Plumber arrived within the 2 hour window -- and they gave me the choice of when the window could occur. Did the job and was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them for the additional plumbing that I will need to have done.

I was impressed with the integrity of the company. Wes came out and took a look at the plumbing under my main bath to diagnosis the leak. I was expecting to hear that I needed some major rework done because I live in an older home and the leak was coming from a spot in the floor above my garage. Instead, he showed me that the likely source was some inadequate caulking around the edges of the fiberglass tub. He explained the best products to use and emphasized that I need to ensure that I remove the all the old grout/caulk before I recaulk. There was no charge for the diagnosis. Although I didn't have them perform any work for me today, I will definitely call them back in the future when I'm ready for a larger job that I have on my home improvement agenda.

I first contacted Michael who confirmed there was no charge for them driving all the way from Marietta to Jonesboro. They provided free estimates and honored their coupon from Angie's List. Michael sent James out right away to attend to my service call. James came and as Michael promised, did a Terrific job! 1. James diagnosed each of the problems with lightning speed, literally within a minute or two. 2. James came ready to work and completed the repairs in less than 30 minutes, far more quickly than I could have ever expected. 3. The quality of his work, service, and professionalism was top-notch. This company also warranties their service which was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their plumbing needs addressed. I will not hesitate to contact Majestic if I have other issues arise in the future. A++++++++

They were able to fix the issue, but the price nearly double by the end of the job. I am satisfied with the work done and they were efficient with getting the work done. They were a little late.

Joseph was timely and very nice and it appears that the kitchen faucet was installed properly! I only wish he would have told me that there was water left under the sink cabinet (kind of messy), so that I could have taken all the contents out and wiped it down once he left.

They were able to explain everything to me. It was a very clean job and he had everything he needed with him.

The tenant at our rental house called early Monday to let us know that there appeared to be a leak from the water main, draining down the sidewalk. We called our old plumber and two others we found on Angie's List . Majestic was one of the two from Angie's List. They provided an estimate within a few hours, and advised that we needed to make a decision quickly so that they could get the permits and begin work ASAP. Once we decided to engage Majestic, they came the next day and worked from early morning until the job was complete - after 7:00pm. We were thrilled that our tenants were not inconvenienced for a second day because of Majestic's consideration and strong work ethic. Also, they completed the work in a way that minimized the disruption to our tenants, and eliminated the need to take up the concrete in the basement of the house.We could not have asked for a more responsive and skilled professional!

Overall, the experience went really well! I called first thing this morning (around 7:30 a.m.), got an appt. for a plumber to come to the house by 2:00 p.m.- they were on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes and we were able to use the coupon provided by Angie's List! We have used Majestic Plumbing once before (again with Wes Honen) and even though I didn't write a review then, his work was excellent and repeated that excellent service with our current shower drain issue!

Our washing machine drain has had a problem since we moved in (3 years ago), overflowing when set on a higher load size setting. Also, a utility sink right next to the machine always backfills with the drainage water, regardless of the load size setting. We thought that was supposed to happen, as a jimmy-rigged overflow catch of sorts. We were concerned about the leak, so we gave Majestic a call yesterday, and scheduled the appointment for today, which is great turnaround. We called another company, and they couldn't come out until Friday. Joseph from Majestic was here within the scheduled time frame (after a call to let us know he would be here within twenty minutes, which he was). He took a look at the set-up and knew he'd want to go in from the roof vent. He was up there for about a half hour, and snaked the drain (said he went all the way to our kitchen drain from what he could tell) 5 times in order to clear it out completely. Ended up with a large handful of gunk from the drain...old paint, hair etc. After he was done, he ran the utility sink faucet and ran a 'super large' rinse cycle in the washing machine. There was no leak as it drained and, to my surprise, the sink didn't even fill up. He told me its not supposed to, and the only reason it did was because the drain was so clogged. He even gave us a 'warranty' on the work, good for one future drain clean/snake within a year if it starts backing up again, which I thought was pretty good. We have two dogs with lots of hair to spare, so I'm sure we'll be taking that offer up at some point! Overall, was very please with the work and service. Were they the cheapest option? Probably not. I'm sure I could have found a cheaper offer with some effort. But, they completed the job to my satisfaction within a day of calling with a non-emergency issue. Good enough in my book to pay a little extra.

One thing I was a little bothered by was that he said there was still another leak but it was so small it would take him forever to find it and cost too much to find it. That bothered me because I don't want any leak, but he said it was probably from the sprinkler system. I would suggest to maybe follow him and check on what he is doing - just because I had a feeling that he was going to say it was something more than it was. When we did find the leak he did say that he could fix it for a crazy high price and I told him I could do it myself.

They are the only service provider that I have used. The workers that came out were very courteous and they did a good job with the repair. I was pleased with them.

Majestic Plumbing coordinated with my driveway company to remove the old driveway prior to the lines being replaced. The technicians encountered a few unforeseen obstacles (city tap being 12 feet deep, thunderstorms) but worked as long as they could and everyday that they could to complete the job. The job did not go as planned but the technicians never let that interfere with their professionalism and attitude about doing a thorough quality job. They made sure I knew what was going on and that I had the facilities I needed overnight. It was great to work with a company that delivered service and quality at a high level and truly believes in customer satisfaction!

The man that came out to do the work (Joseph) seemed very intelligent. He had a great personality and was easy to get along with. He did a great job and installed the dishwasher correctly. My wife is happy now and the dishwasher works fine. I paid the man cash on the spot. I thought the price maybe leaned on the high side but I was happy with the work he had done so I had no problem paying him.

They were very good and even came back.

It went well overall. We called to get a leak looked at and wanted to get quotes on some other small plumbing jobs that had piled up. Wes came out and found that the leak was not coming from an area where there was any plumbing. He continued to search until he found the problem for us in the attic. He then gave quotes for fixing a leaking shower, fixing a shower that stopped up regularly, and replacing an old toilet that was loose with a more efficient unit. He also tightened some loose fixtures for free. He broke the quote up with different options to let us choose what we wanted to do at this time. We agreed on the work and the amount and he came back two days later and performed the work. All the work appears to have been done very well and all problems appear to be fixed. Thank you!

Wes arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. I explained the problem of low water pressure and the fact I thought I needed to replace the faucet. Wes evaluated the situation then explained how he could repair the existing faucet and replace the hose for the sprayer as well replacing the connections to the water source. He gave me a quote for the work and even estimated the time he would need to complete the job, including travel time to pick up parts. He resolved the problem, cleaned up the work area, wrote out the receipt and was out the door by the time he set for completion. I was very happy with Wes and the work he did.. I would definitely call on him for future plumbing issues and may even try Majestic's electrical department (Wes recommended them when I said I was looking for an electrician) . Thank you Wes. We've had plenty of work done by Majestic in the past and it's worked out pretty well. We bought a new water heater from them and had it installed, they've fixed a toilet for us, we're repeat customers. The first call on August 2, 2011 was canceled by me the technician was an hour late even after repeated calls from me to the receptionist. I was a bit disappointed. I believe the owner reviews this site or at least review the service calls and saw what happened with us. He contacted my partner and offered to come out free of charge to make everything right. WOW. I didn't know that kind of willingness to make things right with your customer even existed any more. They've always done great work for us in the past, but I was pretty impressed with their willingness to make things right. Definitely am a loyal customer now. Also, when these guys have done work for us in the past, they've explained things to us so we can do some of the maintenance ourselves, that'll certainly be helpful in the future.

Wes did an excellent job fixing my commode seal and caulking around the commode base. WES was awesome and answered all my questions about my septic tank too. He did not need to replace the flange as the commode was attached it just needed tighening at the base. Wes was great to work with.

Wes came out and gave me the most competitive estimate of the 3 I received. He went out of his way to explain how the costs and my options. He was on time not only to give an estimate but to do the actual work. They actually left my space cleaner than he found it. I found Wes very professional and he provided me with information as to how I can best take care of the new water heater. I plan to use them in the future.

Majestic gave me an appointment over the phone and their plumber Wes Honea arrived on time. Wes was VERY knowledgable, honest, and professional. It was nice to hear "yes.Mam" when you would ask a question!!! I would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work and....... I would ask for Wes again in a New York minute!! The price was VERY fair and I am VERY pleased with the work. This is one GREAT company and the owner should be very proud of this plumber and the service.

Joseph with Majestic came out to help us with a minor toilet repair. He really went above and beyond, fixing the existing problem, inspecting all the toilets in the house for issues, and checking our water pressure, hot water heater, and the rest of our plumbing for problems. Through the whole process, he spent time educating me and explaining everything he was doing. The repair wasn't cheap (but what plumbing issue is); however, Joseph was very straightforward about what other issues I could fix myself. I will definitely be calling on Majestic and Joseph in the future!
