding out. I had to get back up into the living room fan and change the code, I wasn't happy about that. Everything else was fine and functioned fine.

He came out and told me it would cost $500 to replace an outlet. I told him it was too much and I had my deal refunded.

Jesse came on time but did not have the parts. He got the parts and completed the replacement. He gave several helpful suggestions.

I tried to fix it myself to no avail. He was prompt, efficient and he got the job done

Technician was at our home within an hour of calling and inquiring about an estimate. They were on-time and offered options as to how to repair. The valves were replaced during the same visit and the entire apt was under two hours start to finish and the final receipt emailed. I truly appreciate the quick responsiveness and explanations of issues that were presented.

Quote was too high for my taste. All other are get an A.

It worked out really well. There was a little snafu in the initial setup, but the owner/manager called me. I called Angie's List because there was a problem. They called him and he was most gracious and took care of it. He adjusted the amount. He said sometimes they don't see the Angie's List listing and the credit I'm getting, and that I was getting the regular rates. They were awesome when we finally worked out the problem. They were always professional, there was just a conflict about the price. They wanted to charge me full price and I had already paid for the Angie's List credit. When I talked to the owner/manger he saw that when the electricians came out, he corrected it, and sent someone else. They were great. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They had to make 3 trips to my house: 1st trip - they showed up with no supplies and said they were only their to give an estimate. When I set up the job I told them I had the deal from angies list and informed them of everything I needed. 2nd trip - they showed up and the guy said they didn't have any of the lights in stock that I needed. He ensured me that a guy would be out the next day to install the lights. 3rd trip - they showed up and tried to charge me extra for the "LED lights that were included with no extra charge" and then told me they were going to have to charge an extra $180 to take a fan down. After talking to the manager Skip, probably 7-8 times total, I finally told him I just needed it done and I wasn't paying anything extra. They did it and left. The job is decent, however I can see some of the places where they cut the holes a bit too large.

I am so thrilled with the result of Majestic’s work that I had to write a review. I have used Majestic before for my plumbing work, and they have always done great work at a reasonable price. This time, I needed electrical help as I wanted to install pathway lighting. The results are amazing, the price was terrific and their emphasis on customer service is outstanding. I recommend Majestic to all of my friends who need plumbing or electrical work.

This company charges based on the tasks, not by the hour, and they gave me an estimate before getting started, and it's easily adjusted based on what you decide to have done. He has 19 years of experience, and is the kind of person I would definitely re-hire. He's also a fellow bulldog-lover just like we are and has three of his own.

We had what we thought was a kitchen sink clog that we tried to clear ourselves but could not. Called Majestic and they sent someone over the very next morning. We were given a window of time for the plumber's arrival and was kept informed when his previous job went a little long. We were very impressed with Ben's professionalism. He immediately dignosed the problem and gave us an estimate. He was here for a few hours and took great care to not only clear our clog but fix a leak. We felt the price was fair for the work completed and even had a coupon from this site. He followed up with us a week later to make sure the pipe was still clear. We highly recommend Majestic and will use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

I accepted a previous offer from Angie's list of $99 for 2 hours of work valued at $199 by another company that went well providing similar work. It took the tech approximately 1.5 hours. This offer of $39 for $169 was NOT for work but was for only a discount for work performed - at an excessive price. The previous $199 was excessive, but I expected this to be similarly priced. The price offered was $470 something minus the $169. I quit listening.at $47X and advised tech he could leave. Tech's supervisor advised later that all the $39 went to Angie's List: they got nothing. I have a wife with dementia, and didn't want to leave her alone. After the estimate, I did the job myself in approximately one hour. Personnel were nice, but either highly inefficient or highly overpriced. I have shown $39 paid for service. Per above, the company advised they did not get it.

The young man who came to my house was nice enough, and he was honest -- to a fault. He told me that the company wasn't making any money off the Angie's List deal they signed up for, and my opinion is that they recuperated their losses through the added costs of the small jobs I had them do. I paid a discounted price for $169 worth of service. He installed two light fixtures, and then attached wires from a box to a dimmer switch I had already purchased. But here's the rub. First, one of the fixtures was too high, and the installer said if it was lowered it would be too low. But, he never offered or even suggested to simply move the hook that the chain wrapped over down about three inches. As for the dimmer switch, the box in the wall was loose, so he suggested I get another box, take a picture of how it was wired, and fix it myself. But MORE than that, he charged me an ADDITIONAL $230 for the service! So, they're telling me that the cost for installing two light fixtures ("as is") and a dimmer ("as is") was $399? I think that's an outrageous price. The least the young man could have done was to adjust the hook for the one fixture, and finish the job of the dimmer switch by putting in a new box. Never again, Majestic!

I did not use their services. The service guy and the scheduling people were very nice. The pricing was unreasonable.

The installation went well, the technician was very helpful and kind. However, they are a lot more expensive than the last company I used.

They determined that the water heater was not leaking.

Let the buyer beware! The advertised deal is likely a "bait and switch". The coupon I bought was for installation of two fans for $119. However , when the installer arrived, he determined that I needed more than the basic installation and it would cost me $583! I declined the service at that point. I later found someone to do it for $160 and I didn't need any extra parts or equipment! So either the installer was not competent or was dead set on over-charging me unnecessarily. Obviously, neither is good. As I said in the beginning, "Let the buyer beware!"
