Derek did a great job of replacing the trim and cleaned up well afterwards. He saved me money by mentioning the Angie's List ad that I could use for this job. He was very friendly, worked efficiently and I would use the company again.

From the moment I contacted the company to the day the plumber showed up to completion of the project it was a great experience.

The plumber from Majestic was on time and looked and acted professionally. He looked over our system and told us that it probably was just frozen. He used an Allen wrench to tighten and untighten the screw in the bottom of the disposal a few times and reset the switch on the disposal. The disposal started working again! He patiently showed me how to do exactly what he did for the disposal in case it froze again. He also told me the freeze was likely due to lack of consistent use and told me to put ice cubes in the disposal and run it weekly. He also told me I could get the wrench at a hardware store for a few dollars. He also looked at the model of our disposal and told us it was a good mid-range model. Not only did he fix the problem and save me hundreds of dollars to buy a new disposal, he didn't charge anything for the service or even coming out!! He told me his company was based on building relationships with customers. I can't say I've ever met a more honest or competent vendor. I would definitely use Majestic if I ever needed plumbing work again. (And the disposal is still working!)

Service was excellent. The plumber arrived at the agreed upon time and he was very courteous and professional.

Both times I called, Majestic Plumbing sent Shane and a helper out right away. They found the problems, and fixed them. Shane also advised me how to hook up the new dishwasher, tied the water heater relief valve into the drain pipe, and gave me advice on how to disconnect the up-flushing toilet in the basement. These were both messy, dirty jobs given the flooding in the basement. Shane and his helper got them done quickly, neatly, and cheerfully. I haven't had any problems since, but whenever I do, I will definitely call Majestic Plumbing. They also do electrical work, so I intend to call them for those kinds of jobs too.

It went very well. I was having a problem with my kitchen sink and he actually made a phone call to have a part sent to me from the company for the warrenty on my sink. He is coming back to install this part later. He was knowledgeable, friendly and seemed very very honest. He explained hot water heaters to me and felt that I made an informed decision. He is very eco-friendly, green plumber.

They were very reasonable and they mentioned the first-time Angie's List member discount to me. They were very kind. They didn't even charge me for the hand auger. They explained everything very carefully.

Joseph Hartline was the plumber who came. Very friendly and knowledgable. He made sure that the toilet was the source of our problem (very quickly.) Replaced old parts. In the process, he also helped with a couple of problems with the shower. Explained why it takes a while to get the water to run hot and about the knobs. I asked why water pressure so low. He unscrewed showerhead and found a piece of screen that had been obstructing the flow. So fixed that problem too. Especially impressive: he told me about the $50 off coupon on Angie's list and waited for me to print it out in order to reduce our cost. Also advised us how to go back to the Water Dept. with a copy of our bill that would prove that we'd had and fixed a leek. He documented that fact on the bill. He says that will usually prompt the department to reduce the bill significantly. Kudos to him. We will definitely have him back!

My husband and I woke up on a Friday morning to a sewage backup in a sink on our main floor. The sewage had run over the sink and onto the carpet. I found Majestic Plumbing on Angie's List and called them at 8am. They had a plumbing tech (Joseph) at our house by 10am. Joseph was professional, patient, and very nice! He removed a toilet and cleaned the line. We apparently had a soft blockage. Joseph informed us that we had mud in our lines, which could indicate tree roots or a crack in the pipe. He recommended that his manager come out and camera the lines that afternoon. Lonnie (Joseph's manager) arrived at our house in the afternoon. Much like Joseph, Lonnie was professional, patient, and friendly. He ran a camera through the lines and found tree roots growing in the pipes under the house. Lonnie wrote up an estimate for the repair work to submit to the insurance company. Majestic Plumbing was fantastic and are now my plumbers of choice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional plumbers. The second part of our project (jackhammering through the slab to replace a portion of the pipe) begins tomorrow. I will provide an update after the project is complete. As for the N/A on price, we paid $500 to take off the toilet, clean the line and remove the blockage, camera the lines, and replace the toilet. I've never had this done before, so I have nothing to compare for price.

As soon as the parts came in Lonnie came that day and spent about two hours replacing the temp rings, with the most time spent cutting off the two handles so that Nothing else was damaged I also new I had a bad flapper ball in one of my toilets and was going to ask lonnie to replace it When I asked him to take a look at it he told me he noticed it was running and replaced it and went ahead and replace two more at no charge. There was one he could not replace because it was a different type and he did not have any on his truck. Lonnie told me where I could buy one and took the time to show me how to replace it since it was different then the other normal ones. I bought one and replaced per his instructions and avoided mistakes that he said to watch out for. I would use majestic plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone for plumbing needs Here is why: 1) fair price compared to other top rated companies. plus Lonnie gave me a $50.00 new customer discount from Angie's list. 2) quality and professional.work Lonnie took off his shoes because we had our floors refinished a day before 3) Lonnie himself was great and I woul want him to do any additional work at my house.

Wes and Mike showed up right on time. I asked a lot of questions about how the plubming worked and the products being used to replace the old/damaged parts. Wes answered all my questions. He and Mike were very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that very much. They were so nice about explaining things and making me feel comfortable. It's very hard to find people that do good and honest work and I was happy that Wes and Mike were the ones who came out to do the repairs. I would definitely recommend them and will call Majestic Plumbing back next time I need any plumbing work done.

The company showed up on time, the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made great recommendations and fixed a shower issue for no charge! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems that you might have.

Majestic Plumbing was on-time, professional, and took care of the problem efficiently. The shrub even survived. The water department has been somewhat slower about their part in this, but have finally credited back a good bit of the bill.

Joseph arrived promptly and replaced the rings inside the faucet to stop the leaking. He also took the time to answer several related questions and recommend brands for future purchases. The leaking stopped immediately, but as we discovered later that evening, the faucet was now very difficult to swing from one sink to the other. I called Majestic back, and they sent Joseph the next day to check it out. It turned out to be a problem with the new rings, even though they were the same brand as the faucet, so Joseph replaced the rings with a different brand. While the faucet is still a little tighter than it used to be, there are no more leaks and we are happy with Majestic's responsiveness when we called a second time.

Replaced defective garbage disposal. Called Magestic and they put me in touch with one of their field technicians that quoted the model/hp/price of the disposal and installed the next day. The technician that replaced the disposal, Shane, was very professional and did an excellent job - very pleased with both the work, price, and quick response during the holiday season.

We bought a Kohler Cimarron toilet with the non-slamming seat and needed someone to install it. Calling Majestic to set up the appointment was easy. They answered promptly, were friendly and professional. The plumber from Majestic arrived on time, was professional and cleaned up after the job. He hauled away old toilet, box from new toilet, and other left over garbage from job. Friendly plumber (Joseph). He was in and out in a little over and hour. The rate was $316.25 but I got $50 off with Angie's List coupon. Highly recommend asking about approximate costs with folks on the phone prior to plumber coming out. You might be able to get a little better pricing if they are aware your are shopping around. Overall experience was very good.

I called Majestic because of all the great reviews I had read. Since I assumed we were going to have to spend a lot of money, I wanted to be sure the job was done right! We had three bathrooms with slow leaks in each one. I had expected to hear that the the whole house needed to be replumbed (it's an old house), and that we needed to replace the existing tubs and showers. Charles came to the house around 3:30. After a thorough inspection of the whole house, he said that the problems were much easier to fix than I'd anticipated. Basically, he needed to re-caulk around the knobs and drains and replace an elbow pipe in the downstairs bathroom. He went to the store, purchased new knobs for one shower and the elbow pipe for the other. Then he went to work and fixed everything. He even put up with me asking questions. He was finished and out of the house before 7:30. We ended up paying less than $450 for a very professional job done by a very professional plumber. I would recommend Majestic to anyone.

Lonnie Perry did an excellent job. Professional and competent. He even took a look at a gas fireplace line that had rush and ash build-up, and cleaned it for free. Would definitely recommend and use again.
