One of my outside spigots would not turn the water off, so I would have to go into the basement to shut it off. I set up an appoitment with Joseph and he arriived on time and inspected the faucet. Instead of replacing the faucet altogether, he explained he could replace the seat and washer. His professionalism really impressed me and saved me alot of money. I will recommend him anytime.

'Joseph was polite, professional, did good work, and put up with my husbands yammering. :) The original time for arrival was between 2-5. We received the heads-up call at 5:00, and were told he would be here in 45 minutes. He actually arrived much sooner than that, probably around 5:15. In his defense we were having major storm warnings, and we live off of 316 (which is off of 85). I am sure the roads were a mess, and the caller was very apologetic. We called because of a leak in the tub. Joseph took us through each step of what he would need to do to ascertain the problem and the cost. He started with free, and worked his way up as the problem was still not identified. After eliminating other possibilities it seems likely that the leak was caused by cracks in the tub itself. He gave us a referal both to have the tub replaced and to have the tub sealed. While he was there he noticed that our toilet was missing a flange bolt, the wax ring needed to be replaced, and that the last owners of the house had left the caulking a big gross mess. He offered to fix it and quoted us the $285. He also said that he would comp us the bathroom work since he did not actually make a repair if we fixed the toilet. We had been planning on having this work done since moving in, but didn't think it was as pressing as some of our other issues (it just looked ugly). Since we had him there anyways and it would save us a call and another appointment in the future, we had the work done. Turns out it was a good thing since once the work started it was really obvious that a leak was imminent. The toilet now looks great. Like others it does seem pricey for the work. However, I am personally prepared to pay more if I feel that I am getting good service and quality work. Also, they are very clear about costs throughout the entire process, so if you it is too pricey you simply do not have the work done.

I purchased a special offer but had to end up paying more because there was a special piece of equipment that they needed to fix the leak. It was a fairly expensive piece that had to be bought separately. He was on time, straightforward, told me exactly what was wrong with it and knew exactly what the fix was, knew the way to fix it, and went and got the piece to fix it. He didn't have the piece to fix it so had to go to a separate store to buy it and came back and solved the problem. It was a little more complicated than I thought it would be, but I wouldn't say it was negative.

Sadly a waste of money. He came out looked at a few things. He suggested we check with our home warranty for coverage instead. He wasn't here a full hour and just assessed things without doing any service. He was polite, but we felt like we'd wasted $69.

Majestic timed the install of the new brass water main to coincide with the install of a retaining wall. Work was permitted and approved. It seemed a bit pricey considering it was only a couple of days worth of work.

My wife and I decided to call a plumber when we noticed air bubbles and water flowing back into our toilet when we ran the washing machine, which we suspected was being caused by a partial clog in the sewer line below the toilet. I called Majestic late in the day on Wednesday, and they gave me a choice between paying to send someone out that night or having someone come the next day for a free estimate. Since it was not an emergency, I opted for the next day. They called 20 minutes before arriving, which I appreciated since it allowed me to stay at work until I got the call to come home and meet the plumber. The plumber was friendly but a bit difficult to comprehend because of his thick Russian accent. He investigated the problem and said he would have to remove the toilet to cable the drain pipe. I questioned whether that was necessary and had him do a little more investigation, going into the crawlspace to look at the sewer line. He then determined that it would be better to access the sewer line from the vent pipe on the roof. He gave me an estimate for about $450, which seemed a little high to me, but I agreed to let him do the work because I wanted to get it over with. He did the work promptly and efficiently, and now everything runs smoothly. Majestic gave a one-year warranty for the work. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, although I wonder if I paid a little too much.

Mistakes happen. How it's handled is what makes or breaks it. With all the rave reviews for Majestic, I decided to give them a try for my leaky faucet. Unfortunately, there was a scheduling mistake and no one showed up during my allotted time. When I called to find out where the plumber was, and the mistake was realized, Majestic handled the mistake with professionalism and outstanding customer service. They were able to get me a plumber first thing the next morning and fixed my leaky shower. Majestic realizes that not only are we, as customers looking for someone to fix or plumbing needs, but also handle us with the respect that we deserve. I will absolutely be spending my money on Majestic again for my plumbing needs. I hope to see them around for a long, long time, and I hope you gave them a try too.

OK!!! but pricey for what was done

They did a good job. He was a very sharp, competent person.

Plumber was on time as promised. He explained what work had to be done to conform to code. All his conversation and explanations were very professional and understandable. The work was completed well and in a timely manner.

From the time I called until they arrived was less than 2 hours which was awesome. This was on a Saturday as well. The person answering the phone was awesome and the plumber was very experienced and quickly performed the task at hand. They charged $240 to solder the copper supply line to the kitchen which had a very small hole in it as a result of the electrician putting a screw through it while mounting a light fixture. Even though the electrician paid the bill I felt $240 was rather pricey for something that took less than 30 minutes plus the plumber was already in my neighborhood

He arrived on time, was very polite, honest and knowledgable.

When service person arrived he sat down and quoted about $500+. I was very disappointed in the price and told him I could not afford that. Then he actually looked at the two toilets. Next he quoted me the $150. From what he did I could have done it myself, however they no longer leak.

It ended very well. We called Majestic out because we heard noise in the pips, and a toilet wasn't working. so we had them do an inspection of our toilets. come to find out one of them was broken and the water continued to flow slowly in and out of the tank. We have an outdoor water spicket that the pressure is so high it blew out 4 garden hoses. At first it was diagnosed the the problem with the pressure value in the house located at the basement. The toilet was properly diagnosed, he gave us a recommendation on the toilet and I decided to do that myself. The second plumber came out a few days later to install a pressure value and he determined that it was not the problem.

They did a good job. It was a Big Deal that I purchased. Overall it went fine. They came in, did the work and got out.

Called with problem on Friday before Christmas but not an emergency. They came on Wednesday. But I had to call to see why they were not at our house yet. Our service request got lost.

The technician was very polite but I never heard from them again. I expected a return call after attempt to find parts. It turned out that one of the faucets did not need to be replaced.

They're price was high. We went with Lowe's.

Awesome, took about an hour, could not ask for a better job!

We called Majestic Plumbing as a last resort. We've had a running toilet in our guest bath for months now and we've had two other plumbing companies come out and "fix" it for us. I was throwing a dinner party the following weekend and really wanted this problem fixed pronto. Chad from Majestic Plumbing showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough investigation of the problem and figured out what the other companies couldn't-that the problem wasn't the actual toilet but the pressure bladder. This device was broken, messing up the water pressure throughout the house and causing the guest toilet to run constantly. He told me that the pressure bladder would have to be replaced as well as the line going into it (it has fallen and the line was bent). I told him that I really needed this work done ASAP so he moved some things around in his schedule to fix it that day. He went to Home Depot and go the pressure bladder and a new line. He completely fixed it and took the old parts with him. He answered all of my questions about everything and was just very nice and professional. I told him how frustrated I was as this was the third plumbing company I had had come out to fix the toilet and didn't want to deal with it anymore. He assured me that if it started running again, he would come back and fix it for free. I haven't had a problem with this toilet since Majestic Plumbing came and fixed it. I won't hesitate to call them again if we have any more issues.

went alright, not happy having to have it re done however the second rep was very nice and informative and did not charge.

Prompt service, good discussion, very impressed that they waived fees even after performing inspection.

Compared quite a few plumbers, this one was very well priced, and we had a deal from Angies to add. Guys were overall pleasant, punctual, if a bit talkative. Work seems great, though only a few weeks old so far.
