It went great. It was a small job, but the company treated us like a major job. Super nice technician. He was communicative and on time.

All work was completed plus he repaired and extra faucet with no charge.

Tech was on time, wore booties in the house, check all plumbing line visually, and check every toilets and faucets for leaks. also clean faucet heads. Flush water heater and explain how the residues looked. Discusses water heater replacement and received a quote the next day. Very efficient and professional

Our hot water tank went out. I purchased a tank but wanted a licensed plumber for the install. I have used Majestic Plumbing before and have always been satisfied with their service. I called Majestic at 7:00 AM and Jerron showed up at 9:00 AM - very fast response!. He reviewed the job with me and we agreed on the price. Jerron did a great job on the install. He brought everything up to code and his work was was awesome. He even let me watch and didn't charge me extra :). I will definitely use Majestic in the future. If you call, ask for Jerron. You will not be disappointed.

Outstanding. Lonnie made himself available when I needed him and gave me excellent advice that really helped me get the last bit of use out of my 14+ yr old water heater. Bob was polite, pleasant, professional and competent. Also, they have done work for me before and they have always been honest with me. I will definitely call them again.

I used this service last year for an emergency stoppage. They came promptly and snaked the line. I felt like they wanted to sell a larger job and not 100% confident with the scope and quote given for the larger job so wanted to get a second opinion. However, I was advised that snaking of my line had a warranty for 1 year and if another clog happened they will come out again at no charge. Well one year came, and I started experiencing another issue and wanted to see if they would honor the warranty even though it was 10 business days passed the one year mark. They wouldn't honor it which is unfortunate. Within their right but still unfortunate customer service...therefore I will shop around for another business for that reason.

He said it would just clogged and that he'd just need to snake it and was going to charge me close to $300 for it! I'm appalled at that price for such a minor job. I have a snake and would rather just do it myself.

Hot water temperature not working to full potenial. Called and they got someone over to the house to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. Jerron spent most of the day working & fixing the problem. Very polite and professional. He also point out that the thermal expansion tank had no support, and placed an band iron around it at no cost. He gave us some great advice on maintaining our hot water heater going forward. Just received a thank you card in the mail as well. Have used them before and will use them again for all plumbing issues.

Perfect service. Dekalb Couty turned my water off at 8:30 on Tuesday night. I had a scheduled service later in the week, but wasn't going to live without water. I called Majestic hoping to hear back Wednesday morning. I left a message and within minutes was called back. He came early the next morning on his way into work and was on time, thorough and professional. Excellent experience.

Wonderful Technician was very nice.

Called Majestic Friday morning and the technician,Allen, showed up the next morning on time. He took a look at what was exposed and gave me an educated explanation of what he felt was the problem as well as a solution. He took about 8 minutes calling the main office to explain the issues and discuss his proposed solution and came back to me with an estimate that made me than happy Work was started within 10 minutes with an estimated 4-6 hour finish time. Besides the issue of not giving my wife a sufficient notice everything went smoothly. Allen periodically let me know what was he was finding and whether or not the solution would change. About two and a half hours later the job was finished and done professionally. By the way, Majestic takes 50.00 off for new customers. Our bill total was 1200. This was fine for me after getting 6 estimates with the top amount of 2300 and the lowest at about 900 but none working the weekend. Allen also looks at my pump situation explain the county codes (for the drain and pump) and suggested a solution with probably estimate. He and his boss are coming back at a later date for a more accurate estimate. Overall courteous, professional, informative, and friendly. They will be the first ones called for any other issues.

Amazing! Ben Stickney, the plumber, was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond by repairing a pipe that was too long when installed - he soldered it so that the shower handle and faucet would be more stable. Thank you for a job well done! We will call you for future plumbing needs!

I then had a certified electrician who came in and complete the work for $250

Estimate was given work was done when promised. Work supervisor was excellent.

John Fink and his partner (Sorry, I don't have his name) were great! I met with John for the estimate, which was much better than the other two companies who tried to oversell me (probably bc I'm a woman). John was honest, explained everything to me thoroughly and didn't try to rip my bathroom apart like the other companies. When he arrived the next day, they were professional, friendly and quick! While teaching me a little about the plumbing in my house, John's partner found another leak in my unfinished basement. I agreed to price and they quickly went to work. I will absolutely use Majestic again because I feel good about their workmanship and I do not feel ripped off.

He installed a minor fix on a toilet

Very well. The initial fan I purchased (not from Majestic) was defective and I had to get another. Majestic electrician came back the next week to install the replacement fan with no fuss.

They were fine except for they were late the second visit. It was fine and acceptable. Quality was fine. He was very kind. He tried to find everything he could do and why we had to replace this part and what was wrong. I would use them again.

The price of $942 seemed outlandish for approximately 6 manhours, plus a CVC cleanout pipe but I don't know how that compares to the competition.

Outstanding service. On time, no additional costs, good product, reviewed with us the service he provided, left area spotless. Would highly recommend.

It went well. There were initially some issues,but they resolved them and honored the deal I purchased which says a lot about customer service. Hence the B for responsiveness.
