Description of Work: I had a tub that had a faucet leak and a garbage disposal that needed to be replaced. The service guy gave me several options in repairing the tub which saved me approximately $400 because I thought I would have to replace all the guts, lines and all. I had the supplies needed and he was quick and it was a great solution at a far more reasonable cost. The disposal was pretty cut and dry and no additional charges were added. He did suggest that I might want to replace the polypropylene piping that is running into my house. The service company works on a industry standard project base for pricing and not on an hourly base. This is quite refreshing in this day and age. I think they did an exceptional job both in responsiveness and professionalism and highly recommend Majestic Plumbing.

Description of Work: We've been working on a major reno job and have hired Majestic Plumbing multiple times. We never felt a need to go elsewhere once we found them because they were reasonably priced, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. No complaints at all.

Description of Work: Lonnie worked hard and fast as soon as he got here! He also took the time to explain the problem and was upfront about the costs, which were reasonable. He and his assistant Jacob did a great job! I would recommend this company and Lonnie to friends.

Description of Work: Office staff very professional when we called to inquire about our need for a plumber. Company provided verbal quote for services between $200 - $280. Plumbing problem was with sink valves and clogged faucet head. Wes and Jacob called and confirmed the appointment on 2/11. They showed up on time and diligently worked to solve the plumbing problem. Wes and Jacob were professional and efficient. Services performed in one visit and they worked on the sink, valves and faucet until the problem was solved. Finished price came in at $268 right within quoted range. Majestic Plumbing offered a $50 off coupon as a first time Angie's List customer. Final price after coupon discount was $218 and the sink works better than ever. Wes, Jacob and Majestic Plumbing solved the problem efficiently and cost effectively. Thanks to the Majestic team. Description of Work: Called several plumbers to fix a pin hole leak in basement copper pipe. Had one "big" company come out and quote me. Felt like I was being taken for a ride. Called Majestic. They sent Wes & Jacob out promptly. Fixed the leak at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the experience. Will absolutely call them first. Also used an Angies List coupon which was great. Terrific job.

Description of Work: We ended up not choosing this company to provide us a new water heater. They were slightly more expensive and further away from our home than a local plumbing service we have used in the past. We happily went with them again; Arrowhead Plumbing.

Description of Work: I've used Majestic several times. They've installed a water heater, water filtration system, new toilets, new fixtures, and done miscellaneous repairs. They are always quick to respond and very professional. Several times, their technician Joseph recommended alternatives that saved us money, and he even reminded me on one occasion to go print out the Angie's list coupon to save 10%. They are usually not the lowest cost alternative, but their prices are competitive and it's worth a small premium to me for the excellent service they provide.
