Other than being a bit late, the experience was wonderful. Again Sandy was extremely nice to work with. I would recommend he and the company again.

Majestic's technician was very responsive and professional after I had received the runaround for over 24 hours with another company associated with my home warranty company. The technician seemed more than eager to help and completed the job in a timely manner.

The person who came out to work was pleasant and knowledgeable and was pleasant by nature. He worked in the basement area very willingly and happily.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal Coupon for this service. Their service was good and they were prompt; they came when they said they would. They were good to follow-up afterwards to see if I needed any other work done. They were very conscientious and professional; I was completely satisfied. The quality of work was good; they had new equipment and their work was exactly everything that they represented it to be.

Joseph did a very nice job of adding a water faucet to my second story deck for watering my plants. He placed it in a protected corner and added a drain hose to prevent freezing. We are very pleased with the job, and will definitely call again.

I recently bought my first home and needed some items taken care of that came up on my home inspection so I called Majestic Plumbing after reading their reviews on Angie's List. The guys came out and handled all these items in a prompt manner at a reasonable price. The guys that came out were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The price was a little higher then I was anticipating but well worth it. Thanks and keep up the good work.

The plumber was on time, pleasant, and courteous. He determined that the leak is coming from the dishwasher, and while under the sink area he tightened a supply valve nut. Because of its age I decided to buy a new dishwasher. He also stated that the garbage disposal shows signs of leaking and needs to be replaced. I was given an estimate of $340 to install a dishwasher that I would supply, and $234 to replace the garbage disposal with one that I supply ($295 labor if I don't have the dishwasher installed at the same time). I then bought the dishwasher at Lowes where I was charged $125 to install the new one, and received all of that back in a rebate promotion. The Lowe's installer was in and out of the house in about an hour and did an excellent job. While Majestic's diagnostic fee is fair, I can't see where the replacement of a dishwasher should cost $340 in labor costs where all of the connections are already there and the entire job takes no more than one hour. As for the disposal, I still use the old one. It has been almost 5 months since Majestic Plumbing came out and the disposal isn't leaking into the undercabinet, and still works. While it may "show signs of leaking", replacing it is not yet necessary and would have cost me some $500 (cost of a new one and the installation cost) had I followed the plumber's advice. Based on the other reviews, it would seem that Majestic employs competent plumbers that do good work, but based upon the cost and recommendations I received on relatively simple work, I will try a different plumber next time.

The tech. Charles was very professional and did the job very well. He explained what he was doing and left us very happy.

They did a great job. They were quick to diagnose the problem and resolve it.

I called on a Saturday night when we noticed the damage had gotten worse. Someone answered the phone immediately and I was able to get in touch with a plumber (Claude) immediately. After discussing the problem with him we both agreed it didn't seem likely to be an emergency worth paying an after-hours fee and should be scheduled that following Monday. I had to call on Monday to get it scheduled but they were able to fit me in last minute. I was given a window of 12-3 and Claude arrived right at 12pm. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the leak (T-joint above the ceiling had a very slow leak that only occured when something in the upstairs guest bathroom was used) and everything was completed within 2 hours and I was able to get back to work. One thing to note is that the company does not repair the drywall damage so that will require further work to be done. But I was expecting that and it was fully explained to me prior to services being performed. So that's not a complaint, just a heads up for others facing a similar problem. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and the professionalism of the work done.

The technician who performed the work was professional, courteous, and prompt. They even followed up with an additional call to make an adjustment with no additional charge. I will definitely use them again.

I was having problems with the shower on my master bathroom. It had very little water pressure. Derek, from Majestic, came and gave me an estimate. A week later, once the parts arrived, he came back and fixed the problem. The shower has never worked better!

He returned with Sandy on the promised day, and they did what they needed to do in a expedient but pleasant manner. I would recommend these guys to my family, friends and neighbors.

Two plumbers came out the same day I called. They checked the water meters and were able to determine that county water was not leaking. So I was stumped and asked what my next steps should be. They suggested I call county (DeKalb) water to see if there was a sewer leak. The Majestic employees were polite and very helpful. While I didn't need their services then, since they did not charge me for a service call, I decided I would turn to Majestic Plumbing when I do need a repair. I was tremendously impressed by their courtesy. End of story: DeKalb County water came immediately and did two sets of water testing that revealed I had an underground spring and not a leaky sewer line.
