I was not happy with the overall experience because the plumber did not fnish the job completely. He stopped the leak and charged me an additional $85 for 2 stems and didn't get what was needed to replace the handles and tile. He wanted to stop again to get it and that was going to cost me more money. I think that they are highly overrated, and the price is too high for what they do and don't do. I will not use them again.

I first called Majestic Plumbing over the summer to look at leaks in the basement. They were very responsive. They gave me a list of prices for a large number of repairs needed. The cost was more than we could afford, so my husband decided to call a friend to do the repairs a little at a time as funds became available. Our shower needs to be replaced due to leaks from the base. We have a large amount of cast iron piping in the basement that is leaking at the joints. Basically, we were overwhelmed with the cost of those repairs. Majestic Plumbing was very responsive for the call in November. I called them, and they were able to work the visit into their schedule same day. They had all of the parts they needed on the truck, and they were able to finish the work in about half an hour. They checked several other areas we thought may be a concern, but those areas were good.

The plumber was on time and did a fabulous job. When we checked the water heater together he pointed out a water leak in the pipe leading to my water heater that would have in time caused a flood in my house had he not noticed it. He was very polite and went above and beyond to find and fix a gas leak, fixed a toliet and dripping shower as well as reset my garbage disposal. He explained what he was doing and how much it would cost before he did any of the work. I felt comfortable enough to go to work and leave him a key to lock up when he was finished. Overall a fantastic experience and will use Majestic Plumbing again. I have lived in the Atlanta area for 14 years and this is the first plumbing company that I have found that I can trust. I used them because of a coupon I bought through Angie's List and am glad I did.

We had a 50 gallon water heater which was too small for the house and we were concerned about it's age and performance. We called Majestic to get an estimate and Charles called back the same day to discuss what we needed. We let him know we wanted to upgrade to a 75 gallon. He contacted his supplier and came out to make sure a larger unit would fit, went over everything that would need to be done (and there was a lot), how long it would take and gave us his estimate. We reviewed it and went ahead. The heater was delivered and Charles went to work. He was here for about 8 hours. There was a lot of work associated with the installation but it went well - no surprises - and has been working well. He left leaving the area clean. An aside.....Charles was focused on the task at hand. I didn't hear him playing loud music or talking on the phone. A problem I've encountered too often. We need to have the dishwasher replaced and already have an estimate so we will be calling Charles once I've picked one out.

From the moment they arrived I felt at ease. They were friendly and outgoing. They told me exactly what they were going to do and what type of access they needed. you can tell that they cared about giving great customer service. They had on name badges and uniforms which I liked because it make them seem more professional. I will use them again.

This was awesome. They made sure everything was done correctly. They coordinated well from the sales to installation and provided options for going about the work. Charles was very helpful while at our home. I would highly recommend.

I searched Angie's List for a reputable plumber. Majestic Plumbing had a goodly number of positive reviews, so I made the decision to go with them. I called, and got a quote of $219 to replace the kitchen faucet. The plumber was prompt and arrived on Friday as scheduled. When he got here, my husband (who is a mechanical engineer, but the plumber was not aware of this) met him. He looked at the type of faucet we had purchased, and he told my husband that "this is a high-end faucet, and it was going to cost us more to install. He came up with $411! He said that because it was high-end, it was more difficult to install! My husband told him that no matter what type of faucet you have, there are only two connections. I asked him what about the discounts you advertise online (his office told me that the plumber would recommend the best discount for me when he got there). He told me that I could pay $150 to get a net $75 discount! What kind of scam is this??? He tried to justify his position to my husband, and my husband told him to pack up his things and leave. One other thing that the plumber was unaware of is that we have an engineering consulting firm that specializes in mechanical, electrical and plumbing! My husband and I thought, how many other people do they do this to--elderly, single females, males who are not mechanically inclined. This is unconscionable! What kind of business is this? I thought that the businesses on Angie's List were supposed to be reputable and above reproach.

On time and professional. Completed the requested work (install two faucets) quickly and explained all parts and labor required. Quote was same as final price. Would recommend to family and friends.

Overall, it was a good experience. James was very professional and showed me everything he did from start to finish. Although the diagnosis of having to replace the pipe wasn't the news I wanted to hear, he was very professional and gave me several alternatives, which I appreciated.

I purchased one of the Big Deals. For 69.00 I was to get 225.00 worth of labor for various jobs..this did not included parts. The repairman was pleasant and knowledgeable but I guess I was disappointed in what was delivered. My expectations were to have some of the items repaired but as it turned out everything needed new parts and an additional service call with labor. The repairman did infom me that these parts were under warranty and offered to call Moen to get the parts. I guess my expectations were different for the big deals than what actually happened. For me, it turned out that I paid 69 for an assessment of what it would take to repair the items on I wanted fixed. Instead of the actual repair. So I can not honestly give a review of the quality of repairs. I will know next time that I should have the assessment done prior to using the Big Deal coupon.

The technician arrived, assessed the problem, went to the shop to pick up the unit, returned and was finished all within 3 hours.

We had a backed up toilet and this company had a repairman out before the morning was over. The representative was informative and did the job in a timely. He also gave us recommendations on what type of toilet we needed for the configuration of our pipes.

They were very good. I was very pleased with the service. They were on time and did what they needed to do. I recommended them to others. My only complaint is they offered do some research about replacing my faucet on my garden tub. However, he never followed through. I am still unsure what to do about it.

I was told they would be there between 8 and 10 a.m. but at 8:30 a.m. they called and said they were short employees so they would not come until after 12. They arrived at 12:45 p.m. and did the job in an hour. The job was good and Chris was professional; he seemed to know his craft.

.We called the plumber because we had a leak from the sink and had found water in the vanity cabinet. The first man the company sent out said we needed a whole new faucet unit for the sink. I went and purchased two (matching sinks) new faucet units and the next day a different plumber was sent. He installed the new faucets and on one sink he reversed the hot and cold water. We caught him as he was packing his truck up and he came back in and fixed it. After he left we went in and looked at the sinks and when we opened the vanity cabinet door found water dripping like rain drops under the sink. We called the plumber on his cell phone and he drove back to the house. He found he had not even tightened the new faucets up on the sink. We felt he should have at least checked for leaks before we paid him and he left. Overall we felt he was not professional. As a side comment the first man they sent covered his shoes before he came in and walked on our carpets...the man who came and did the work did not and when I rolled up the small rug he was walking on, he told me these were his "inside shoes, but he was certainly walking to and from the truck in them.

It was free of debris and the problem was solved. They did a good job. It was a good deal.

When they quoted me to come out after the camera inspection, it was outrageous. I was able to get the work done with another camera inspection for $1500 less.

Everything went great! He was able to fix in the easily, quickest and most inexpensive way. He was very polite and pleasant.

Professional, personable, and effective. I will definitely utilize their services again!

My hot water heater went out and Chris Cates with Majestic Plumbing was here within one hour to fix it. He was professional, quick and very friendly

The guy who came out said that the coupon wasn’t enough cover the work that needed to be done, so I ended up spending more than I expected. They reset a toilet, and it started leaking soon afterward, but they came out again right away and fixed it.

Todd was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All went perfectly. Happy with punctuality.
