I purchased their "Big Deal", but the service wasn't what I was expecting it would be when I spoke with them (or needed for my condo, my HOA pays for our sewer line check) so I decided to get a refund instead. They were very helpful in the refund process and very professional. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs based on their friendliness and helpfulness with the refund.

I called Majestic Plumbing Thursday afternoon and their plumber, Todd, came Friday morning. He promptly identifed the problem, gave me an estimate, made the repairs, and finished in less than an hour. I will definitely call them again on any plumbing needs.

They were on time, professional and very reasonable. They did not try to get me to do work beyond what I needed and I would certainly use them again.

I liked the fact that when I called to schedule the appointment they said that if we agreed to the estimate they could start work immediately instead of having to then schedule another appointment. They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional Since we were planning on a full remodel of our bathrooms a few years down the road, they tried to advise on only the work that had to be done in order to save us some money. So a potenital $1300 job turned into a $500 job of which we were very satisfied with the end results. The main leak was fixed, and they replaced the tub fixtures in the guest bath to help control a small drip. We had decided not to replace the guest bath pipes until the remodel, so this was a nice gesture to minimize leak issues in the tub until we could get to the full remodel. We had one area of disappointment. The plumber had to cut off a pipe and seal it until he could return the next day with the proper equipment to fix. We were not upset about going into a second day, because we had may some decisions to save money it changed the scope of the project and what he needed. However, the pipe he cut and sealed caused the current leak to travel and drip out through another pipe into our drywall overnight. It was a simple mistake, but difficult to explain exactly what happened. Regardless, the point is it could have been prevented. There was no real damage done, we just had to dry out the drywall before sealing. The plumber was very apologetic and courteous, but nothing else could be done at the point. He continued with the work without any other issues. Because of all the other great things, I am willing to forgo a single mistake and would call upon Majestic again.

I emailed majesty plumbing about 11:30 pm Sunday evening. At 8:30 am i received a call from majesty plumbing asking me what the issue was and how they could help. Although they were booked that day but they promised to squeeze us in that day. Around 11:30, they came to my home and fixed the problem. They were professional, timely, and did what they said they would do. I paid just what was asked on the listing. The worker even provided tips on how to avoid clogs in the future.

It turned out good, and the tech gave me some good suggestions for the future.

The gentleman did a fine job going over things, but felt he should have reccommended a new hot water heater as opposed to fixing a 7 year old water heater for $350-$400.

I bought a big deal. Not sure what I spent. Thought it would cover a couple hours' worth of work, but they charge by the task. This may be standard; i don't know. So, he cleaned out my pipe. He said he took it apart. I did not watch. But, a couple months later, it is clogged again. I do not throw hair down my sink, so I really don't get why.

I purchased a Big Deal for this my first use of Majestic Plumbing. They sent the plumber that same afternoon. He was professional and courteous. He asked questions that demonstrated his experience and used my answers to shorten the time he took to complete the diagnosis. I asked if I could observe his work and he cordially agreed. He not only explained what he was doing he responded to my curiosity with more detail. I will certainly use this company for all future plumbing work at my home.

I wasn't please with the service advertised and what was performed. The company advertised flushing the water heater and whole house inspection; however, as soon as the guy arrived he asked the age of the tank and said it was too old to flush. Said it had to be within a year of purchase. I never saw that in any of the fine print advertisement. For comparison I asked that he give me a quote on a couple of repairs. It would be over $1,000 to replace the hot water tank. Reading the quote "To perform a minor rebuild of toilet in master bath" $210, and to replace cartridge on tub/shower value (Delta) was $249. I wouldn't use them again.

Bottom line was that he gave me estimates for work that could account for our problem but recommended that we see if the problem comes back or not. All that at no charge which makes me respect them for when we do need work.

The previous adapter that was installed separated from the copper pipe and flooded my downstairs bathroom. Luckily, I was home at the time, heard the rushing water and had it turned off less than a minute after it started. James, the plumber, arrived the following morning, replaced the damaged adapter, checked for leaks and had my water turned back on in less than a half hour. I received an Angie's List first-time-customer discount of $50. I felt that the final price was a bit steep considering the time spent on the job, but it was worth it for the peace of mind knowing that the repair work was done by a professional licensed plumber.

We called majestic plumbing because we were having issues with a clogged toilet. They immediately came out to our house. Upon looking at the issue they told us they could fix it for 200 but they also told my husband how he could fix it himself with the necessary tools if he wanted. My husband ended up being able to fix the issue himself after the plumber told him how. We really appreciated their honesty and presenting us with all options even if it did not earn them money right then. It definitely showed that they care about their customers and will earn them our business again in the future.

The company's office kept me informed of the arrival time of the plumber. The plumber was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the situation and discussed different approaches. He was candid and informative.

What great service. They showed up when they said they would. And they did what they said they would do on time and on budget. Not only that, we had they look a another issue while they were out- dripping shower head. The previous plumber told us he'd have to rip out a wall and wanted over $400 bucks. Majestic fixed it for $75, and guaranteed the work. Now, 9 mo later? Still good. They are not the cheapest, BUT you get what you pay for. Quality service done right!

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Joseph told me the pros and cons of everything I wanted to do and helped me see the cost/benefit of different projects.

Their plumber came promptly, did a professional job, and cleaned up after the job was complete. I would use them again.

I would absolutely use them again. The office staff were very courteous and kept me informed especially when they had to cancel the original appointment.

Trouble shorted. The fan problem installed box and new outlet.

Overall, the experience was fine. However, given the time involved and the parts needed, I think the charges were very high even after discount and coupon.

The plumber was able to figure out that the previous company that repaired our main sewer line had not tied in all of the lines from the house to the new sewer line. This was why the shower and toilet were still backing up despite several service attempts. Rather than charge us for the correction, the plumber recommended we contact our first company and let them know they had never completed the job. He said to let them know he would back us up if there were any problems. The original company came back out for no charge and corrected the problem. We were really impressed that Majestic cared more about us getting a fair deal than about making what could have been easy money for them.

I answered a call from my son who came running up the stairs saying we were going to have the ceiling explode into the downstairs bedroom. I ran down to look and found a bulge the size of a kingsize bed in my ceiling and it looked like it was about to break open. I took a nail and inserted a small hole in the ceiling with a bucket under it and the water started flowing out. I kept emptying buckets until it slowly trickled (the hole was over to the side) and then went and check Angie's List for a plumber. I called Majestic Plumbing, told them what I thought it was - that a pipe must have a leak and they said they would be right out, but that they were 45 miles from me and it would be a little bit. They arrived at my home and we took them downstairs. They identified the problem, ran the water line all the way and discovered it was the refrigerator ice maker. They pulled the refrigerator away from the wall, cut off the ice maker, clipped the water line and shut it down so it would not continue to leak. All of this was done on an emergency-type basis. After this was done, I was told the rest of the work would need to be done after the floor had been dried out and the refrigerator replaced. I was told this happens a lot of time to refrigerators and ice makers. They presented me with a bill and then recommended another company, Archer Reconstruction, which was down the road from their location. They recommended I call them for the restoration work - drying out my floor, replacing the wallboard, etc. I was told they were a good company. That is where the problem lies. They probably should not recommend other people unless they know for a fact that those companies do timely, punctual and professional work. Majestic Plumbing is an excellent company. They perform high quality work and are very puntual and professional. The only situation is their price and they have to be paid on the spot. They also will not bill you with payment due in 15 days or 30 days. They are not set up for any kind of 90 days same as cash or 50% down and the rest in 30 days. Nothing like that - and that makes it difficult when something happens on the absolute spur of the moment - which was what happened in our case.
