Called Majestic to take a look at my water line, which was making pulsing, banging sounds upon flushing the toilet or continuous running of water. They sent over a technician (Joseph Hartline) the same day. He identified the problem as a broken water pressure regulating valve and offered to either replace it or repair it. I opted for the replacement and also for replacing a kitchen faucet, which was leaking due to the water pressure problem. Joseph was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He gave me multiple options to eleviate the problem and went out of his way to help us out when choosing parts. A perfect service experience... I'd recommend Majestic to anyone and would definitely use them again.

I found them on Angie's List. They did a really good job, they were really fast. I was happy with them. I thought their price was high. I still owe them about $260. I have used them again.

The estimator did not answer my technical questions in a satisfactory manner. His answer was that he was a "professional plumber and would make things correct". The main area of concern was how to keep high water pressure to my exterior hose bib. The way he proposed to complete the work would have the hose bib on the low pressure side of the new pressure regulator because he was not connecting the water line to the existing location. I do not think that he understood the problem and resented that I was an engineer. I used another company that completed the work in a manner that kept all the functionality of the original system.

Lonnie and Mike were very professional and did an outstanding job. I received a courtesy call from Carmen (I believe) letting me know they were on the way. I showed them the broken pipe that I thought was only broken into a 3 places. After thoroughly inspecting the pipe, Lonnie found several more place that needed repair. He and Mike fixed all the leaks and then Lonnie took the time to show me how to prevent this from happening again. I was pleased with their work and I will definitely be calling on them again.

First told I would be charged $250.00 for the service call. The service tech informed us there was no way to fix anything unless the basin was totally empty. And that the waste had to be pumped using MY vac. AND that the waste would be deposited into my back yard! He could not do anything while he was there (yes, it was a Sunday afternoon), and we would have to call tomorrow to get "on the calendar" which would probably take several days before they could come back out. He was nice enough to drop the service call fee to $150, but then turned around and charged me an additional 5% for taking my credit card (I thought that was illegal!?).He left with me telling him I would review our options and get back to him. I then went back to Angie's List and started researching for another plumber!

Joseph was quick to analysis the situation and get a part ordered from the manufacterer of the leaking shower. He then replaced parts in the toilet that would not stop running. He did not charge me for the shower work even though he spent an hour trying to get the existing parts to perform as designed.

Lonnie arrived during the time frame we were given and easily diagnosed and fixed an annoying problem with a faucet that has bothered us for several months. He then fixed an old toilet and cheerfully accepted our Angie's list coupon for $50 off. We will definitely call this company next time for plumbing help and might try out their electrical service too.

The tech was about 15 minutes late (the window was from 8 - 10 and he arrived about 10:15 or so.) The work was done well, but the price was egregious. The service all lasted a total of no more than 45 minutes; one sink had two loose faucets which needed a part replaced, and one had a cold water leak. Thank goodness we have a coupon, because the actual cost of the call was $522.17, less the $155, for an out of pocket expense of $367 PLUS the $69 we spent on the coupon. Nice company, good service, horrid pricing.

They are fantastic. The job became more difficult than they thought. They were going to pos pone it for the next day. They called the owner and he came down. They stayed and finished the work. They work a long hard day and got the job done. They were very old pipes and they worked for over 12 hours. The quality looks fine and I am waiting to make sure they do not leak. The boss coming to do the work and finishing that day was very professional.

Quick quote, very knowledgeable staff, fair price, minimal issues, friendly billing department. Used text, phone and email as needed. A great experience. Have used Majestic for plumbing before and now electrical. Both times I was very pleased. Skip Moody and his team were excellent to work with. Work was done on a rental property, but would gladly have them work on my primary residence if the opportunity presented itself. Hardest part was coordinating with the inspector and GA Power. The coordination was a lot of work for Majestic and Skip, and they came through for me so we could get our tenant back in the property quickly.

Our toilet tank was overflowing after an old plastic pipe in the tank cracked. We called Majestic after reading the reviews on this website and they sent Daniel to take a look the next day. We were given two quotes, the first for the replacement part and the second for a new toilet. We decided to replace the toilet because the mechanism in the old one was out of date and just one more malfunction could result in us paying as much in repairs as we would for a new unit. Daniel went to a lot of trouble to find us the exact unit we wanted. When replacing the toilet he also replaced the cracked flange, but not before he had tried to repair it. We were not charged for the attempted repair. The Majestic dispatch center was prompt and responsive and Daniel did a neat and professional job. We would definitely call them again if we had another plumbing problem.

I got the service with one of Angies deals. Daniel, the service tech, was right on time. I was impressed with his honesty - he gave me several different options of what I could do to fix the issues I had. Although he gave me his recommendation, I felt completely free to pick the option that best suited my budget especially since this was a rental unit. I was very happy with the work.

Working with Majestic Plumbing was painless and without complication. They were upfront in the cost. The cost for the repairs were reasonable and fair. They also made a great recommendation for someone to clean out my septic tank, Banks Septic Tank Service.

I wouldn’t say their advice was bad, but they told something which I didn’t expect. When they came, they traced the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix it. I would recommend them. They were really professional and tried to offer an alternative solution, which was a plus.

They were very prompt and polite. They even took the time to return to the supply store and retrieve the overflow pan that I specifically requested.

Everything went well. They completed the work on the same day that I called, and my tenant was thrilled with their courtesy and politesse.

On a saturday afternoon I discovered that my water heater was leaking and flooding my basement. Since I had guests coming on Sunday it had to be replaced immediately. Derek Creaden came out promptly and replaced the tank and cleaned up so that by the time my guests arrived it was if nothing ever happened. He also checked my water system to make sure there were no other problems. I was very appreciative of how he went above and beyond the basic requirments to take care of our problem. We'll certainly use them again.

After the gas company shut off our gas due to a leak somewhere under the house, we called Majestic Plumbing after reading the great reviews on Angie's List. They sent one of their technicians, James. James had vast knowledge of the pipes and wiring issues in a house of our era (1950s) and told us we had safety issues beyond what the gas company found that needed to be addressed immediately. During his thorough inspection, James also found that we had a several piping and electrical wiring issues that were not up to code. These issues had not been reported in the home inspection when we purchased our home several years ago. From noon until 11:00 pm, James worked tirelessly until all issues were resolved. We would hire James at Majestic again in a heartbeat and are very grateful for his passion for his craft, high level of expertise, and concern for our safety.

We brought a new sink/faucet from IKEA for our master bathroom. The supply cords from the faucet would not reach the cutoffs. After several unsuccessful trips to Home Depot to find an attachment that would not leak, we had to call a plumber. We are so pleased with this company and the plumber, James Brewer. I called on Monday and was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. James was very competent, nice, and efficient. He also explained what he did and what/when to check for since the cutoffs are new. We will definitely use Majestic for any future plumbing needs.

I initially purchased the plumbing inspection since we had recently bought the house. The inspection went ok and I had the tech give me a quote for some other work that I wanted to get done in the future. When I was ready to have my toilet replaced, I decided to use this company because they had given me a quote that was lower than other places and I also had a repair credit from the inspection. The tech and his helper arrived a few hours late. The tech wanted me to pay more for the service, but did agree to do for the price quoted to me but acted like it was a favor. They replaced the toilet, but could not screw down my flange due to their being no subfloor beneath that area. They said that it was no problem and would just caulk the toilet to ensure it stayed in place. I'm not a plumber, but I didn't think that was right (and later confirmed with another plumbing company that it was not). They went ahead and installed the toilet and left. I go in the bathroom about 15 mins later and here a weird noise. I crawl down in my crawlspace myself and see there is a pretty good leak coming from the toilet (they did not bother to go in the crawlspace while they were there or do any leak tests). Luckily, I called and they came back. The guy looks in the crawlspace, looks around in bathroom and then tells me it is not the toilet leaking. He cuts open the wall and does not find anything. A few minutes later he says oh I guess it is the toilet. He did not even install it correctly. He fixes it and leaves. Does not bother to clean up the leak or shut the crawlspace door. I thought this was a simple task so I wasn't really worried about getting the best plumbing company. These guys still screwed up, I still paid for the service, and I did not get any apology. I would not use again or recommend them to anybody.
