Majestic Plumbing were very prompt. I called them as soon as I saw the leak, and they just happened to be in the neighborhood, working on someone else's house. He came to look at the problem, then went back to the house he had been working on and came back to my house after lunch and was done with my problem that afternoon. It was very good. They're very professional, fast and they did a good job. The customer service did a good job too.

After I purchased the "Big Deal" several days went by with out hearing from Majestic. I emailed them and then they responded very quickly. On time and courteous for the inspection and service. I would use them again.

The service was very good and they were very prompt but they were a little expensive.

Downstairs neighbors reported water leaking down from the ceiling in their shower area. As soon as we found out, we stopped using the shower/tub in that bathroom until we we could have a plumber come out. First plumber we called (from another company) told me that the problem was the shower valve, and that he would have to remove all of the tile from one wall of the shower in order to fix the leak. We then called Majestic plumbing for a second opinion. Sandy from Majestic Plumbing came out on time to take a look. He also determined that the problem was likely the shower valve, but he said that he could avoid tearing out tile by going through the sheetrock on the other side. He quoted me a repair cost range and assured me that the job would definitely not cost any higher than the top of the range he quoted. The top of the range he quoted was still $600 less than what I was quoted by the first plumber. I had MANY questions for him, and he patiently answered every one of my questions very thoroughly. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Because of our great experience with Sandy and the better price quoted, we opted to go with Majestic and scheduled the repair. Sandy was there on time and did a great job fixing the leak. I will use Majestic again for any future plumbing-related needs.

They were on time, did the work, were pleasant. I am glad, however, that I purchased a coupon on Angie's list for $85 for $155 worth of work. We were also interested in getting estimates for replacing two toilets and a garbage disposal. But after hearing the estimate for the labor (MUCH more than the toilets and the garbage disposal, which we would have to buy), I doubt we would use them again unless there was a coupon on Angie's list. Overall, they did exactly what we wanted done and did it well. Chris (I think that was his name) was very pleasant. But $550 labor to install two toilets seemed a bit high.

They fixed a toilet, but had to back out the next day because it still wasn’t working properly. It resulted in them having to replace the toilet. They did a good job. The guys that came out both days were very knowledgeable and professional. They took the $85 amount off the total price of replacing the toilet.

My wife and I were satisfied with the service. We were given a 10% discount by my being a Ko rean war vet eran.

Our gas water heater pilot light began giving us problems a couple of months ago. The first time it happened, I couldn't get it relit (I wasn't doing it right :) so after checking Angie's List I called Majestic Plumbing around 5:30pm, and was pleased to get a live person. I was expecting to have to leave a message. The technician Joseph, who told us he was in the owner's family, came out the next morning early on his way to another job and was able to get the pilot light relit. He did not charge us for the visit or for relighting the pilot! We discussed some reasons that the pilot light might be going out, and based on the age of the water heater (>10 years) he told us that the heater was likely nearing the end of its useful life. Sure enough the pilot light continued to go out over the next few weeks, and finally it went out and I was again unable to get it relit. I again called Majestic and Joseph came over, where he confirmed that the light was dead. We could have repaired the pilot light for several hundred $, but with the great possibility of rust in the tank we decided to purchase a new one. For various reasons we decided to go with another gas heater. Majestic was able to get in the next day to replace the heater, and updated the plumbing and gas fixtures around the heater as well. I was very impressed with Joseph's expertise, good customer service, and great responsiveness. I highly recommend Majestic for hot water heater service.

It went fine. It wasn’t exactly what I expected, but Majestic turned out to be an excellent provider. At first they didn’t seem like they knew about the coupon, but then they were able to honor it. The price was more than I was expecting, a bit more than the cost of the Big Deal, but it was fair for the work they did.

Just Great over all, Answered the call to set the appointment. Showed up on time set up the work completed the work very helpful.

A service call was scheduled within one day of my having contacted Majestic. The serviceman came within the committed timeframe, provided a reasonable estimate of the work which I approved, and completed the job quickly.

Overall, it was good. The worker who came out told me that he had to order a special part and that it would be in within a week. I was inconvenienced that the work wasn’t able to be completed that day because my dog had to be put in the kennel. When I told Majestic that I was told this part had to be ordered, they were appalled. They sent a manager over immediately and told me that part was in stock on each company vehicle. They came out and replaced the part at no extra cost for me.

Had a problem with leaking cold water on jacuzzi tub in master bath. Got worse and seemed to be dripping down stem and not just into tub. Majestic was Very prompt about scheduling appt and came at scheduled time. Repair took all day but he worked steady and was a perfectionist... Fixed problem and told me/repaired problem that was causing issues with water heaters. (we had replaced water heater three times in 10 years with other plumber) Majestic showed how the PSI was too high which was causing water heaters not to last. Really felt good about service. Great service from Majestic! In particular Joseph, the plumber dispatched to our office to repair a failed hot water heater. We found Joseph to be very helpful and professional. Joseph was prudent in obtaining the correct diagnosis of our hot water heater by enlisting the help of an electrician within the company. Together they located the problem. Joseph went above and beyond his duties and addressed these issues with the Managment (Landlord) or our premises. Due to his diligence, the Landlord paid the entire bill!

The company was very responsive and got back to me the following day. However, I thought the cost was very high. $468 to install two faucets/popups, $700 to install a faucet in the shower (had to cut out the back wall to get to the faucet); $109 to snake one sink drain; $342 to install stop valves in two bathrooms). I provided the hardware for the faucets which I bought at home depot, so this was not a cost involved in what I paid the company. I think I must have been paying for service per hour rather than the actual job required which is why the cost was excessive. I was going to have the company install a water heater but have decided against this due to the cost of this smaller job.

I made a call because my toilet was spewing water all over the bathroom floor when I tried to turn the water off. If I left the water on, the toilet constantly ran. The plumber came and looked at the toilet. He checked the water pressure and said there was too much pressure and the valve coming into the house needed to be replaced and that would cost over $350.00. He tightened the turnoff valve coming into the toilet so you could turn the water off but the toilet still constantly runs if you leave it on. He said there was no use fixing it since the water pressure was so strong. I don't really believe that the toilet could not be fixed, since none of the other toilets run and this is the one that is farthest from where the water comes into the house. He did not charge me anything but hurried out before I could think about what he had told me. I have Superior Plumbing five or six time and for the first time, I was just not happy with their service. Majestic Plumbing called me because they were very concerned with my original review. They set up a time when Joseph could meet me at a time that was very convenient for me. Joseph showed up on time. Listened to my concerns and made sure he took care of my toilet leaking and I was happy before he left. He even called me later to see if all was going well. I am not very happy with Majestic as I have been in the past and have changed my ratings to much higher. Although I do not feel I could give an "A" rating before of my first experience, I did up it to a "B" overall.

Sandy provided excellent service, was prompt and courteous, and was a pleasure to do business with. He did an excellent job and his work was high quality. I did end up spending much more than I thought I would to reconnect the water supply and drain to the new sink. Even with the Angie's List coupon, it was an expensive visit. I am very happy with the service, though.

I have no dos and donts because the Rep was early. The Rep kept in contact with me to be sure it was a good day for him to come out. He was not pushy- just informative. I felt he was honest about what could be salvaged vs. what needed to be replaced.

First guy out for an estimate spoke with such a thick accent that I had a difficult time understanding him. Called their office while he was still here and they said other customers had same complaint. He left after giving me a quote that was very, very high for the work involved. They said a supervisor would call me to "translate" what the guy said. They didn't call. I called Angie's List days later to get another plumber or my 'Deal' money refunded. Instead, they called Majestic and I get a call from them to arrange for another guy to come out. Second guy comes out and he is very competant and language is no problem. We discuss what needs to be done and he gives me a written quote. I agreed to it but I still thought the quote is very high for the work/time involved, since everything is easily accessed and exposed. The actual installation only involved turning off water from outside, draining the pipe (which is isolated from the house water by another valve), cutting a 1/2-inch pipe, install and solder the water pressure valve (quoted at around $70), turn water back on. $353 for the job seemed high to me. The technician showed up very promptly. The actual work went quickly (about an hour), smoothly and was well done. However, the technician had to leave and buy a back-check valve, which he had agreed to install on his first visit. Even with the Angie's Deal my cost still came to nearly $300 which I still think was a bit pricey for the time/work involved.
