Did not have it done. After the tech got here he said it would cost more for two additional lights, which would have been ok. But when he gave me the estimate it was over three times the original amount. He also said he would need to come back. He didn't seem to be interested in doing any work on the day he was here. We read and reread the requirements for the job and decided we would have the work done. I had planned to ask about getting our doorbell repaired, but after that experience decided to call a different company not on Angie's List. In fairness, the company apologized and offered to send a different tech, but because of the time wasted, we decided not to.

Great. They do what they say, with a quality--do it right the first time approach. And the price was reasonable and not jacked up at the end of the repair efforts. Definitely would hire them again!

The plumber was fine, but the $59 toilet tuneup coupon was a waste of money. It's 90 years old and original to the house. The toilet has been retrofitted with modern parts to make it water efficient. My toilet is not standard enough for the Angie's list coupon to apply. The guy looked at the toilet, took notes, and said he would have to research it further. Maybe that is a reasonable price for a toilet consult, but I would have like to have actually had the leak fixed.

Well. There was an electrical issue with one of the fixtures. The electrician was great working with it to fix it so the job could be done and I did not need a replacement fixture.

They’ve always been very responsive. They responded quickly to our call. They arrived on time. They were polite, courteous and professional to us.

I bought a deal for recess lights for $389 he told me it would be an additional $180 if I want them to install a dimmer switch or they would dem with my ceiling fan so I paid that even though it said dimmer included. A few days after the work was complete all the lights in the room stopped working they came back out and charged me $100 for something they broke. So this turned into a $600 job I feel like I could have have gone else where for a bethib and price they do the bait and switch they ALWAYS find a way to charge you more than what they advertise. I'm disappointed won't use or recommend them to anyone I bet they have no repeat customers!!! The electrician was nice he should find a better company to work for if the are doing this.

I bought Angies list deal and made an appointment. What a waste of time. I took off a day from work to meet these guys and then when they get here, two hours late, they tell me that they're not ready to work. They asked to reschedule...no way. I did the job myself in 2 hours. Forget these guys.

The electrician was very friendly and up front about the work and charges. The hole in the ceiling was certainly larger than expected, but the fan and light are now working fine!

Everything about them was an A plus, plus, plus.

They did a good job. It was more than $75, but I asked for an extra thing when they were there. To get them out to do one thing, and to do another thing was another $75. So, it was $150.

When we call we always get a live person. When they say they are gonna be here they're here on time if not before. The people that come out are very professional, very friendly, provide information, good information. They actually found a problem that I didn't even know that I had. That was the PRV valve. They were actually coming out to replace the toilet and he recommended after he did a few test. He said don't replace that toilet, you don't need to. Save your money, return the toilet. He goes its your PRV valve. I can replace that for you and give you a discount on it. They are a very honest company. Just an overall great company to work with.

The young man was fabulous and they set up the appointment quickly. The big surprise was everything he looked at there was a $250 charge for each. The coupon made it sound like we were getting at least a free service call. That wasn't doing the work that was just looking at it. The man was very good and on time. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. In fact I got a call from Majestic not long after I bought the Big Deal. I would not use them again because I now know that if I have two problems it will be $250 right off the top.

Once I purchased the deal I was sent to a drop down box to pick three business days that would work for my schedule. I happen to be off three business days in a row so I clicked on those days. This was July 10th, 11th, and 12th. I received a call one or two business days later asking me if I wanted to schedule on July 20th. I mentioned that I already used the system online giving the three business days that I would be home the entire day. I was told that they were fully booked for all of those times and would I like to schedule for July 20th when they would be able to come out. On July 20th the electrician came to our house where my mom was to receive him. He called me at work and told me that he could install the ceiling fan but he could not install the light fixture with the deal because it was a chandelier and chandeliers were excluded from the deal. He said that he could install the one ceiling fan for the whole $119. Or he could still install the ceiling fan for the whole $119 and the chandelier would be $249 extra, making the total about $370. I told him that we were not doing that and I told him he could leave. I called the office to tell them what happened. The manager told me that their normal price was $350 to install a chandelier so the electrician was really giving me a deal at an additional $249. I told the manager that the fine print on the deal does not say that it excludes chandeliers, it says that it excludes light fixtures and chandeliers OVER 30 lbs. I told the manager that the chandelier did not weigh more then 30lbs and even so the electrician's only reason given for not completing the deal was that the second item was a chandelier and not a regular light fixture. The weight of the chandelier was never a factor and never mentioned. The manager said that he would get back with me but the electrician did mention to him that the chandelier looked like an elaborate chandelier (see photo). The manager later followed up with me stating that the electrician said that the chandelier looked like it weighed 30 to 40 lbs. The manager asked me to send home a photo of the chandelier and the weight. The weight of the chandelier was exactly 14.88 lbs. This is still July 20th. So on July 20th they make my next appointment for July 26th in the morning (luckily I would be home). I receive a call on July 25th stating that they would not be able to make my appointment the next morning and that I would have to reschedule my appointment that I have for tomorrow because the electrician ran into a problem that he was working on July 25th with a different client. So my client appointment that I made July 20th for the 26th was getting forfeited to be used by another client from the 25th. This is a job that really should have been completed July 20th. The next open appointment was Friday , July 28th, between 10am - 1pm. I told them to make the appointment. I emailed the office to complain about the whole ordeal on July 25th. In response, on July 25th I received this from the office: Hello, After speaking with my electrical manager, he has stated that we will install both items for 300.00 if the light fixture/ chandelier is NOT assembled prior to our installation. If it is assembled however we will be doing the installation for 119.00. This blew me away because the all parties are and were always fully aware that they items were new still in the boxes. This was never ever mentioned even after the electrician came to our house and have already seen both items in the box. This was a NEW development only being mentioned on the 25th. There was NO issue with installing the items out of the box before. The only issue was that the item was a Chandelier and then that the item was a chandelier over 30 lbs which it turned out that the chandelier was only 14.88 lbs. Now after all of this, I was being told that they were quoting me almost 3 times as much for something that should have honestly been done on July 20th for the specified Angie's List deal of $119. My husband and I assembled but the ceiling fan and the chandelier to the point of not interfering with the wires. When the electrician arrived he said that our new price would be $300. I said that these items could not be assembled further without interfering with the installation and wiring. He changed the price to $119. That was my experience with this $119 deal and this company.

Billy was on time, worked consistently, was knowledgeable and performed the work well. He also returned to steady and anchor one ceiling fan that was wobbly due. Additionally, he instructed me on the best way to add a remote to one of the fans. I was pleased with his service.

The technician showed up promptly and did an awesome job. He was great about asking for my guidance to make sure I got just what I wanted. At the same time, he gave me some suggestions on options I had given the layout of the rooms, wall studs, etc. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend and use this company again!

Everyone was very friendly, responsive, helpful, and professional. Personnel picked up the "new" water heater at a local retailer and brought to my house. Removed the "old" water heater and took it away for disposition. Installed the new water heater and gave me instructions.

Service was great. I called and got service same day and they were extremely punctual, actually calling to see if they could come early. The technician thoroughly explained his diagnosis and then was swift in completing the repair work. Everyone was very professional, from the dispatcher to the technician. I would definitely use Majestic again.

John arrived in a timely manner and replaced the parts in the tank that had decayed. The service was carried through in a professional and clean manner. Toilet works great! Will definitely employ this company in the future! Highly recommend this company!
