I called them on an afternoon and they were able to come out the same day, a few hours later. They cut a hole in the ceiling to find out where the leak was coming from and also looked in the shower area. Derek, the technician, was prompt and personable. The next day, the leak was repaired. I think they did a fairly good job and got the entire leak, but I just have to wait and see whether it’s completely fixed.

Everything went very well, and helpful suggestions were provided.

Everything went as expected. There were no problems and the coordination was very easy through multiple visits as the stages of the project progressed.

The service technician (Joseph Hartline) was right on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He provided options with the approximate costs. He was as careful as possible to keep mess to minimum.

Very professional and thorough in the inspection. Very friendly as well!!

This is a tough review to write. Their customer service is the BEST! Their work had little to be desired...sorry :( I would use them again, I would request a different technician. I had an immediate need for a water leak from a 2nd floor bathroom that was leaking through kitchen ceiling - knocking out light fixture. James came immediately to check out the problem. There apparently was a clogged toilet, so he unplugged it and charged $157. But that wasn't why he was called. Through his diagnosis, it was decided that the leak was caused by a bad seal around around the tub/shower suuround and water leaked causing the kitchen ceiling to collapse. We instructed the tenant not to use the shower. (unfortunately, this diagnosis was wrong...see below) James left - offering a referral for a tile guy. Now - the ceiling fixture is hanging dangerously by one wire. We again called Majestic @ 5pm and they immediately had someone there to remove the fixture so the area was safe for tenants. They also decided to hold off on charging us for that until the problem with the water was fixed and we have them come back to fix light fixture. HERE is where the problem lies. The original water diagnosis was wrong. It turned out not to be the seal around the tub, but it was actually the seal around the toilet. I know this because the tenant called me the next day to tell me that water came through again when she flushed the toilet. So, we called them for the leak- which they didn't fix and didn't charge us. But did unclog a toilet and charged us $157.00. We called the guy who had recently reset the toilets when he layed tile and he is fixing the seal and the destruction in the kitchen free of charge. He admitted that the bad seal was his fault.

DO NOT BUY THE BIG DEAL FOR THESE GUYS - DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING - AFTER THEY CAME OUR WATER HEATER WAS NO LONGER WORKING - THEIR BIG DEAL IS TO TRY AND SELL YOU SERVICES YOU DON'T NEED AND IF YOU DON' WANT THEM TO BREAK YOUR APPLIANCES SO THEY CAN COME AND REPAIR - STAY WAY FROM THEM!

Professional, they are here when they say they will be. They can be a little pricey, but they do good work.

LONNIE ARRIVED ON TIME...was very professional and thorough. I had a multitude of plumbing issues and he walked me through the house pointing out the issues (good and bad) then made me an itemized list of everything that I would need done to rectify my problems. The pricing seem fair but a bit out of my budget, at this time.

The service technician who came to the house was wonderful. His name is James Brawr (I hope I am spelling his name correctly). He said he was quite new at this company and still learning the paperwork. However, the service he provided was top notch. He looked at every pipe, at the sinks, the showers and the toilets to make sure there was no leak anywhere. He ensured that the pipe that goes from the street to the house was not the problem. After doing a careful inspection and a show and tell (I was trailing him every step of the way), we had the water on in the house. It was a great relief. I enjoyed James's manner in which he was telling me about the details of the house's plumbing. It was obvious he knows a great deal about plumbing. Next time we need a plumber, I am definitely calling him.

As he was working on it there was a break in a P-trap which he caused. Basically he explained to me that this was an old plumbing fixture and there could be problems as he was trying to repair. He gave me that notice to start with. He did quote prices before hand with or without problems of that sort. But then there was a break in the P-trap as he was trying to repair it. There was a raised price because of the breakage, but more to the point was that he replaced the P-trap and left. Then I found there was a very large leak in the basement. So, I called him back and what he had done was in his efforts to clean the drain with an order he had punched through a piece of lead plumbing which caused the leak. He was about to charge me a lot more I negotiated that price down to an extra hundred dollars even though he broke through it. His argument was that it was all plumbing. So now that is all priced to $300. He replaced the lead pipe that he had damaged and he was going for extra $100. When I found that in his efforts to get to that piece of pipe he had opened up a small leak and at that point I called him back and told him that he did this and he has to repair it for free. He did come back and repair it and it seemed to work. I would say that he is a good plumber when he gets to doing the actual job. He is very responsive in coming back and very fast. I would say that if it is new plumbing and it is fairly sturdy then you can use him, but if it is old plumbing watch him like a hawk. The price is reasonable I think.

We had plumbing issues that began the Wednesday of that week where our system backed up into our home. Our house was built in the early 80s so a cleanout having to be every 75 feet was not in affect at that time. Our clean out is in the front of the house and our plumbing wraps all the way around the back of the house through our backyard to the street approximately 125-150 feet from the clean out. We had roots in the pipe however they were so far away from the clean out that we needed a water high pressure jetter to break them up. We were given Majestic's information and we called them that morning and they had someone out that night in the POURING rain. He gave us an estimate of approximately $200 for the first hour and $125 each additional (Do not hold me to those numbers they are just my recollection_) After about an hour an a half he delivered the bad news that he was not able to break up the roots it was just too far away and he actually busted a valve on his truck attempting it so many times. To make a long story short he did not want to charge us for the full hour and a half so he only charged us $185 since he was not able to fix the issue. The young man that came to the house was so nice, professional and educated us on the issue. We will DEFINITELY be using them in the future as well as suggesting them to anyone that asks.

They said this would cost $312 each. They were very impressive. They were very straightforward. They were very friendly. The explained how flushing the water heater on a yearly basis can extend the life of the water heater.

They arrived on time. Quickly got to fixing the issue while advising me on how to avoid shower drain build-up in the future. Wes then offered to check other critical plumbing areas in the house and consult on near- and long-term work that would need to be addressed.

I called to have a stopped up toilet taken care of. Unfortunately, I had paid another company to do the same thing about two months prior but apparently the situation was not resolved. It took two visits because the camera to take a look was not on the truck for the first visit and that was needed to clearly diagnose the problem. BUT I had a couple of other minor plumbing issues that the first crew was willing to take a look at. They fixed both of them and they turned out to be quite minor problems to boot! Thanks guys! The stopped up toliet was taken care of the next day, and since we had a second bathroom waiting an additional day was not a problem. The owner came out on the second visit - he explained in detail what my situation was, what to expect moving forward and relieved the clog. All in all a great experience.

They told me when they were coming, and even who was coming. The man arrived ahead of schedule, took care of the problem efficiently, and I was very pleased with the service.

Joseph the tech. arrived on time. He was professional as well as pleasant. He took care of my repairs quickly and efficiently. I asked him for estimates on a furture product I'm interested in purchasing. He did not waste time, and he is a very pleasant young man.

I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone because they were too expensive. The technician was here for about twenty minutes. It was a rip-off.

When I called to make the appointment, I was given a time of between 12:00 and 2:00. I was told someone would call me prior to that and give me the name of the technician who would perform the service and an approximate eta. No one called. No one came. No one even called to say they wouldn't be able to make it. Just a total no show. Unprofessional. I had taken the day off work to have several things done. Now I have to find another provider and arrange more time away from work.

Our toilets and shower were backed up and I got on Angielist to look for the best and I found them! Everything from initial call to last call was great! Shane and Jacob came out just as scheduled and got right to work. They were courteous and professional and easy to work with. The company called to let me know what time they would arrive and Shane called later to let me know he was on his way. As someone that works in the customer service industry, I know good service when I get it! I will call them again for any issues and I strongly refer them.

Lonnie Perry was the service technician. He arrived early and I was walking the dog, he patiently waited for me to arrive back home. He gave me a few minutes to get everything together, performed the work quickly and efficiently. He explained the services provided and answered any questions I had. Majestic Plumbing and Lonnie Perry are very professional, and there were no changes in the price once they arrived on-site, and I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs. This is an excellent company. Thank you Majestic Plumbing.

Replaced plumbing fixture. Got a big discount because the plumber lost our estimate and we had to call to get services.

I called during a weekend and was upset, after talking to another company that was rude. They went out the next day and I think fit me in because it was important to me. All and all great experience start to finish.

I was first given an estimate, made an appointment, and the repair was made on the day and time requested.
