There were no issues, everything went well.

Majestic punctual, professional and reasonably priced. One minor issue we had was that the technician installed stoppers that did not retain the water properly, but they returned and replaced them promptly when we notified them of issue. I intend on using them for my other property and will be more specific about the components that they install in the future. They are very good and I would definitely recommend this company.

Installed new tank less water heater. Replaced toilets with new low flow version.

The main water supply line to the house was leaking and I had already determined that the line was made of blue polybutylene (which pretty much means it needs to be replaced). So I called to see if they could come give me an estimate. They were unable to come out the same day (due to a large backlog of work). I scheduled an appointment for Friday 11/9/2012, but that had to be rescheduled to Saturday due to some work at their previous site taking longer than expected (according to their dispatch person). Thankfully they called multiple times to keep me in the loop. When Lonnie arrived on Saturday morning he was able to quickly develop an estimate and reviewed multiple scenarios with me on where the line may be headed but was sure to let me know that depending on where it is going into the house exactly, the price may change. He quoted me a range (which was not all that wide of a range) and we kept talking about some other things. He was extremely patient, polite, and very clear with his explanations and considerations of all the variables about what may have gone wrong (other than the fact that the line was blue poly). Based on his estimate and his overall great attitude, I knew he had given me a good price so I asked him to go ahead and locate the copper tail-out so we could begin work. He actually said that they could probably get it all done that day, so he went ahead and called in an emergency locate and within an hour all the other lines had been marked (electricity, gas, cable, etc.) so they could begin. He had trouble with availability on his water line locator (was in use by another of his technicians), so the location of the water line had to wait until Monday (11/12). Monday came around and everything worked just as it should have. (Lonnie was not available Monday so Joseph came out instead--he was GREAT as well). It took him approx. 3.5 hours to complete everything and there is just a very narrow trench line left over from where he dug. He did everything exactly as described: (1) left inspection ports for the inspector to come by and check the depth of the line (it passed inspection, by the way), (2) added a shut-off value by the road on my side of the meter (no curb key required), and performed some pressure testing after it was done. He told me that based on the pressure testing that he could tell that the pressure control value inside the house was wearing down, but that there was no need to change immediately. He explained in great detail how I would know that it finally failed and that he would be happy to fix it now or later. They guaranteed their work for the lifetime of my residency here. Overall I am extremely happy with the work that they performed.

Arrived on time. Discussed the leak. Began with my suggested issues. Located the faulty valve, Replaced it. Tested the lines for leaks again. Cleaned up went home. Price was reasonable and plumbers were professional, experienced, and friendly. The kind of guys that knocked every time they came inside.

The crew of two arrived on time and were knowledgeable and polite. The parts and services were not cheap, but I am not sure they could have been beaten by other providers. They came back the next day to tweak the pressure setting for the regulating valve to our specifications. We did use a $50 coupon from Angie's List.

We bought a new dishwasher, only to find out that the plumbing in our 50+ year old house needed to be updated to accommodate it. On top of that, we found out that the kitchen plumbing was not up to code. The plumber came out within a day of my call and gave me a very thorough estimate. The work was then scheduled within a day or two after that. The plumber did exactly what he said he would do for exactly the price he quoted. He also cleaned up very nicely after he was done -- always a plus. We would definitely use them again.

The technician (Jason Hartline) did a great job with replacing my unit, but also worked well communicating to my neighbor of the time that they would be without hot water and kept a somewhat complicated job stress free. The work was completed quickly and professionally and I thought Jason handled the neighbor situation well. I will use Majestic in the future.

My appointment got delayed from the morning to the afternoon, but Angie called the night before and kept me up-to-date on the arrival time, which was fine with me. Joshua and Dimitri were on time, knowledgeable about the problem, efficient with cleaning the clogged pipe and very friendly. I really enjoyed talking with both of them. They explained everything and I was very comfortable with what was done to clear the pipe. The price was good and I will definitely recommend Majestic to all my friends and neighbors, especially if Joshua and Dimitri handle it. Thanks guys!!!!

The service was fine and the technician was very professional.

Prices seem high to me. Rebuild of one toilet that took only 15 minutes was priced at $200. The problem that was fixed (repeated flushing) came back after 2-3 weeks. I had to get it fixed again using 24x7 plumbing.

Plumber was professional and answered all the questions I had. He also gave me an estimate for a line repair and was able to diagnose where the line blockages had occurred. He was very friendly and explained the situation in layman's terms so I could understand.

No complaints about Majestic and they did what they were called for,

My upstairs toilet would frequently stop-up and over flow. Majestic responded promptly to my call. They pulled the toilet and ran a camera down the pipe. They replaced the wax seal and supply line, and reset the toilet.

Their price quote was twice as much as plumber I reviewed quotes from for the same work.

They quoted a job that they did not know what they were doing. The guy was a jerk and ripped me off. I needed a master plumber because of the regulations in my condominium that I was renovating. The owner came out and gave me the estimate. However, a different technician came out to do the work. The price was over double what they quoted. I had to have someone else come out and re do their work. It was a horrible experience. I would never use them again. I even called and talked with the lady in the office to complain but I never heard back from the owner.

We called Majestic because we had several clogged drains. It turned out that the clogs were serious and that much of the original black iron drain piping had to be replaced. The work was done well, efficiently, promptly, professionally. We were completely satisfied with the job and would recommend Majestic to others.

They came out and quoted me close to $800 on top of the coupon. I couldn’t just use the coupon for one thing, it didn’t cover anything. I got the coupon refunded and did not use this company.

I had just purchased a house, moved 600 miles, and found many things that needed to be fixed quickly. I discovered that not only was the garbage disposal not working, but it wouldn't allow the drain to function either, and the toilet plumbing in the tank was not connected; with 6 in the house...not ideal. Chris arrived on time, was polite and professional, talked to the kids and pet the dog, then proceeded to look at the issues. I got a quote for the labor minus the Big Deal, and he went to work. He even showed my teenager how to troubleshoot the disposal in the future. I couldn't ask for much more and know that I will call them for future plumbing needs, plus Chris earned them my electrical ones once I get to that point. I don't know much about the pricing to rebuild toilets, so while I can say I think it was too high and I could have almost bought a new toilet for that, I have little doubt that I paid going rate and should hone up on my plumbing skills if I don't want to pay it.

I called on a Saturday to schedule an estimate and spoke to Angie who was really busy, but really nice about having to put me on hold and only left me holding for a few seconds. She scheduled an estimate for the following Tuesday between noon and 3pm, and explained if I liked the estimate her guy would be prepared to do the work. On Tuesday, Angie called around 10 am and said her guy could come over early, as in right now, if that was okay with me. It was, and Joseph showed up about 30 minutes later. Joseph was GREAT! He was courteous and professional explaining the quote and his experience with the type of faucet he was installing. (Plus he was nice to our big 'ol dog, which is important to us!) I told him I found Majestic on Angie's List and that I had a coupon, but he suggested I buy the Angie's Deal instead of using the coupon because it would end up saving me around $70. Perfect! I'm a big fan of saving money! I was happy with the quote so Joseph got to work. He worked quickly and explained things as he went, all the while chatting with us and being just a really nice guy. He was very thorough - he was concerned about the hot water and made sure the heat limiter on the faucet was allowing enough heat and then showed us the different settings on the faucet. What a great experience. I will definitely be using Majestic for all our future plumbing needs!

The plumber was on time and quoted a fair price. However, the serevice took much longer than expected. The job was finished but I would not use them again.
