Excellent service, very helpful.

They went to lunch, returned with two heaters, and installed and tested them in a couple of hours. They hauled off their mess. Price-wise, I haven't found a reasonably priced plumber yet, and these guys were no exception, save the offer of a cost-minimizing patch. Bottom line, I would use them again, and I recommend them for their communication, honesty and quality of work.

Joseph Hartline of Majestic Plumbing just left our house and we could not be happier with his service and Majestic Plumbing. Joseph did an excellent job with our plumbing problem and small gas line leak. He explained everything before hand, gave us an estimate which was exactly what we paid, showed us the problems, fixed them quickly and cleaned up the area before he left. We will definately be using Majestic for all our future plumbing needs and will ask for Joseph again.

Garbage disposal was leaking. They came and determined the bottom had rusted out. The plumber went out and bought the replacement and installed it.

Joesph came out, on time, and talked us through the problem. he was efficent and professional.

There was some miscommunication on the starting time. The work was supposed to be done on Thursday afternoon but darkness fell so the start time was delayed until Friday morning. The work was done efficiently on Friday morning. The coupon deal we used really helped keeping the price reasonable.

They arrived on time. Ran a camera through the sewer line. Answered any questions I had.

It was a great experience. They arrived on time and did the repair quickly. I would recommend them and I will use them again.

I HAD NO IDEA IT WOULD COST AS MUCH AS IT DID. THE SERVICEMAN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, BUT WHAT COULD I DO, I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT THE COUPON AND I NEEDED THE WORK DONE SO I JUST PAID. I FELT RIPPED OFF.

Plumber came to house to quote job. Must have misunderstood what we were looking for because when they came back to install the price was not the same. When contacted by owner of the company he did make good on what was quoted. When getting a quote, make sure that you get every detail written on the quote. Don't assume that something is obvious.

).Majestic came out in response to a plumbing emergency problem, but did not have the equipment needed to check my line completely. I was unsure why they would not bring that equipment, since I had described the problem when I call to request service. The told me that the work was finished, but when I checked, had not replaced the toilet, so I had to call to have him come back (it was several hours later before he arrived). When I called to schedule someone to come out to finish checking my sewage line, I was told there would be an additional $ 275 fee, plus a fee to remove and reinstall the toilet again. I was not pleased with this, and feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.

Overall, the job went well. The leak appeared to be repaired, and the area in which the plumber dug the hole was restored as well as I would have expected. Overall, I'd say the quality of the work was very good. However, I was not entirely happy with the professionalism of the plumber. He began by explaining that he had only been with this particular company for two weeks. That raised concerns with me because he was not familiar with the procedures of Angie's List or even of his own company. He began by telling me he would not do any landscaping to repair the work he needed to do. (In actuality, he did a very good job of repacking the sod he had dug up. But his comment raised an immediate concern with me.). Then he told me I would need to provide plastic sheeting for him to place the dug-up dirt and mud. If I couldn't provide that sheeting, he would need to charge me $50 for him to go to a store to purchase the plastic himself. At that point, I called his company to complain. The plumber's supervisor called me back about 15 minutes later and apologized for the misunderstanding. He said the plumber should not have asked me to provide the plastic sheeting, and that there was a nominal charge of $5 to cover materials of that sort that would be added to my bill. He also explained the limited scope of landscaping the plumber would do when he finished the job. He characterized this issue as a "lack of training" for this plumber. Both of these issues were dealt with well by the supervisor, and they helped clear up the bad communications. Unfortunately, after the job was over, the plumber tried to talk me into replacing the entire length of pipe from my house to the main cut-off line. This was not a hard sell, but he was a little pushy about it. I rejected the offer, and he left my house after I gave him a check for the work he completed. My overall feeling was satisfaction with the job he did. But I did not like working with this particular plumber because of his poor communication skills. I did not feel comfortable with my discussions with him.

Tech came on time, did a good job

Majestic wasn't able to come Friday when I called, but scheduled me for the following Monday and said if an opening should become available they would call. It did not, but Monday morning Charles came out. He surveyed the problem, left to purchase the supplies, and came back and completed the work. He was great and I was very pleased with the work he did. The only issue I had with the whole transaction was that I thought $600 was a too much for such a straightforward 2 hour job, but with a gas leak I had to have it done and didn't have time to get multiple bids.

The scheduling was easy. They arrived on time- 8 o'clock Saturday morning. Got right to work and completed the project within an hour. We got recommendations for further maintenance which was very useful.

Joseph arrived at our home quickly, assessed the situation, gave us good advise and replaced the water heater quickly. We were completely satisfied with his service and will use Majestic for any future plumbing needs.

This is the second time I used them. My first service representative was Joseph and he performed several repairs including a new pressure regulator, leaking faucet and a toilet rebuild. The second representative was Dimitri and was new to the company. Both representatives did outstanding quality work. Dimitri was unsure of pricing (new to their policies) and his quote was high. I only knew this because the same previous work was done by Joseph for a lower price. I pulled out my old receipt and called the home office. In the meantime Dimitri got Joseph on his phone and let me speak with him. I got a lower price but it was still higher then the original repair on a different toilet. This may have been because of multiple repairs on my previous call. Dimitri did a great job and cleaned up when he was done. Very courteous and efficient. Even though I think I payed a little to much for the repair Majestic did a great job, and I would use them again.

All work was performed professionally.
