He promptly picked the phone and without calling or reminding him again, he called when rain caused interruption to original schedule. Brought required tools and patiently fixed the task on hand. I would recommend him without hesitation.

The end result is great, we are very happy wth the work done. They were professional, timely, and we would hire again/recommend to others. We are planning to use them again in the future for more projects.

firstly there was a misunderstanding that he would come on Saturday to do the work but instead, he came only to give a quote. OK that was fine. I hired him on a daily rate for 8 hours. He came and did quite good work. One of the paintings was a set of 2 and he did not hang at the same level. And over the last few days, some of the hooks have come loose from the wall. I supplied the screws etc. but he installed. I asked him to come back and fix the painting and he said he would have to charge me because he was not paid for the job but for his time. Which I thought was ridiculous so I hung up on him and fixed the paintings and hooks myself. Too many others to choose from for such work ... won't be using again.

These guys are something else! Don't bother with them they will waste your time! I claimed the redemption code on Angie's list only to be bait and switched I was told he would rather put me on a contract and would get back to me by the end of the day. He never did and never honored the Angie's list redemption code which is currently sold out. These guys are liars and is a huge waste of time.

Leo was readily available over the phone and text. He came beforehand to assess the job to be done- which I needed it done urgently. He came as promised and completed the work to my full satisfaction. I would certainly hire him again.

He did a great job on painting, repairs and yard cleanup. All jobs were done as agreed. Leo was/is always professional and polite. I would hire him again.

Leo’s did a beautiful job prepping and painting our walls and trim. They painted from crown molding to baseboard in our two story great room, foyer and keeping room as well as a stairway including ballisters and step risers. They took pride in the quality of their work, were polite, neat and prioritized completing the job to our satisfaction! We are very happy with the outcome and would absolutely hire again for our next project!

They did a great job and will be using them again for other jobs. Fair price and great work. I would recommend using them.

They arrived timely and performed the needed taks

It went really well. I had a long list, and Leo was very upfront about what he could, and could not, do a good job of. He showed up when he said he would, did what I had asked him to do, and cleaned up well afterward, all for a fair price.

Leo and his workers were very responsive to our needs and completed the project faster than expected. Great job at a very reasonable price.

I was very pleased with everything. I called last minute to get a rental property ready for a tenant. He was able to fit me in the same week.I had several other people give me estimates or not even bother to show. I can say in comparison he is very professional and reasonably priced. He was always on time and when I was out of town communicated with me when he would be at the house doing work. Everything was done as expected. My house looks better then ever. I am going to use him for all my home repair projects.

Leo and helper arrived on time. He really cares about providing quality work. I made one suggestion about how to improve a specific work area. Leo agreed, and promptly and cheerfully made the change. Before leaving, Leo made sure I was satisfied, and cleaned up the debris from sheetrock work. I have several other projects, and I will definitely hire Leo again.

The work quoted was for two days to replace the rotting wood. He worked the first day and finished half the job and has not returned yet

It did not go. They did not respond to my messages or phone calls.

It went really well. It ended up being 5 days instead of 4 because the wallpaper was extremely hard to remove. Then minor repairs (spackling) needed to be done before the primer and paint were applied. Leo did mention that this might happen. They ended up putting on three coats because the paint was cheap or the color before was dark. I used Behr from Home Depot and used in the past w/o issue. Not sure. Leo will supply paint if asked- he will just give you the receipts. I wish I would have done that from the start. I had a few bad spot in the drywall here and there, and I tried to patch them up.....Leo patched them up for me after my failed attempt. He and his coworkers were friendly and worked hard each day. I know he was busy with other jobs, but he managed to squeeze me into his schedule. The entire job was all done in less than a week. Luckily, it rained a few days and my interior job was able to be completed. I did move furniture each night to make the rooms they were working on more accessible and not waste time on them moving so much stuff/furniture. He let me know which rooms would be worked on the following day/s. Saved them time and was easy to do. I was very satisfied with the overall outcome and would hire them again. I did work out a job total and not pay a hour/daily rate. I felt more comfortable with that payment because I had a budget. Leo accepted the idea of a flat rate and I think it was fair on both ends. One other great thing-they cleaned up each day. I am very happy with results.

He was nice. He was patient with my dogs. He did what he said he was going to do and there was no additional costs. He cleaned up and even vacuum his work area to get up all the dust up from sanding. I will definitely hire him again.

After two weeks of waiting for him to come out and give me estimates, he informed me today he was too busy. Keep that in mind if you need a job done quickly. Very disappointed.

Leo suggested a simple but effective curb appeal strategy; mulching, trimming and fixing brick stairs. It looked much more cared for and updated. Inside he fixed holes and cracks in walls and made molding nice. He and his worker were hard working and able to communicate and follow decisions well. He will work within your budget and is careful and detail oriented. I would highly recommend him.

It turned out very beautiful and I am very pleased.
